The red label one I had the other day was tangy and dry, but this white label one is fruity! Personally, I prefer this one by far! There is a rather strong bitterness in the aftertaste, and I wonder if that is the reason why it is called Aroma "MELON". Also, there is a sourness to it! I went from sweetness to sourness to bitterness! The red label one is less than 1000 yen at the Coop, and this one is about 1300 yen. If the difference is 300 or 400 yen, I prefer this one! I mean, 1300 yen for this is cheap! The label alone would cost several hundred yen! It's delicious!

I first had it at a tavern owned by a friend of mine, and it was delicious! As someone who collects labels, I had to buy it! I looked all over the place for this sake, but could not find it. The other day, I stopped by the Co-op and found it! I never thought I would find it here! I bought a bottle of the red and white label Junmai that was on the shelf! The one I drank at the store before was purple, right? The one I drank at the store before was fruity and delicious, but this red one was very different. It says "Aroma NASHI PEAR" but I don't think it is pear-like. It was a very refreshing sip, but it was very tangy right away! It's good, but it's not what I thought it would taste like. But the label is great! I'm so happy! Next day I heated it up and it became very easy to drink! Delicious (^^)

Mr. Jay & Nobby. I didn't expect to find it at the Coop (lol). I sometimes look in the sake section of the supermarket as well, as they sometimes have Otters or Saku, which are not to be underestimated!

I stopped by my favorite liquor store on my way home from work. I found a bottle of Jikin! But it's only in one bottle, and it won't fit in our refrigeration system... But, it's winter, and I can keep it in the cold room! I bought it! It was a good decision to buy it! It's still delicious! It was a little gentler than the unfiltered one I drank before! Fruity and not too sweet! Aroma! I'm glad I can enjoy it longer than my usual four-pack! Eleven years ago today, I was having my first and last sakishin with my mother who passed away last year. How I remember it! Jikin I'm just living the moment to the fullest! Because, a good sake is the happiest thing in the world! I finished it in 19 days after opening the bottle. As with all the Jikin I've had so far, I always think that it doesn't deteriorate much. I was a little worried because it was a one-sho bottle, but the sweetness was a little less, but it was delicious all the way through! I experimented with heating it up because I had so many bottles, but that gave it a gentle sweetness followed by a bit of a tangy taste. It was delicious! But I still liked it best well chilled!

Hi, Miuraumi 😃 If I had a bottle of Jikin, I would buy it even if it's just a bottle 😄 Great taste 😋Saikoo! The other day was the 11th anniversary of your father's death, and I remember having a drink with your mother 11 years ago 😌. I am so happy that sake tastes so good 😌! I'm so happy that sake tastes so good 🥹.

I wanted to get my father something to drink on his 11th death anniversary, so I went to my usual liquor store! I had a lot of trouble deciding, but I decided on Sogen, which a friend recommended to me! It tastes rich! The sweetness came first, followed by the crispness! It is indeed 19 degrees! It has the power of rice, just like when you drink doburoku! It is indeed delicious! And the price of 1,300 yen is great! But it's only 19 degrees! If you go in too fast because it tastes so good, you might get hurt later, so it's a battle of self-control!

This is a little extra craft beer! I bought this beer at my favorite liquor store because they had just released my favorite Kojikoji beer! It's so cute! The beer was brewed with the image of "beer in fairyland" where Kozhikoji lives, and it tasted sweet and sour and magical! Aside from strawberry and banana, white bean paste? Vanilla? I thought so, but it was splendidly delicious! The only thing is, it is totally different from the bitterness of beer and the aroma of hops, so beer lovers may find it subtle (lol). I made a bit of a mistake in that I found out later that it came with a limited edition coaster when I bought it at the St. Gallen store in Atsugi.... I'll keep the bottle for safekeeping!

Date of purchase: January 25th I got a call from my favorite liquor store that they had some Imi, and the next morning, I stood in line before the store opened to buy it! Lots of people were lined up! The blue label Junmai Ginjo I drank before was delicious, but this special Junmai is also great! The aroma is so fragrant that you can smell the sweet goodness from the moment you open the bottle, and it is sweet and juicy from the moment you put it in your mouth! It was sweet and juicy from the moment you put it in your mouth, and slowly became tangy and tightened up later! Delicious! I was looking forward to reading the comments on the back of the bottle, but I heard that the father passed away. I am grateful that he made such a delicious sake. The words "Japan's smallest sake brewery" written on the lid. I can imagine that he and his father must have worked together to make it. I hope you will get over it, because I want to drink such delicious sake all the next year and the year after that, too! February 7 9th day after opening the bottle. It has a slightly bitter taste, but it is fruity and delicious to the end!

My sake-loving friend told me about this inexpensive and delicious sake! I checked the brewery's website and found that it was sold at Ito-Yokado! I checked the brewery's website and found that it was sold at Ito-Yokado! Really? I went to a nearby store and found that it really was sold there (lol) for 1,200 yen (tax not included)! I decided to give it a try and bought it...it was delicious! A little acidic and crisp! It has a slightly tangy aftertaste! It is indeed like after drinking white wine! There are also delicious liquors sold in supermarkets! It was such a new experience! By the way, the one my friend was drinking was labeled as "Nama Gen Sake". I think that's probably why she said it was sweet and tasty! I would like to try the Nama sake someday!

For this year's New Year's sake, I couldn't even think of a zodiac snake sake, so I went with my favorite Kaze no Mori! I thought my wife would be mad at me for buying such an expensive sake because it came with a box, but it was safe because it was New Year's. In fact, it was only 3,000 yen! In fact, it was only a little over 3,000 yen! It's a little luxury, isn't it? The acidity was unlike anything I've ever experienced in any of the other Akitsuho Kaze no Mori sake I've had! But it's also delicious with a gentle sweetness that is typical of Akitsuho! I wonder what it will taste like when the sourness rounds out after a few days! Or will it be gone before then? I worked hard at cleaning up at the end of the year, looking forward to this! May you find many delicious sake this year, too! One week after opening the bottle Has the taste changed? I drank it and found that the sourness has not gone away, the sweetness and aroma have become more subdued, and the sourness is more prominent.

I've had the bear one at the store, but this is the first time I've bought Eiko Fuji! I was attracted by the name "Senryu" and wondered if I should buy it for this year's New Year's sake, and ended up choosing Kuroryu at that time, but I was still curious about it, so I bought it for the end of the Year of the Dragon! It has a nice sweetness that is not clingy! The sake itself is smooth and soft! It also has a nice aroma! It's so good! I saw beautiful Mt. Fuji from Mt. Takao the other day, so it's a good omen, and the label is beautiful, too! Today is the anniversary of George Harrison's death. I'll have a glass while listening to the Beatles.

For my father's old birthday, who passed away 10 years ago! A gift of his favorite Kaze no Mori! The purple label Aizan was not in the store today, so I went with this one with purple letters! I went home and took a closer look...it's almost blue...lol! The old man at the store said it was the sweetest one! Just as he said, it was the sweetest and most fruity Kaze no Mori I've ever had! But after 2 seconds, the bitterness came and it was crisp! Delicious! A great answer! My father said that because hard water is used, the sweetness is not persistent! And the delicious sake was sinking into my living body! I can taste it in my father's blood, which is definitely flowing in my body!

A work colleague gave it to me as a souvenir from a trip to Nagano. My first bite was "much sweeter than I expected"! It's not fruity, but more like a smooth and sweet taste. It is delicious and smooth on the palate! The sweetness is followed by a slight sourness and bitterness. At 300ml, I think it will be gone in a day, but I'll leave it for a few days. I'm lucky to get this level of sake as a souvenir!

The Mid-Autumn Moon! The moon was so spectacular this year that I ran out to buy some Machida sake that I've been saving for an "emergency" all along! I'm so happy to have a "cup of sake with moon viewing" while looking at such a magnificent moon! My friend introduced me to Machida Shuzo as her favorite sake! It was my first time to drink it, but it was fruity and softly sweet! The slight effervescence is also lovely. This is definitely a sake that deserves to be called my favorite! Also, the lady at the store where I went to buy it today was very smiling and friendly, and really nice. She was really nice and said, "Have a nice tsukimi! It was a really great feeling! I will definitely go back to buy Machida sake again! I'm so happy!

I finally bought it! Nabeshima! I want to drink sake that is definitely delicious! So I went to my favorite liquor store and bought it! It says to be careful when opening the bottle. I thought it would be just right for summer. I bought it, but the fizz wasn't that strong! It was slightly effervescent! My first sip was fruity and sweet, but not cloyingly so! It's not rich, but it's refreshing! It's not too rich and it's not too thick, so it's very refreshing, so you can enjoy it easily! I was right! It was definitely my first Nabeshima! Delicious!

My favorite wind forest! This time it's the blue one! I bought this one thinking I'd try something I've never had before, but when I poured it, I was surprised! It's yellow! And it's a little cloudy! The first sip was also a surprise! The aroma coming out of my nose... Whiskey? Is it whiskey or brandy? And the sour aftertaste is quite strong! And it's slightly carbonated... What is this? I looked at the back of the bottle! It's like beer! I was convinced that it's like a beer that has become a bit stale, loose, and sour! The color...is it because it's brown rice? Many mysteries solved! I can't imagine the taste from the blue on the label! And I'm excited to know that Kaze no Mori has so many different kinds of beers! It's pretty easy to drink! Perfect for summer! Delicious! However, it's only 500ml, so I'm afraid it will run out soon.

The first Sharaku was Aizan with a red label! For my dad on Father's Day! And for my eldest son who celebrated his 10th birthday! And, just in case, as a reward to myself for being a father for 10 years (lol)! When I took the first sip, I was surprised at how well it hit my tongue! Then a gentle sourness! Despite the acidity, the tip of the tongue is not at all tangy! A bit strange! After the second sip, the sweetness started to appear and I liked it even more! There was another Sharaku, but I thought "Aizan" would be perfect for this event. There were other Sharaku, but I thought "Aizan" would be perfect for this event, so I bought this one, which is a bit more expensive (laugh). Sharaku! The taste is as good as the rumors say! Opened 14 days ago The smoothness is gone and there is now a sweetness and a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. I was surprised because I thought there was less sweetness a while ago! It was delicious all the way through!
