Sake meter degree: +5.0 Acidity: 1.8 Fat bottle opened 9/13 and posted 10/4 The first time I had this Minami! First impression This is delicious! It's amazing! I was like "wow! Fruity smell after opening the bottle... Lychee-like It is still lychee on the palate! The balance of spiciness and sourness is good and delicious😍I also feel the sweetness, but I drank a lot of it because of the spiciness of the taste 😅The second day it was a little milder. I've only been looking at drunken whales when it comes to Kochi sake, but Minami is good too... The next Minami (Matsuyama Mitsui Junmai Ginjo) is waiting for me👍. Yum! Forgot to take a picture of the back label 💦.

Sake meter degree ±0 Acidity 1.4 Fat bottle opened 9/9, posted 10/3 This is a delicious Gakky no matter what you drink. The first whiff after opening the bottle is of grapes 🍇. It has a fruity taste of ripe melon, not muscat, but grape 🍇, accompanied by a light gasiness and acidity. A little bit of spiciness of alcohol in a good way, but the sweetness comes to the fore on the second day😍. I like the fact that it's tasty, gooey, and has an alcohol content of 13% that doesn't make me tired of drinking it! Ahhhh great gakkie 😘. Yum!

Sho Shiki Retro Label Junmai Koshiki Nama Moto NewGen 100% Watafune No.2 used Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 15 Sake meter - Acidity Fat bottle opened 9/3, posted 9/30 One of my favorite sakes, Shiki. I did a double-take at the unfamiliar classic label 😳. The store owner told me it was a sake that is only available in the Shiga Prefecture area 🤩. It seems to be a limited edition this year, but they are planning to make it a regular item from next season onwards! I got a head start 🥰. After opening the bottle, the aroma was apple-like, which is typical of the No. 6 yeast, and I felt like an apple with a lot of honey 🤔, as well as ripe peaches. And there is also a unique aroma of Shiki. When you put it in your mouth, it has a little bit of a slight effervescence 🤔It has a nice sourness and a sweetness that spreads quickly, but there is no unpleasant messiness at all, and I really like the sweetness. Oh! Yes, I'll have to try it heated 😦! Let's try heating it up 🤩. It was delicious with the sweetness flying off in a good way 🤩! That's what I'm talking about 😘. If this is 1,300 yen without tax, I would always buy it👍It really is a friend of the common people! Delicious! The horses are doing well too 👍 My daughter won the badminton district tournament last week, so we went to a sushi restaurant to celebrate 🍣 my treat 😅.

Sake meter - Acidity Fat bottle opened 8/30, submitted 9/27 The sparkling sake is a collaboration with UNITED ARROWS. It's expensive but as a senkinist, I have to try it at least once 😁But I saw it later at other liquor stores and the next week too, so I guess it's not popular 😅It's expensive and sparkling so I guess I avoided it 🤔The bottle is heavy 😅. The stopper was a crown so I got a wine stopper too The aroma after opening the bottle is Senkou's characteristic grape aroma 🍇👍. The color is a light cloudy white. When you put it in your mouth, the fine carbonic acid bubbles in your mouth are making you feel refreshed. The taste is white wine with grape aroma from the nostrils, and although it has a fresh and dry sparkling mouthfeel, the slight sweetness combined with Sentori's acidity will run down your throat comfortably 👍. I'm not a fan of sparkling sake 😅I almost never pick up sparkling sake! If you want to drink sake while feeling cool and refreshing in the summer heat, this is for you! I think so😊. Yum!

Sake meter: -7, Acidity: 1.4 (reference) Fat bottle opened 8/23, submitted 9/26 It's been a long time since I've had a bottle of Hanamup 😍. I couldn't find a four-pack of this sake, and after sending a couple of unsolicited emails to the brewery asking for more four-packs, I found one 🙌 Of course I bought it 👍. The aroma after opening the bottle was rich and fruity 🤩I wonder if it was white peach 🤔 This was the same feeling I had with the Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki! I wonder if the Hanamup is the same regardless of the type of rice 🤔. In the mouth, you can still taste the rich, sweet flavor of white peaches and ripe, ripe mangoes that have been exposed to the full sun in the tropics! The surprise is that it is basically sweet, but in some places it has a spiciness or sourness? This flavor appeals to me. The smooth texture also matches well with Yamadanishiki! Wakamusume Junmai Ginjyo Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Shu 100% Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 15.5 Sake meter - Acidity Fat bottle opened 8/17 and stored 9/20 The name "secret color" means "secret color" of the name of "Kasane-iro-me" used in juni-hitoe (twelve-layered kimono). After opening the bottle, it has a pleasant melon-like sweet and refreshing aroma unlike Moeki. When you put it in your mouth, it is fresh and fruity with a good sweetness, and its sweetness feels regal😍 Not only the sweetness, but you can feel the full acidity as a supporting role 🤔. Moegi" is said to be the name of the auspicious "Kasane-iro-me" that represents prosperity of a family! After opening the bottle, the aroma is fruity, but it is a gentle fruity aroma that is elegant. When you put it in your mouth, the flavor spreads quickly! Is it sweet? I thought it was sweet, but it is more dry 🤩 The aftertaste is also gentle and runs smoothly. The gap between the aroma and the different taste is good! Delicious!

Sake level Acidity (reference) Fat bottle opened 8/10 and posted 9/17 One of the two bottles given by a friend last year was opened! After opening the bottle, it smells like Tsuru no Tomo Aruzome, a Niigata sake 😳The color of the glass is a similar golden color 🥇. The color of the glass is the same golden color 🥇 and you can also smell the delicious aroma of rice in it! When I put it in my mouth, I was surprised! It's still a Tsuru no Tomo, but a more refined version of Tsuru no Tomo. It doesn't taste like it's brewed from Aizan 😅. It's a junmai ginjo, but it's also good at room temperature or warmed up! Yum! How did you spend the first three-day weekend in September? I worked on site on the first day 😱Cared for my parents on the second day 😅Corrupted by fatigue on the third day 😭...it was a bit of a mess 😅. Sake meter - Acidity Fat: 8/7, opened 9/11 Ki-rain" means a blessed rain that falls after a long period of sunshine 🤔Sounds nice! I felt this Tamitsu was completely different from the ones I've had in the past. It's a bit on the dry side, and depending on who you drink it with, you may find it quite dry. However, it's not too dry with alcohol, and it's quite refreshing! The aroma is not gorgeous, but it is accompanied by a light acidity, so it was easy to drink and I was impressed that I did not get tired of drinking it👍Takou indeed! I changed the way I wrote the repo a little 😅! Hizirizum Hitomebore 35&50 SAVAGE Namaishige Junmai Daiginjyo Genshu 100% Hitomebore produced in Gunma Prefecture Polishing ratio 50% for Kake rice, 35% for Koji rice Alcohol content 15%. Sake meter degree -5, Acidity 1.7 (reference) Fat: Opened on August 4 and bottled on September 6 The aroma is gorgeous after opening the bottle! It smells like a mild version of Hanahayo. I thought it would be mildly sweet 🤔 but when I put it in my mouth, contrary to my expectation, it was slightly sweet and had a young melon with a light sourness 😅It didn't leave any aftertaste, it was more like a refreshing taste. The Saint is delicious😍. I'm totally hooked! Yum! I got heat stroke at work in late August 🥵I thought I had recovered after first aid at the time, but I was busy with work and pushed myself for 2 days and was down for 5 days with a weird headache and intense fatigue 😭I'm still dragging a little 💦 heat stroke is really scary😱 please be careful too!

288 Nights Junmai Ginjo Tamakashiwa 100% Gohyakumangoku produced in Niigata Prefecture Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 16%. Sake meter degree: +3.8, Acidity: 1.5 (reference) Fat: 7/25 (bottle opened 8/23) This sake won the Platinum Award in France in 2018, and I tasted and bought it during my business trip to Nagoya on 7/19! Origin of the name *From the label The name "Two Hundred Eighty-eight Nights" comes from the fact that it took Mr. Takakura 288 days from rice growing to sake brewing in 1999, and Mr. Uno, who inherited his will, brewed it faithfully according to his teachings. I didn't notice any particular aroma after opening the bottle, but it had a refreshing-like feeling. The refreshing taste on the palate reminds me of a beautifully dressed young lady in summer clothes with a crisp and refreshing mouthfeel 😍. It's dry, but you can also taste a hint of sweetness, which I think is what makes it so refreshing. The spiciness may be due to the 16% alcohol content. The spiciness comes in the second half when it goes down your throat 🤩. Delicious! Sake meter degree -2, Acidity 1.3 (reference) 4) The 4th (and last) drink outside on 8/11 I had imagined it to be a dry, hard-core sake from the image of Edo Kaijo, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that it betrayed me in a good way 🤩. I enjoyed the exquisite moderate sweetness and apple-like acidity from the aroma to the aftertaste 🤩. This is amazing! Delicious! On Sunday, I left my friend and went to a darts bar in my hometown station to watch soccer ⚽ & baseball ⚾️ before heading home 😁. On the way back from renewing my driver's license in the heat of the day on Sunday 8/11, I gathered my horse racing & drinking friends for a drink and a bite to eat in Yokohama 🤤. 1) The first drink out on 8/11 was Kariho 100% domestic rice Polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 15%. Sake meter degree - Acidity This sake is an assemblage of Kariho sake brewed with Akita Prefecture's original sake rice, Akita Sake Komachi, Miyamanishiki, Rikuu 132, and Yamada Nishiki, and is very clear and refreshing, with a slight acidity that makes it even more refreshing. Delicious! The horse races on Saturday, 8/10, went very well 💴3 other races than the one in the picture were also very successful 🎯.

It's hot every day 🥵I'm melting 🤣. I'm melting 🤣 It's been a while since I've had a Nabe-sama! And Aisan♪ The aroma after opening the bottle is quite gorgeous 🤩! It is rich and mellow, with a slight gasiness and a good acidity, and has a good balance. I enjoyed it slowly while enjoying the aroma. The taste of the half-batch left after 6 days from opening the bottle had deteriorated quite a bit 😥 Well, it is natural, but it is better to drink it up as soon as possible 😅. Yum! On the third day of our trip to Osaka, we went to Universal Studios Japan 🎢 at the request of the kids. Sake meter degree -25, acidity 1.5 (reference) Corked 7/23, submitted 8/5 I have no patience for opening nigori sake 😅I inevitably pee a little bit. I couldn't drink the top clear liquid when the bottle was opened 💦, but when I drank it on the second day, it was a true lactobacillus drink🤤. When I poured it into a glass, it had a nice cloudiness and the aroma was slightly grapey with a hint of acidity 🍇 or green apple 🍇. Green apple? The aroma is gorgeous with a hint of grape🍇? When you put it in your mouth, sweetness and flavor spreads in your mouth with fresh carbon dioxide gas 🤩. It is great in the hot summer because it is very dry 👍. In J&N's words, Dove ROCK 🎸. The Olympics, what can I say 😁I watched the skateboarding, Nadeshiko, and Judo last night too while changing the channel 😅. Recently, Sei has become my favorite! The smell after opening the bottle was apple 🍎! It smelled like green apples! It's more of a fresh green apple 🍏 than a honeyed one. There is also a little bit of gasiness. It is fresh in the mouth with the same impression as the aroma! As the temperature rises, the spiciness and rummy feeling comes out. Delicious! Nadeshiko⚽ left a lot to be desired, but the substituted players worked effectively and made a dramatic comeback🤩I hope they do well against Nigeria! Sake meter: 0, Acidity: 1.4 (for reference) Fat 7/14 (bottle opened 7/25) There is no particular aroma after opening the bottle 💦I smelled semi-dyne when I poured it into the glass? 😅 When I put it in my mouth, hmmm? I thought it was sweet, but then the spiciness came rushing in 😦! The aftertaste is fresh and green apple-like freshness. The freshness is like that of La France. Well, to put it simply, it's like a spicy rumney 🤣. I was a little disappointed because I really expected it 😥. But please don't have any preconceived notions because it depends on the person who drinks it 🙏. Paraguay match before dawn on 7/25: 🇵🇾 Good for the U23s even though their opponents got sent off 👍They were not intimidated by their rough playing opponents and won the game perfectly without provocation 🎌.
