I collect labels, and I love the design of this one, and I couldn't wait to try it!
My first sip was "it has sweetness and aroma, but it also has a bitter taste in the back of my throat"!
I imagined it to be very fruity because of the image on the label, but it was a bit different from that.
The slight effervescence is not only sweet but also stimulating. It's not the kind of wine that goes down easily, but rather one that you want to savor thoroughly.

It smelled great when I opened the bottle! First of all, the standard (?) sake rice! Yamada-Nishiki red label!
The blue, yellow, and green labels of Hana-yoso are beautiful! I want to drink a lot of this sake as a label collector!

The sweetness has calmed down a lot. The brewer wants us to drink it as soon as possible, which is understandable.
