I bought it because I was curious about the summery label and "Masamune" jumped out at me after "Yamasan Masamune".
The aroma after opening the bottle is almost imperceptible, but you can sense the freshness.
It's so light and refreshing! It is very light! At first, it is so refreshing that you may think it's a Kozen Josui 🤔, but as it gets closer to room temperature, the umami of the rice and spiciness come out.
Almost no sweetness, almost no acidity.
So I can drink it smoothly....
Something is missing...
Absolutely not enough...
Not enough for acidity lovers...
It's a good sake for a refreshing drink 😅
It's a sake that goes well with summer as per the concept 🎐.
The lingering taste is surprisingly dry, which makes it even more refreshing.
It tastes even better if you drink it chilled 😘.

The last G1 race of the first half of the year, Takarazuka Kinen, was held in Tokyo.
I lost my ticket, but the cause of my loss was clear, so I hope to make the most of it next time 😊.
This week I was able to win the key races (Hanshin 4R on Sunday and Tokyo 6), so I won big 🤩.
Next week, I'll have to do some serious air conditioning cleaning instead of racing 🎐.
