May 5, 2023 GO! Akabu for Dragon Boat Festival! For my first Akabu, I chose this one with the most realistic-looking Kabuto (helmet) on the label! I had heard that it was sweet despite the label's design, which looks very dry, but it certainly has a gentle taste! The first sip is a sensation. The first sip is sweet but not cloying, with a refreshing acidity in the aftertaste! I can't say I've ever tasted anything like it! It's more like the sweetness of rice than a fruity sweetness (of course). It was very easy to drink, and I would like to try the others in the series! Today is my mother's 69th birthday! I am here because of you. Thanks to you, I am here! Happy birthday! 10th day after opening the bottle. The acidity is much less and the freshness is reduced, but the sweetness remains on the palate. I think there was a little bit of a corkage, and the last sip was especially sweet. It was delicious!

My favorite TBS Radio Tamamusubi ended in March, so I wanted to commemorate it. I heard that it had nothing to do with the program, but it was introduced in the program and I didn't buy it then, but now I want to drink it. I asked a nearby liquor store that sells Ichinokura to order it for me, but they said the brewery had already stopped selling it, so I couldn't get it. I looked for it online and got it via Rakuten. I had to pay 760 yen for shipping for a 1,650 yen bottle of sake. Still, I wanted to try it now, so I bought it. The first sip was like, "Oh yeah, that's how sake is made! I was like, "Yes, that's what sake is like! It tastes a little milder than the sake my grandfather used to drink at home. The label is cute, which is great for label collectors! April 27th: 12 days since opening. I finished drinking it on the day of my wedding. It tasted a little more bitter than when the bottle was opened. But it didn't deteriorate much until the end. Wedding and Tamamusubi After Mr. Akae's line, "If it's good to tie a knot, it's all good," we enjoyed this drink!

Nice to meet you, Miuraumi😊! Ah!!! 👀 "Real Tamamamori"! I guess "Tamamusubi" has ended... I never dreamed it would end in March when I went to Budokan last year 🥲The labels on the sake are so cute!

I'm glad to hear the comments from listeners! I didn't think it would end, so I delivered Budokan, too. I'm sad that Tamamusubi is over, but I'm drinking this now to prepare for 10 years from now!

March 14th - White Day It's a peach-colored huayou! The label is too cute! The cherry blossoms were declared to be in full bloom today, so the bottle was opened! The first sip gave me the impression of "more sweetness than the Yamada-Nishiki of the other day, with a slower aftertaste. The bitterness is a bit weaker than Yamadanishiki. There was also a slight effervescence, which I personally prefer to the Oumachi I had this time. Many of the sakes I have enjoyed so far have been made with Omachi, so I was looking forward to the Hana-yosuyu Omachi, and it did not disappoint! The label is perfect for spring, and I can't wait to savor it until the cherry blossoms are in full bloom!

I had a sudden craving for a nigori, so I was wondering where to go for one. I was wondering which nigori I should try when I came across this one, which was introduced on the instagram of a store I trust! I had always been curious about the label design and the great name, "Garden Uguisu", and this time the label is just as cute as ever! The first sip was interesting, with a distinct change in flavor from soft sweetness to sourness to bitterness to acidity! There's not much of the unique nigori koji taste, but the sweetness is soft and delicious! Also, the sweet aroma when the bottle was opened and poured into a sake cup was very nice. It is perfect for this season when the plum blossoms are in bloom, the Chintcho cherry blossoms are in bloom, and the Kawazu cherry blossoms are starting to bloom! It is a perfect sake for cherry blossom viewing! The 12th day after opening the bottle The sweetness has weakened a bit and the bitterness of the aftertaste has come forward. Personally, I think the sweetness was at its best on the third day after opening the bottle. For the last sip, I shook the bottle hard to let it get some air. It became very mellow and tasty too!

I've been wanting to drink this saké for a long time, and now that you told me where I could buy it, I've got it! I collect labels, and I love the design of this one, and I couldn't wait to try it! My first sip was "it has sweetness and aroma, but it also has a bitter taste in the back of my throat"! I imagined it to be very fruity because of the image on the label, but it was a bit different from that. The slight effervescence is not only sweet but also stimulating. It's not the kind of wine that goes down easily, but rather one that you want to savor thoroughly. Delicious! It smelled great when I opened the bottle! First of all, the standard (?) sake rice! Yamada-Nishiki red label! The blue, yellow, and green labels of Hana-yoso are beautiful! I want to drink a lot of this sake as a label collector! February 3rd, Setsubun! A good day to open the bottle! Opening day 12 (February 15) The sweetness has calmed down a lot. The brewer wants us to drink it as soon as possible, which is understandable. We enjoyed it to the end!

I bought this sake for New Year's Day. It was the first Houou Mita, which was a bundle with Jikin due to the store's policy. I wasn't sure if I wanted to drink it on New Year's Day because of its very festive name and label, but I gave it up to Jikin on New Year's Day. Today, I had the great pleasure of having Hiroto Komoto read my e-mail on the radio, so I gave up my day off from drinking to open the bottle! My first sip was "Surprisingly sour? But from the second sip, the sweetness came to the forefront. The second sip brought the sweetness to the forefront, giving the impression of a strong sweetness. It is not fruity, but rather sweet. Delicious! I love it!

I was looking for some sake to drink for New Year's, and I got the news from Mochizuki Shoten in Atsugi that Jikin is in stock! My first Jikin! It tastes as good as the rumors say it does! My first sip was "It has a strong flavor and a great balance of sweetness and bitterness! No wonder it's so popular!" I was right! The slight effervescence was pleasant, and it just kept going and going! The juiciness increased as it approached room temperature. As the name suggests, I'm happy "right now, at this moment"! Personally, I love the character "而今" which looks like it was written in calligraphy! I love the ruggedness of the spirit that has been put into it! I drank good sake! May you find a lot of good sake this year too! Opened 14 days ago The fruity taste is a little bit gone.... I thought I should have drunk it up earlier, but the sweetness came back as it got to room temperature! I could drink it all the way through! However, I personally felt that I left it a little too long. I thought it would have been better to finish it as soon as possible.

It's a local sake, so I tried it, and it's delicious! My first sip was like, "I see, this is what the liquor store said about juicy melons!" I thought. After the melon-like aroma, it has a clean and easy-to-drink aftertaste. The 14% alcohol content is easy to drink, and there is a slight gassy feeling, so it goes down easy! The sweetness increases after the second sip, but it is not too strong, so it will be over in no time. I have to be careful because I want to enjoy the change in taste... I may have found a nice local sake to take home! I'll have to try some of the others! Cork opened 18 days. The juiciness has gone away a lot and it has become more refreshing and a bit bitter. I think it was sweetest on the second day or so after opening the bottle. What surprised me was that I noticed a cloudiness in the last few glasses. I never notice this because I don't pour sake. The last few cups I could taste the rice that was precipitating out, it was mellow and had a sweetness to it that was different from the juicy rice, it was so good! I enjoyed the change in flavor from beginning to end very much. I emptied it today, the last day of work!

Bought for our 10th wedding anniversary! This is the first time I bought alcohol on Amazon. My first sip was "not much taste, too refreshing," but when I put the second sip in my mouth, the taste totally changed and I was surprised! It tasted bitter or pungent, and it came on strong! Almost no aroma or sweetness. No bubbles either. You can feel the alcohol taste quite a bit. I'm having sesame soy milk nabe today, and it's perfect as a food wine! Delicious!

It's a jacket buy! Or rather, it's a message buy. My first kudoki-jote turned out to be a much funkier Miss Funky, but it tastes great! I've heard it's good, good, good! It's as good as they say it is! The first sip was "sweet and easy to drink". The aroma was not so strong when the bottle was opened, but once it was in the mouth, it was sweet and had a nice aroma. After three sips and a sip, the aroma of alcohol suddenly escaped my nose, and I realized that it was sake. Just like the name, this is a sake that you will drink too much of! I'm in a worse place than the message on the label, but such a happy experience is something to be lived for! Thank you! Opened 15 days Little deterioration until the end. It was delicious! I would like to buy other Kudokitate again.

State funeral! Fuck you! I'm going to have a good time, no matter what! I bought this sake, but it was so good that I forgot all about it. Also, my wife knew exactly what to expect, and prepared some Akinata fish to go with it! It was the best! I bought a package of sweet sake. It was as good as they say, sweet and fruity with a clean aftertaste! Almost no bitterness! There is a slight gassy feeling. I can easily go for this one! Delicious! 15 days after opening I think the sweetness has gone out a lot. The bitter taste is now slightly more pronounced. It was good all the way through, but I may have left it a little too long. Personally, I liked it best when freshly opened.

My brother was going to visit his relatives in Hokkaido, so I brought him some sake as a gift. I asked Mochizuki Shoten in Atsugi about a local Kanagawa sake, and they introduced me to this one. It is a new brewery that was established to promote the town of Kaisei in Ashigara. Mochizuki had four different types of Setoichi and explained them to me, but I chose this one with a beautiful label as it was a souvenir. The first sip was refreshing, but then the bitterness started to come out. It is a bitterness with a sense of alcohol, like when you drink shochu (distilled spirit). It is more dry, but there is a hint of sweetness, and you can enjoy many things in your mouth. There was no gassy feeling and the aroma was not so strong. Delicious! I will try to drink more of it in the future as I want to use it as a souvenir as a local sake. By the way, I heard that you can tour this brewery and compare various kinds of sake at the brewery! 8 days after opening the bottle I feel that the alcohol has gone out a little and it has become easier to drink. I like it better now than when I first opened the bottle!

My friend bought me my second bottle of Wind Forest!!! This time I was careful not to skip the lid! My first sip was "Whoa! Surprisingly thin? Clear?" but as I took a second and third sip and held it in my mouth for a few seconds, the sweetness and aroma appeared softly from the side of my tongue, and I was like, "Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Both of them are a little stronger on the gassy side than I'd imagined (in my own history), not tingly or painful, but gentle and stimulating... again, awesome! On the 60th birthday of my favorite Bo Gambos' Dontosan, the red line in the windy forest! I was so happy to be able to go to the concert to celebrate! On the night when the wind is making noise, I don't want to go home... We sang along to "Kaze no Mori"! A perfect sake day! Cork has been open for 11 days. The mouthfeel is much more refreshing. This may be due to the release of gas. The aftertaste is now more robust. It was delicious all the way through!

They don't sell them anywhere near my house, so my friend bought them for me! In return I gave him my Koei Chrysanthemum Sunburst! Before my first impression... I was surprised when the lid blew off so fast I couldn't see it when I opened the bottle! It went right by my face! It said to be careful when opening the bottle, but I underestimated that it would be fine since it was cold. I was afraid of the living yeast (laughs). When the bottle was opened, it had a fresh aroma, and my first sip gave me the following impression What an elegant, refreshing sweetness! I think the slightly stronger gas makes it even more refreshing. It's not so much fruity as it is elegant with a sweetness that doesn't cling to the palate, and it's really delicious! The name "Wind Forest" is so apt! Thank you my friend! But this sake goes down so well, I feel it would be a shame if it loses its gasiness, so let's go for it today! We drank while watching a live performance of "THE WHO" only at Kaze no Mori! The windmill goes round and round! 5 days after opening the bottle The gas is almost gone and the sweetness and fruity taste has increased a little. Not much deterioration! Still tasty! Still smells great when you open the bottle! Opened 10 days The sweetness seems to have increased a little. A little bitterness in the aftertaste

I saw the news of their arrival on the instagram of Mochizuki Sake Shop in Atsugi and dashed out to buy some! The first sip I took was It smells like wood. This is something I had never felt in any Colors I had ever tasted before. The acidity that comes after that is also nice and refreshing and tasty in the summer! It was beautifully effervescent and the aroma was less than other Colors. Less fruity, with a woody, barrel-aged aroma that fits the "green" image perfectly! At just under 3,000 yen, it's a bit pricey, but I like this not-too-sweet, adult feel. Four days after opening. The fuming still remains a little. The acidity has rounded out a lot and it has become a little sweeter. The aroma has dropped a lot, but the woody aroma still escapes my nose.

This design, with its clear bottle and clear label, was just too beautiful to jack! At first, I thought it had a sour taste that made me say "sour" without thinking, and the slight bubbles and low bitterness made it a perfect summer saké. As the days went by, I think the acidity lost its corner and it became a little sweeter. This year's rainy season has been a very gloomy and rainy one, so this was the perfect crispy drink! Good taste! Good design! It's so pretty I want to put a sunflower in it and use it as a vase when I'm done drinking it! It was delicious!

I like sweet sake, so I don't tend to touch dry sake, but a junior in college had a chance to drink with the owner of this sake brewery, and he spoke very passionately about his passion for sake, so I looked for it and bought it. The first sip was very tangy and stimulating, and I thought it was very dry, but as I took two or three sips, it became strangely mellow. It was delicious.

Purchased for New Year's. I had the impression that it was a well-balanced sake, not too sweet and not too strong in aroma. I can recommend it to both my uncle and my sister. The slight fizziness is a stimulus, which is also nice. It doesn't have a picture of a lady playing a musical instrument, but to be honest, I decided to buy it partly because of the cool jacket! At the store where I bought it, the price was right at 3,000 yen including tax! It's a good drink for when you want to splurge a bit! It's delicious!

I drank the Instrument Masamune Nakadori and it was the best Cospa, so I drank this one next. I think I missed out on session2...? I think the aftertaste was a bit crisper than the green one. The green one's a little cheaper, but it's got a nicer jacket and would make a great gift! Makes me want to drink a lot of the Instrument series!
