Akabu for Dragon Boat Festival!
For my first Akabu, I chose this one with the most realistic-looking Kabuto (helmet) on the label!
I had heard that it was sweet despite the label's design, which looks very dry, but it certainly has a gentle taste!
The first sip is a sensation.
The first sip is sweet but not cloying, with a refreshing acidity in the aftertaste!
I can't say I've ever tasted anything like it! It's more like the sweetness of rice than a fruity sweetness (of course).
It was very easy to drink, and I would like to try the others in the series!
Today is my mother's 69th birthday! I am here because of you. Thanks to you, I am here! Happy birthday!
10th day after opening the bottle.
The acidity is much less and the freshness is reduced, but the sweetness remains on the palate. I think there was a little bit of a corkage, and the last sip was especially sweet.
It was delicious!
