It has a soft, dried-fruit-like heady aroma and a cute flavor reminiscent of strawberries and pineapple. 😚 I also like the gap between the cool label and the flavor, with its cuddly sweet-sourness and bitterness on the back end 😚.
Hirupeko's review said it tastes sweet and sour like strawberry jam♪ Indeed! I thought it was perfect for strawberry jam 😋.
Lunch at my favorite beef bone ramen restaurant
The limited-time-only menu item, the noodles with handmade noodles with a smooth texture and a non-stressful feel... a slightly sweet soy sauce with fresh ginger, beef tendon and beef fat, accented with tangy fresh ginger and roast beef... it was a delicious and satisfying meal 😉.
Good morning, Kotori 🙂.
Very tasty looking ramen. 😊
I haven't been able to visit Yamaoka-ya yet after the ban was lifted.
I have not been able to go to Yamaoka-ya yet after the ban was lifted. I'm sure you'll be able to find some good info on it 🥲.
Good evening, Kotori-san, I see you drank RED too😊The gap between the label and the taste indeed! And the beef bone ramen with new ginger looks so delicious 😋Thick hand-kneaded noodles and thick roast beef at this price is too good value🍜.
Good morning, Hanapin-san 🐥!
I'm intrigued by the creative home-cooked dishes that the Yamaoka family has been preparing on a daily basis, including their own version of Sapporo Ichiban 🤤I guess it's about time 🍜I'm looking forward to your report 🤗.
Good morning, Hirupeko 🐥.
It was cute and tasty with a deep sweet flavor 😋I would like to try Yatagarasu with hiragana notation sometime 😋I pulled up the noodles for the beef bone ramen and took a picture of it 😉.
Yoohee-san and Yatagarasu⑤.
I wanted to drink something different, so I chose this one!
Aged sake in cask with raw sake is not so good 😁.
16% Sake degree +6, Polishing ratio 60%, Association 701 yeast
Yoshino cedar? The wood aroma is amazing!
It smells like wood from a home improvement store 😅.
No sense of maturity. Maybe the wood aroma drowns it out?
This was 1280 yen for 90ml, so I would have been better off drinking a regular CLASSIC set 💦.
I've had Yatagarasu in the past, and some of them were off-flavored and subtle, but this time they were all delicious 😋.
After this, Yoohee and I stopped by a liquor store in Rokko-michi and went home.
Yoohee-san and Yatagarasu④
We drank a little of Bodhi yeast which Mr. Yoohee asked for!
15% Sake degree -10% Polishing ratio 70%.
Not too strong and easy to drink!
Yuhaesan was surprised that it wasn't too strong 🤣.
It's not too sweet for the sake's alcohol content, which is typical of Bodaihashi sake.
The label is different from the Bodai Hashiroshi we had at Shorekji, but I wonder if it's a renewal or a different product 🤔.
I think the one I had at Shorekji was sweeter.

PURPLE, a new product in the CORE series
The new product was unveiled at the Yatagarasu Fair before it goes on sale.
So, only the back label is available.
Made with Yoshino's Nanaro, 60% rice polishing ratio, 15% alcohol.
Other specs are unknown (maybe it was written in the store?).
Sake made with Nara's new sake brewing rice, Nanaro.
It is the only one of the three types of sake that has just been pressed.
It was said to be dry, but it was indeed dry!
It is spicier than the other two, and has a clean and sharp taste.
Maybe because it's freshly pressed, it feels much lighter than the other two, even though it's a freshly pressed sake.
I wanted to ask Mr. Natsume many questions, but he was explaining to the Yatagarasu drinkers one after another 💦.

Following RED, let's take a look at BLUE, which was posted by Kotori the other day.
Yoshino Gin-no-sato Polishing ratio 60%, Sake degree 0, Yeast No.7
Slightly sweet, bitter, and complex.
It tastes a little sweet, bitter and complex, which is the opposite of RED.
I think Hirupeko would like BLUE better 🤔.
According to Touji Natsume, RED and BLUE are sakes that were stored at low temperature in the brewery.
He said the new sake will be available around July.
Yoohee-san and Yatagarasu (1)
I posted a picture of a sake I found on my way out to a LINE group, and Yoohee-san replied, "Where are you now? Yoohee-san replied, "Where are you?
We went to Asano Sake Shop in Sannomiya, where the Yatagarasu Fair was being held.
I was originally going to buy the CORE series but decided to drink it inside 😁.
Since we were there, we ordered the CORE series set!
The sake lees cream cheese cassoulet that came with the set was really good 😋.
I was curious about the RED that Hirupeko-san was drinking!
The sake-like label was designed by Toji Natsume himself!
Yoshino Yamadanishiki 15%, Sake degree -5, Polishing ratio 60%, Ogawa yeast
Finally got to drink it 😆.
It's gorgeous, a little refreshing and fruity.
I thought it would taste heavier, but it is beautiful and easy to drink.
Mr. Toji Natsume, who was visiting the store, told us how hard it is to grow rice in Yoshino!
He said it is especially hard to grow Yamada-Nishiki because of its long ear length!
bouken-san, good morning ☀I was enviously watching Yatagarasu's visit to Sannomiya store. I would have loved to hear about Natsume Toji's story, and I would have loved to hear how it compares to brother bouken's blue 😊.
Hi bouken!
It's great to hear various stories from the toji at the event... The label was so cool that I cut it out from 🐦⬛ and put it on my helmet for my own use 🤭oh, what? There is a PURPLE sake bottle on the far right 😳
Hello Miss Peco ☀☀☀☀!
Mr. Natsume explained everything about the brewery and the CORE series to us 😊.
The BLUE was also delicious, different type from the RED 😋.
Hello, Kotori-san.
It was very crowded, partly because Mr. Touji was here💦.
The design looks like it would fit if you put it on your helmet. 🏍️ I wonder if it would be safe in the rain or something?
PURPLE you noticed 😁.
Sake from Nara. I bought it because of the name. You can feel the umami of rice. But the aftertaste flows nicely. I paired it with beef and burdock tsukudani (food boiled down in soy sauce), but it did not lose its power. This is a sake that I would like to keep on hand on a regular basis.
