The sake was sweet and easy to drink.
It is easy to drink because of its acidity.
A four-pack bottle at Aeon Liquor in Jimbocho for just under 1,000 yen.
The first sip is a banana flavor.
When I drink it, I find it to be a beautifully smooth sake.
I drink it with a tin cup I received as a birthday present.
It is a moment of bliss.
I will pair it with sashimi of sea bream. ☺️
