It was not as dark and Ishikawa-like as you might imagine. It was also delicious!

Miscellaneous impressions
I am not a fan of the word "phantom", so I went to ......
It was an easy-drinking sake with a refreshing sweetness!
It has an intense dry taste with a strong umami and acidity. It goes well with simmered sweet and spicy potatoes, or autumn swordfish topped with plenty of grated daikon.
