My friend bought me my second bottle of Wind Forest!!! This time I was careful not to skip the lid! My first sip was "Whoa! Surprisingly thin? Clear?" but as I took a second and third sip and held it in my mouth for a few seconds, the sweetness and aroma appeared softly from the side of my tongue, and I was like, "Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Both of them are a little stronger on the gassy side than I'd imagined (in my own history), not tingly or painful, but gentle and stimulating... again, awesome! On the 60th birthday of my favorite Bo Gambos' Dontosan, the red line in the windy forest! I was so happy to be able to go to the concert to celebrate! On the night when the wind is making noise, I don't want to go home... We sang along to "Kaze no Mori"! A perfect sake day! Cork has been open for 11 days. The mouthfeel is much more refreshing. This may be due to the release of gas. The aftertaste is now more robust. It was delicious all the way through!

They don't sell them anywhere near my house, so my friend bought them for me! In return I gave him my Koei Chrysanthemum Sunburst! Before my first impression... I was surprised when the lid blew off so fast I couldn't see it when I opened the bottle! It went right by my face! It said to be careful when opening the bottle, but I underestimated that it would be fine since it was cold. I was afraid of the living yeast (laughs). When the bottle was opened, it had a fresh aroma, and my first sip gave me the following impression What an elegant, refreshing sweetness! I think the slightly stronger gas makes it even more refreshing. It's not so much fruity as it is elegant with a sweetness that doesn't cling to the palate, and it's really delicious! The name "Wind Forest" is so apt! Thank you my friend! But this sake goes down so well, I feel it would be a shame if it loses its gasiness, so let's go for it today! We drank while watching a live performance of "THE WHO" only at Kaze no Mori! The windmill goes round and round! 5 days after opening the bottle The gas is almost gone and the sweetness and fruity taste has increased a little. Not much deterioration! Still tasty! Still smells great when you open the bottle! Opened 10 days The sweetness seems to have increased a little. A little bitterness in the aftertaste

I saw the news of their arrival on the instagram of Mochizuki Sake Shop in Atsugi and dashed out to buy some! The first sip I took was It smells like wood. This is something I had never felt in any Colors I had ever tasted before. The acidity that comes after that is also nice and refreshing and tasty in the summer! It was beautifully effervescent and the aroma was less than other Colors. Less fruity, with a woody, barrel-aged aroma that fits the "green" image perfectly! At just under 3,000 yen, it's a bit pricey, but I like this not-too-sweet, adult feel. Four days after opening. The fuming still remains a little. The acidity has rounded out a lot and it has become a little sweeter. The aroma has dropped a lot, but the woody aroma still escapes my nose.

This design, with its clear bottle and clear label, was just too beautiful to jack! At first, I thought it had a sour taste that made me say "sour" without thinking, and the slight bubbles and low bitterness made it a perfect summer saké. As the days went by, I think the acidity lost its corner and it became a little sweeter. This year's rainy season has been a very gloomy and rainy one, so this was the perfect crispy drink! Good taste! Good design! It's so pretty I want to put a sunflower in it and use it as a vase when I'm done drinking it! It was delicious!

I like sweet sake, so I don't tend to touch dry sake, but a junior in college had a chance to drink with the owner of this sake brewery, and he spoke very passionately about his passion for sake, so I looked for it and bought it. The first sip was very tangy and stimulating, and I thought it was very dry, but as I took two or three sips, it became strangely mellow. It was delicious.

I bought it because it was recommended on a radio program featuring Japanese sake. It was a fruity and sweet sake that was easy to drink! It's delicious! It's been a week since I started drinking it, but the taste has hardly deteriorated, so I can enjoy it slowly!

Purchased for New Year's. I had the impression that it was a well-balanced sake, not too sweet and not too strong in aroma. I can recommend it to both my uncle and my sister. The slight fizziness is a stimulus, which is also nice. It doesn't have a picture of a lady playing a musical instrument, but to be honest, I decided to buy it partly because of the cool jacket! At the store where I bought it, the price was right at 3,000 yen including tax! It's a good drink for when you want to splurge a bit! It's delicious!

I drank the Instrument Masamune Nakadori and it was the best Cospa, so I drank this one next. I think I missed out on session2...? I think the aftertaste was a bit crisper than the green one. The green one's a little cheaper, but it's got a nicer jacket and would make a great gift! Makes me want to drink a lot of the Instrument series!

Bought this for a little luxury for New Year's! Maybe a little more sake bitterness than the Lapis. It was slightly fizzy and delicious! Personally, I think I like it better than Lapis!

I bought this because it was 10 years since the great earthquake. I could feel the bitterness of the sake rather than the fruity taste. I thought Yukikko was sweet, so I was a little surprised. It took me about a month to empty it, but I was surprised that the taste hardly deteriorated.

It's got the right amount of aroma and a delicious sake aftertaste! It's slightly fizzy, perfect for the hotter months ahead! At the store where I bought it, it was just under 1200 yen, and the price was really great! I'll be able to easily drop it off when I'm drinking with friends!
