Purchased at the Kitaoka Honten sales outlet on the Yoshinoyama approach.
This is a limited edition and is not sold at the brewery.
There were two types of the limited edition, but we bought this one, which had a stronger flavor.
It is a delicious sake with a strong taste, and it does not lose out to a strong Tsumami.
I was able to make a good purchase.
This time it is Yatagarasu core series RED label.
This sake is produced in Yoshino, Nara Prefecture.
It is a new series of Yatagarasu and is made entirely from rice grown in Nara Prefecture,
RED is a gorgeous Yamadanishiki,
RED is gorgeous with Yamada Nishiki, while BLUE is rich with Gin no Sato's Yamahai.
The label was also designed by the toji, and is a smart yatagarasu (three-legged crow).
Serve cold.
It has a greenish crystal color.
The aroma is of strawberries with a hint of sweetness at the top.
The mouthfeel is a bit creamy, and the sweet and sour taste of fresh and thick strawberry jam spreads gorgeously.
The taste is soft and bitter, and it finishes with a clear aftertaste of sweetness that contains juicy strawberries.
A gorgeous, juicy sake with crimson ripe 🍓 like the label.
It has a juicy taste that is different from the Yatagarasu so far, and is sure to be popular.
It was worth the drive to Nara to get it 😊.
I should have brought Blue back too💦.
Good evening, brother bouken. I was so happy to get it 😳I went out the moment I saw the arrival information on instagram, but I got on the wrong highway on the way back and my ETC card expired💧, so I was a bit nervous on the way back.
Hi Hirupeko 😊
Thanks for your hard work in buying 🚙💦The label design that is not like sake caught my attention 👀I'm waiting for the same 🟥🟦 in the year of production March 🤭I'm expecting it to have a juicy taste!
Hello, Kotori-san. I didn't know that you got both of them in Tochigi! And you got both 😆 Red was also in dancyu and I have a feeling it will be popular from now on😊.
☀️
All-you-can-drink sake for 30 minutes🍶 at Nara Antenna Shop
I chose it because the label is spring 🌸
It is sweet and delicious 😚.
It has a deep sweetness that sinks in slowly.
It has a thicker taste and a heavy texture 😁.
The color is yellow. It smells like Yamahai and Namahashi and has a hint of acidity. The acidity and sweetness spread on the palate, but the mouthfeel is very light and seems to disappear in the mouth. You can taste the umami. I like the taste. I think it is best to drink it at room temperature. The bitterness is strong. I don't know why it has this fluffy feeling, but it is delicious. I guess it has a good balance.
I had a few drinks other than Yatagarasu at a standing bar, and was surprised at the high level of sake in Nara.
⭐️4.0
The aroma was described as young banana-like, and it is indeed like that.
The taste is mildly sour and gently resets the palate.
The sourness is more distinctive than that of RED in the same series.
I have the impression that many sake breweries in Nara and Yoshino have strong acidity characteristics.
It has a clear sensation that goes down your throat smoothly after the dry taste comes in with a gusto. It fades out while still retaining a slight umami flavor.
The aroma lingers in the back of your nose until you realize it, and the taste is similar to the feeling you get when you remember a memory that you thought you had forgotten.

This brand was featured in the magazine dancyu.
The label looks cool, like a local beer.
The aroma is refreshing and cool.
The first sakes are clear, then a little sweetness and richness.
It is a beautiful, round sake.
There is also a "Blue" brand made with "Gin-no-sato" (a type of sake produced in Yoshino, Nara Park), which I would like to try as well.
