Shimoda Bijin Bandai Brewery Limited Partnership I drank this sake at the inn when I went to Izu Shimoda with my family on a trip on Aug. 4,5,6 this year. Domestic rice Domestic malted rice Brewing alcohol Polishing ratio 70%. Alcohol content is between 15 and 16 degrees Celsius. Sake degree - Acidity Local sake from Izu-Shimoda It was served cold. When we opened the bottle, it had a strong aroma of brewer's alcohol and low rice polishing. When I put it in my mouth, my wife says it tastes like a Japanese sake 😁 well, it is 😁 but it is easy to drink with just the right amount of spiciness and a clean aftertaste! It tastes like a typical alcoholic sake, but it's good to taste this kind of sake once in a while 🥰. It's so good!

こぞうForgot to post #1 I drank on 2/23 this year, so I'm lucky I still have my 😅 notes from this year. Ruka Momoshiki Unfiltered Nama Junmai Ginjo Made from 100% Akita-grown Sake Komachi Polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content - 8 Sake meter degree -70, acidity - (for reference) Adenine dye-requiring yeast. It has a beautiful pink lees 😍. As you can imagine from the color, it has a sourness like yogurt or pink grapefruit. Yes, it features sourness! Sweetness that you wouldn't expect from a sake! Anyway, it's sweet! But it's delicious 😍. I think it's good to try it once for a story 😁. Delicious!

こぞうHirotogawa Junmai Nigori Nama Sake 2023-2024 Nigori (7) Made with Yumeko from Fukushima Prefecture Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 16 Sake meter degree - Acidity When I gently opened the bottle, the automatic stirring was suppressed, so I was able to drink the supernatant! (I've read some liquor store reports that the supernatant is good, but I'm not sure...💦) When I shook the bottle a little, it started stirring automatically! Smells like a light lactobacillus drink. Unlike other nigoris, the sweetness in the mouth is quite subdued. Instead, it has a lot of gas and bubbles! It is like a combination of a carbonated beverage (no bubbles in the glass) and a lactic fermented beverage, with a creaminess and firm acidity, and a dryness that is at odds with the full mouthfeel and a chili sensation 😍. The finish is not too sharp and lingers on the palate. It's better to cool it down a bit than to cool it down to a crisp, so you can taste both the spiciness and the sweetness 😍. I held out for the first day to enjoy the changes on the second day! This patience was right 👌 delicious! The supernatant has become more fruity, and after stirring, it has more sweet and spicy flavor 👍. Actually.... Mooo! already 1 one more hand in in I'll get it. now I got it I'm in! ♪ Yum!

こぞうTsururei Nigori Sake Junmai Nama Shu 2023-2024 Nigori (⑥) Made with domestic rice suitable for sake brewing Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 17%. Sake meter degree +1 Acidity 1.6 When the bottle is opened, the aroma is like a sweet lactic acid bacteria drink or yogurt. The first sip of the supernatant is delicious! It has a thin Muscat-like spottiness, but it's very clear and it's hard to believe that it's 17 degrees Celsius! After stirring the lees, I put it in my mouth! It's a lactic acid bacteria drink 👍It's so easy to drink that you can't believe it's 17 degrees even after stirring. So it's dangerous because you can drink it in a gulp 😁. The gasiness is pretty good. The aftertaste is also good 👍I think it is refreshing and sharp! The sake is sweeter than the sake level 😍. Delicious! I work in an industry that is busy from the end of the year to the end of the fiscal year every year 💦. When you put it in your mouth, a soft sweetness comes rushing in! The rice flavor and sweetness is good 👍It is easy to understand if I say it is a good sweet sake 🤔. It was so easy to drink that I forgot to try heating it up 😰. On the second day, I could feel more sweetness! Kamotsuru is a sake often found in convenience stores, but this was my first time to buy a four-pack, so I tasted it at a department store in my hometown station before buying it! I'm planning to drink more nigori sake this winter, so this was a good encounter 🥰. Delicious! On Saturday 12/16, I led my son to his last official soccer game of the year ⚽No goals for him, but it was fun to see his growth each time 😁After the first game, I pointed out and advised him on his off-the-ball movement and he was able to correct it a bit in the second game 🙌We won the game 💪I'm looking forward to next year ⚽Me too! Sake meter - Acidity First of all It's too good, too good! The aroma after opening the bottle is fresh and fresh as only new sake can be 🤩. The mouthfeel is very light and gentle, juicy and sharp rather than fruity! It is brewed with a good balance of fruitiness and rice flavor, making it very easy to drink! It also seems to have a little gasiness. Of course, it's perfect as a food wine or on its own 👌. こぞうSaturday night indeed! After the gakki (instrument Masamune) I posted a while ago, everyone's reposts are being posted one after the other 😳Drinkers 🤣. I got it this year... It's one of my favorite seasonal sake from Senkyoku. Snowman is hard to find for the number of bottles they produce ☃. 2023-2024 Nigori (nigori) Sengoku Snowball Domaine Sakura 100% Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio: 50% for koji rice, 60% for kake rice Alcohol content 13%. Sake meter degree - Acidity The aroma after opening the bottle is of Japanese pear. It is very mild. The supernatant is also a Japanese pear. Freshness of Japanese pear. It feels like Muscat, but to me it is Japanese pear. When mixed with the lees, it quickly turns into a lactic acid beverage, but I can feel its youthfulness and mellowness. The lingering aftertaste is a little gassy, which I think adds to the freshness. Last year's UA Yukidaruma (or more precisely, the year before) was mixed with Kamenoo, and I think it tasted like lychee and delaware. Sentori's seasonal sakes always have different rice blends, so it's interesting to get a sense of their flavor 😍. Yum! 12/9 Sat horse race 🐎 won a little in the morning and went to the most competitive race of the year in the afternoon 👊 I was so disappointed to be out of the race 😱I'm not trained enough 💦 I'll try my best in moderation 😁.

Masamune Queen 100% Yume-no-Kou Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 12%. Sake meter degree -5 Acidity -(for reference) Long time no gakky🥰. From the brewer By lightening the alcohol load on the yeast, the taste is clear and juicy with a good balance of sweetness, flavor, and acidity. The package design is based on the 12 Queens on a deck of cards, which intuitively suggests the alcohol content and the color scheme reminds us of muscatel-like fruitiness. After opening the bottle, the first aroma is a light melon aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the same thin melon or muscat 🍈 as the aroma. Yes, it's muscat 😁. The low alcohol content gives it a refreshing feel on the tongue and a lingering aftertaste that quickly fades away. It has a perfect balance of crisp acidity and sweetness in the Muscat style😍. Even my wife, who is not a fan of sake, commented that it didn't taste like sake. Anyway, it's a great sake that goes down smoothly 🥰. Delicious! Tomorrow, 12/10, is the first anniversary of my mother's death. I'm relieved to have all the arrangements done 💦 on behalf of my father, who is a bit of a blur.

Sake meter degree -6 Acidity 1.7 From the brewer Shisora is a word that represents the universe and the sky that surrounds us. We took one character from Shiwa town and named it as our new brand. After opening the bottle, you can smell the aroma of grains in the air. When I was enjoying the aroma further, I felt a sweet cinnamon-like aroma. In the mouth, it has a juicy flavor full of refreshing acidity, rice and nutty flavor. Not to mention the moderate acidity! But you know, this sake has a sweet texture on the tongue, and it feels spicy on the first day of opening the bottle, but as the days go by (the third day), the spiciness disappears and the sweetness becomes more and more intense! I happened to meet the summer Purple Space in early winter! Now I want to try the winter sakes 😘. Delicious! I won a lot of horses this week 🙌←nano de, sushi wo, gochisousa serareta 🍣. I win big and small throughout the year 💪This year I had a bad time in the fall but last week and this week I'm almost done winning for the year👌I also bought 2 bottles of good nigori sake and some new sake 🤩I'm looking forward to it 🤩.

This time 2023-2024 nigori (3) Shigemasu Junmai Daiginjo Nigori Namaizu 100% Yume-Ichiken used Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 17%. Sake meter -2 to -1 Acidity 1.4 (reference) After opening the bottle, the aroma is of green apples. I've read a lot of reviews about it being sweet and fruity, and the sake level indicates that the sweetness is dominant 💦. But to me, the spiciness is very strong. The aftertaste is also dry... I was expecting the nigori's characteristic umami sweetness, so I was a little disappointed 😁. But hey, it's a good thing too 👌 No gasiness or slight bubbles. Funny thing about sake 😁. Delicious!

Alcohol content 16%. Sake meter degree: +3, Acidity: - (for reference) You can tell they are particular about how they make their sake from the label, "We are a small handmade sake brewery, so we don't make a lot of sake in a year." As with all Kachikoma sake, it is good that the sake is fresh and not heavy with the deliciousness of the rice. Sake meter degree +3, acidity 1.4 (reference) It is very clear, yet it expresses the umami of Omachi rice well. It is slightly dry. Anyway, it is easy to drink! I love the legend of the brewery's brewing water. The brewery uses "water from the tip of the spear," which came from a spring that was fed by the famous spearman Sasa Narimasa, who was troubled by the water and poked it with his spear. Yum! The accompaniment to this drink is Tempura of white shrimp! It was delicious with a little salt!

Maybe because it was after Hanaohyokko 🤔I should have drunk it first 😁. Unlike Hanaohyokko, I have the impression that this sake is quite mild! Oze snow🥰🥰 Ney! If it can be brewed this good... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh (Koyuki, Remioromen style) U.S. rice used Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 15 Sake degree - Acidity Specs are undisclosed. Open the bottle and take a sip of the supernatant first (I didn't forget 😁)! It has a cool and refreshing feeling. Nigori has a lactic acidity and sweetness, but it doesn't have that feeling. It has a little bit of gasiness in the mouth and the taste is still like green melon. The aftertaste is clean and easy to drink! I felt it was more on the pale side. Delicious! Have you heard of Shizuoka City's hidden gem 🍩Yokan bread? It's also delicious! If you see it, please come and try it!

This nigori is only a big nigori, so there is quite a lot of nigori! After opening the bottle, the aroma has a thin banana aroma and a sweet smell of rice! In the mouth, it doesn't feel as harsh as the alcohol content, but rather very mellow and refreshing, like a lactic acid drink 😍And while it has a bit of gasiness, you can really feel the natural sweetness of the rice, and the aftertaste is clean and rather light, not heavy... I have been drinking Jusui since before I started Sake no Wa and it has been a long time since I bought it... If you want a good dry sake, I recommend Jusui. Delicious!
