Purchased last month when I went to Kobe on an errand.
I was curious about Nada Kiku because it was introduced in a sake magazine.
I thought it was Nada Gogo, but it turned out to be a Harima sake 🤣The sake name was taken from Nada of Harimanada.

The first sip had a slightly voluminous umami and astringent taste with a sharpness that cut right through, but as the meal progressed, it became more and more light and refreshing.
No hardness or blurriness on the palate.
