March 14th - White Day It's a peach-colored huayou! The label is too cute! The cherry blossoms were declared to be in full bloom today, so the bottle was opened! The first sip gave me the impression of "more sweetness than the Yamada-Nishiki of the other day, with a slower aftertaste. The bitterness is a bit weaker than Yamadanishiki. There was also a slight effervescence, which I personally prefer to the Oumachi I had this time. Many of the sakes I have enjoyed so far have been made with Omachi, so I was looking forward to the Hana-yosuyu Omachi, and it did not disappoint! The label is perfect for spring, and I can't wait to savor it until the cherry blossoms are in full bloom!
