Today I had my first physical exam in my life, so I opened this guy!
I've been sober for the past three days, so it's sinking in even more (>_<).
I was wondering if it was gentle on the palate at first. I thought it was gentle on the palate at first, but then it immediately started to get sharp! The pungent taste of alcohol is not unpleasant! Delicious!
Personally, I like it a little more rounded when it has been left for a while and is closer to room temperature than when it is fresh out of the fridge! is crispy! It was a bit of a waste of time at the end, as it lost a lot of sweetness and spiciness.
