My first sip was "sweeter than the Yamadanishiki and Omachi I've had so far, with a clean aftertaste. To be honest, it was my favorite of the three!

I couldn't drink it for some reason, so I let it sit for a while, but it was aromatic, sweet, and delicious right up to the end! It was a sake with little deterioration!
