We participated in the Saijo Sake Festival in Higashihiroshima City!
This is Kamoizumi Sake Brewery.
Junmai-shu (pure rice sake) is poured into a bamboo container and served from the faucet below!
Bamboo containers of various sizes are available,
I was able to choose the bamboo container of my choice and fill it with sake.
I have had Kamoizumi junmai sake by itself,
I have had Kamoizumi Junmai Sake by itself, but this bamboo sake has the aroma of bamboo soaked into the sake,
I found it to be mellow, round and deep in flavor.

Saijo Sake Festival.
We were even allowed to enter the courtyard of the brewery. I don't know if it's special because I don't know the daily schedule😅.

They put the sake 🍶 in a bamboo 🎋 of your choice ❗️
A little bit of alcohol. But the mouth feel is clean and refreshing. It is easy to drink because there is no stale taste.
You can choose your own bamboo 🎋 to take home, so I chose a bamboo 🎋 that I could put away on a shelf 😄.
It has joined my collection of sake cups 😆.
