This is a sake called Rishu! It is a sake made by Hakkaizan Hakkai Jozo! When I bought a bottle of Jishin, the store's policy is to buy another bottle as a tying-in gift, and I was looking forward to it because it provides me with a sure-fire sake every time I buy it! First of all, the labels are super cute! As a label collector, I can't get enough of this design! And the taste was rather well sour! Not so much sour, but fruity! It's more like a fruity sourness! As it says on the back, it has a nice grapefruit-like sourness with a hint of bitterness! It's also perfect for a refreshing summer drink! The aftertaste has a woody aroma on the nose! They embraced a delicious and lovely sake! Happy (^^) By the way, I heard that "sorin" in "rishu" is read as "koe" in kun-yomi.

A bright red Jikin! First of all, the label is super beautiful! I remember when the celebrity Dekami got married, she was given a bottle of this bright red Jikin as a gift! I drank a glass while thinking about it! Yummmm! Fruity sweetness! I had an image of "richness" when I drank the previous raw sake of Gohyakumangoku, but this one is not rich, but rather just the right sweetness! It's not too sweet, but rather just the right amount of sweetness! Delicious! Actually, my mother passed away the other day, and I was disappointed, but then I got a call from my favorite liquor store that it was in stock! I dashed out to buy some! "Just live life to the fullest in the moment. Thinking of this, I had a glass, and then another, and another..., Oh no, it's so easy to drink, I can't stop myself from drinking it. Eighth day after opening the bottle The fruity taste has gone down quite a bit. The bitterness started to appear in the aftertaste. It was good until the end, but personally, the first day was the best!

My mother turned 70 on May 5, so I bought her a bottle to celebrate! Currently her favorite sake "Kaze no Mori"! She is 70 years old. Since it was a celebration of her 70th birthday, I chose Aizan 807 with a purple label! Of all the Kaze no Mori sakes I've had, I think this one has the most bitterness! However, the slight effervescence combined with a slight acidity makes it very easy to drink! I was right to choose Kaze no Mori after all! He has been in the hospital for a long time for a reason, so he is not here, but we toasted with a purple boar cup and a red and white boar cup! May 11, 6th day of opening the bottle Actually, my mother passed away the day after my birthday. After the farewell ceremony today, I offered a toast to her! I think it has become more fruity and sweet than it was at first! It tasted better and better! It was really delicious~(*^_^*)

I found a store where I can buy Wind Forest, so I'm going to buy a variety of my favorite Wind Forest! So here it is this time! My first bite was "The rice may be different, but the elegant sweetness is the same! My first bite was "Even though the rice is different, the refined sweetness is the same! Compared to Akitsuho, I felt it had more fruit-like sweetness and sourness! Sweet and sour like strawberries! I think the Akitsuho one was sweet like rice or a high quality wasanbon! As it approached room temperature, it also tasted a bit bitter! The microbubbles and this gentle acidity are awesome! When I was choosing, I decided to choose the one with the cherry color label because it is the season of cherry blossoms! I decided to choose this one, but it was already gone before I started drinking (lol), so I decided to use green for the sake cup! I want to buy the Wind Forest series one after another! I'm totally a fan! It's too delicious! Eighth day after opening the bottle The acidity has rounded out and the sweetness has increased. Flavoriness was there in the beginning though. It was sweet and tasty to the end!

A friend of mine has been pushing hard for it, but I missed out on buying it last year! When he reported his discovery, I dashed out to buy it! There was also a white one, but I didn't have enough money, so I'll buy the white one next year. It is fruity and has a strong flavor! It tastes as good as a slightly strong meal! Delicious! The label is a series of calligraphy! The design is simple and nice! Nice and simple! (To be honest, I like these characters and preferred the blue one)! And this diary-like text on the back! Great! Furthermore, the box it came in when it arrived at the liquor store.., Ivy Road! What great taste! I'm a liquor lover and a Beatles fan! They sold a front cover with this design, but it was bright red, and I didn't buy it. I'd rather have at least an eco-bag (lol) Cork has been open for 9 days! I felt it got sweeter as the day went by, so I put it down for a while. It was fruity to the end, but I think the sweetness was a bit more before. It was really good all the way through!

A sake friend told me about a store where I could buy Kaze no Mori, and when I went there, I found a wonderful selection! I was so excited I thought my nose was going to bleed, but I kept my cool so I wouldn't be mistaken for a reseller (lol)! The same elegant sweetness as always, followed by a gentle bitterness! The stimulation of the micro-firing! Delicious! I'm a fan of Kaze no Mori after all! I had a hard time deciding which Kaze no Mori to choose since there were so many different varieties, but since it was labeled as a limited edition sake, I went with this one for now! I'm going to try a lot of them from now on! The great thing about Kaze no Mori is that it is reasonably priced! The great thing about Kaze no Mori is that it's reasonably priced! Thank goodness... I had this in my pocket as a gift for a sake-loving friend I was meeting! The cup is cute and a good size for a small drink, I should have bought more (>_<) Is it my imagination? It's a little bit thicker than I expected! The first sip when well chilled has a sweetness followed by a surprisingly strong alcohol taste and a slightly dry aftertaste! But as I drank it, I felt that the crispness at the end rounded out, perhaps because it was closer to room temperature! I like it more than any other cup sake I've had so far! Delicious! I was put off by the fact that I also collect labels, since the Omine is printed directly on the bottle, but it tasted just as good as the rumors said it would! I'll buy the bottles next time!

I wandered over to my favorite liquor store and, lo and behold, I found a bottle of Tobiroki! It was a bit pricey for a daiginjo, but when I came across this one, I had to have it! Not too sweet, but fruity and with a nice crisp aftertaste! Delicious! It's quintessential! As it gets closer to room temperature, I wonder if the bitterness gets a little stronger. I feel it. It's famous for being resold, so the store had a sign that said "no resale". I can't imagine not drinking such a delicious sake and turning it into money! I'll drink it myself and be happy.

Every year around this time, when I go to the liquor store, I see a sign that says "KAUSHIBITO KUHEIJI: Light nigori" and I have always been curious about it, so this year I finally bought a bottle! I was expecting it to be a sweet sake, but the first sip was very mild and smooth, but after the second sip, I felt the acidity was more pronounced! It's the kind of sake that requires reservations every year! It is delicious! Also, my lucky number is 9, so I would like to try other kinds of brewer's kuheiji! Opened 12 days ago The acidity rounded out towards the end, leaving a bit of sweetness and bitterness in the aftertaste! Personally, I liked it best on the third day after opening the bottle, when the acidity was gone a bit!

It is my favorite drink that I can buy at my local supermarket! Today is the anniversary of my father's death, a full 10 years ago today. This Gorohachi is not a rare sake, but one time my father got it from an acquaintance and we both have fond memories of getting into it a bit. We used to buy it every winter back then. It's still as sweet and delicious as ever! But 21 degrees! Dangerous liquor (laughs)! Or rather, a liqueur! Anyway, I like it, so it's ok. The label has changed...

What a beautiful and pretty label! I love it! The Daiginjo looks like a silver label, so I went with the Ginjo because I like this blue label better! I bought this in mid-December, but I was late because my mother was hospitalized and I refrained from drinking. The moment I opened the bottle, I smelled a nice aroma and wondered if this was a pretty sweet sake. But compared to the Miyamanishiki I drank last time, this one is clearer, fresher, and easier to drink. It is sweet, but not too sweet, and I never get tired of it, and I can finish it in no time! The aroma is elegant, with an unexpected bitterness that lingers on the tongue at the end. The longer you hold it in your mouth, the sweeter it gets! Miyamanishiki was delicious, but Hachitan-nishiki is also delicious! I am glad I bought it! 18th day after opening the bottle It's been a while since I opened the bottle, but it was fruity and delicious right to the end! The last part of the bottle was mildly sweet with a pool of ooze! Thank you very much for your hospitality 😋.

Since it is the year of the dragon, I decided to go with Kuroryu for the New Year's sake for 2024🐉. Rather than being fruity, it had the crispness and bitterness that I have known for a long time, which is typical of Japanese sake. There are many sakes named after dragons, but this one was a gift from my younger brother on my 30th birthday, and I have fond memories of it! It has been a long time since I have had this sake, but it was delicious! I hope to encounter many delicious sake this year! January 8 - 1 week after opening the bottle I felt the bitterness came forward more than when the bottle was opened. I usually don't do this, but I thought it could be served hot, so I warmed it up. I tried warming it up, but the flavor was too weak. Would it have tasted better if it was lukewarm? It was the 10th anniversary of my grandma's death. We drank it all together. I made ita wasabi with leftover kamaboko from New Year's. My nose hurt! My nose hurts. I'm crying...

It's the season for new species! I got the "yellow" variety of Hanahyotsu, which I couldn't buy last season! I dare to say yellow because I love this pretty label of Hanahyotsu! Thinking back, when I saw this yellow label of Hahiyo-yoku, I was so impressed by how beautiful the bottle is! I was so impressed by this yellow label that I got to know about Hahiyo-yoku! That's why I have longed for this yellow Huahiyo-yoku! My first sip was "sweeter than the Yamadanishiki and Omachi I've had so far, with a clean aftertaste. To be honest, it was my favorite of the three! Yum! I'm looking forward to seeing how the taste changes after tomorrow! The 17th day after opening the bottle I couldn't drink it for some reason, so I let it sit for a while, but it was aromatic, sweet, and delicious right up to the end! It was a sake with little deterioration!

I bought it because it looked delicious on the instagram of my favorite band "Humbert Humbert"! When I took the first sip, I thought it might be dry because I could smell the aroma of sake. I thought it might be dry, but what came next was sourness and sweetness! Unlike the appearance on the label, it was a sweet and sour sake! However, if you ask me if it is refreshing, it is not. However, if you ask me if it is refreshing, I think it is a little different. Is the aroma of rice strong? It was not a refreshing sourness! Delicious! We received the news of the passing of Hiroshi Inuzuka, the last member of the Crazy Cats, along with the Crazy Cats record.... I will drink 50,000 cups of sake with a cup of sake! November 9 (13th day after opening the bottle) The sourness rounded out little by little, and I felt a little bitterness and sweetness came out at the end. It was delicious right to the end! Personally, I liked it best on about the second day!

Since it was our 10th wedding anniversary and the first time in Corona, we took a luxurious trip to Hokkaido! Since we were going all out, we decided to buy some sake from Hokkaido, so we bought a bottle of Sanzen Sakura at the hotel! I didn't have much of an image of sake in Hokkaido, but I hit the jackpot! The sweetness of the first sip made me so happy! The slight tangy aftertaste is also nice! The sweetness is more on the juicy side! The price was less than 2000 yen! Daiginjo with this taste at this price! I'm so happy! I bought a nice souvenir! The first birth soil! Schwarzenegger, gentle sweetness followed by sourness and crispness! It is delicious! It's a little bit bad because the tenderness of 13 degrees makes you go from one to another! It's fun to open the bottle slowly, and I love the "tok-tok-tok-tok" sound when pouring, which may be due to the shape of the bottle! I bought it as a reward (?) for finishing the work for the community association's festival, which has been bothering me for a long time since last year. I bought it! I had a hard time deciding what to buy at the liquor store, but today is my second son's birthday, so I decided to go with "Sansho"! I asked at the store, "What's this sandwich? They said, "Is it an Ubusuna?" I was told, "Ubusuna? Ubusuna? Is it written "soil" and "sand"? How embarrassing! Among the customers who seemed to know a lot about sake Sand! Embarrassing! But it was so delicious that I forgot about it! August 8, the 12th day after opening the bottle The acidity has completely disappeared and only the sweetness remains. Personally, I liked it best on the third day after opening the bottle, when the sweetness was most pronounced. At the end, there was also some oli and it became mildly sweet. It was delicious all the way through!

My first flax cat was Spark! The bottle was marked "be careful when opening," so I carefully turned and tightened the stopper, and then turned and tightened it again 15 times, I opened the bottle with all my might, and it overflowed! I put a plate on the floor, but it overflowed by about 2 cups.... My first sip was "Sour! I think it is very specialized in sourness! It's like a gaseous sensation, or rather, it's completely carbonated! I've never tasted such a sparkling sake before, but I didn't know it was this carbonated! It's more carbonated than beer! I like the slight aroma of wood from the oak barrels that comes through in the nose afterwards! A sour and shuwa shuwa type that is perfect for summer! It sure is tasty! I wonder if I should finish it before the carbonation wears off, or if I should enjoy the change in flavor. With our cucumbers that we picked yesterday as a snack, we are ahead of the summer season! Cork opened on the 18th (July 15) The acidity has rounded out a bit. Instead, the woody aroma has become stronger due to the loss of carbonation. Nice aroma! Also, I think it got a little sweeter. The schwashiness was delicious, but it was crisp and tasty all the way through.

My friend bought it for me as a gift when she went back home! Today I had my first physical exam in my life, so I opened this guy! I've been sober for the past three days, so it's sinking in even more (>_<). I was wondering if it was gentle on the palate at first. I thought it was gentle on the palate at first, but then it immediately started to get sharp! The pungent taste of alcohol is not unpleasant! Delicious! Personally, I like it a little more rounded when it has been left for a while and is closer to room temperature than when it is fresh out of the fridge! is crispy! I personally like it better when it's left out of the fridge for a bit and closer to room temperature than when it's fresh from the fridge! It's also perfect during a meal! Also, the label is cool! As a label guesser, I can't resist the design! My gamma-GTP and uric acid levels were fine, and my blood sugar got a bit of attention, but I'm fine! I can still drink! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Corkage opened 20 June 18, Father's Day. It was a bit of a waste of time at the end, as it lost a lot of sweetness and spiciness. The spiciness was a little rounded for about a week after opening. After 10 days, I think the spiciness started to come out again. Personally, I enjoyed it best right after opening and for about a week. I got a beer for Father's Day, so I'm looking forward to seeing what I can buy next!

May 5, 2023 GO! Akabu for Dragon Boat Festival! For my first Akabu, I chose this one with the most realistic-looking Kabuto (helmet) on the label! I had heard that it was sweet despite the label's design, which looks very dry, but it certainly has a gentle taste! The first sip is a sensation. The first sip is sweet but not cloying, with a refreshing acidity in the aftertaste! I can't say I've ever tasted anything like it! It's more like the sweetness of rice than a fruity sweetness (of course). It was very easy to drink, and I would like to try the others in the series! Today is my mother's 69th birthday! I am here because of you. Thanks to you, I am here! Happy birthday! 10th day after opening the bottle. The acidity is much less and the freshness is reduced, but the sweetness remains on the palate. I think there was a little bit of a corkage, and the last sip was especially sweet. It was delicious!

My favorite TBS Radio Tamamusubi ended in March, so I wanted to commemorate it. I heard that it had nothing to do with the program, but it was introduced in the program and I didn't buy it then, but now I want to drink it. I asked a nearby liquor store that sells Ichinokura to order it for me, but they said the brewery had already stopped selling it, so I couldn't get it. I looked for it online and got it via Rakuten. I had to pay 760 yen for shipping for a 1,650 yen bottle of sake. Still, I wanted to try it now, so I bought it. The first sip was like, "Oh yeah, that's how sake is made! I was like, "Yes, that's what sake is like! It tastes a little milder than the sake my grandfather used to drink at home. The label is cute, which is great for label collectors! April 27th: 12 days since opening. I finished drinking it on the day of my wedding. It tasted a little more bitter than when the bottle was opened. But it didn't deteriorate much until the end. Wedding and Tamamusubi After Mr. Akae's line, "If it's good to tie a knot, it's all good," we enjoyed this drink!
