Hanaabi八反錦 純米吟醸 無濾過原酒
みうらうみ
What a beautiful and pretty label! I love it!
The Daiginjo looks like a silver label, so I went with the Ginjo because I like this blue label better!
I bought this in mid-December, but I was late because my mother was hospitalized and I refrained from drinking.
The moment I opened the bottle, I smelled a nice aroma and wondered if this was a pretty sweet sake. But compared to the Miyamanishiki I drank last time, this one is clearer, fresher, and easier to drink. It is sweet, but not too sweet, and I never get tired of it, and I can finish it in no time!
The aroma is elegant, with an unexpected bitterness that lingers on the tongue at the end.
The longer you hold it in your mouth, the sweeter it gets!
Miyamanishiki was delicious, but Hachitan-nishiki is also delicious!
I am glad I bought it!
18th day after opening the bottle
It's been a while since I opened the bottle, but it was fruity and delicious right to the end!
The last part of the bottle was mildly sweet with a pool of ooze! Thank you very much for your hospitality 😋.
