I remember drinking Tasake, but it's not in my history here... Did I drink it outside? Either way, this is my first time drinking Kojo-no-no-nishiki! The first sip was a bit sour, I thought. But from the second sip, the sweetness came forward and it became more fruity! Yummmmahhh! The slightly tingling aftertaste is also exciting! No wonder this is so popular! Also, I personally like the austere color of the bottle! But...the rice wine I drank before..., I wonder where I drank it before.

I went to Nasu for a family vacation and wanted to buy some sake as a souvenir, but I couldn't find any liquor stores, and there were no supermarkets either. I looked on the brewery's website and couldn't find anything about it. The description at the roadside station says it is "sweet". It's a mystery... If it's a mystery, why don't you just try it, so I bought it! When I took the first sip, I wondered if it was really sweet. But as I took the second and third sips, the sweetness started to come out! The aftertaste is rather bitter and sour. Apparently, this sake is made by the Kikunosato Sake Brewery, which makes a sake called Ona! I have a feeling this is a sake you can only buy here! I'm glad I bought it!

I have always wanted to drink Shinshu Kamerei! Every time the liquor store I sometimes go to has a new shipment, I wanted to run out and buy it, but I had to buy it in a bundle, and that made it too expensive for me to afford, When a friend emailed me and told me I could buy it at my regular store, I dashed out! When I opened the bottle, I could smell the sweet aroma, so I thought it was promising and drank it..., It exceeded my expectations! Fruity and sweet with a firm sweetness! The sharpness that comes afterwards! And it has a good amount of gas, so it's not too strong! I was told by the shopkeeper that it is "hi-ire", but I wonder what happens to it when it's a draft sake! Also, I personally like the label, it's really cool! I want to drink the other series too! I want to see it again!

Sake from the neighboring town of Atsugi: Morimasu! I always thought it was "Morimasu" but it was "Sakarasu"! I had put it off because it's local and sold all over the place, but now I heard it won first place in the "SAKE competition"! What? It was such a great sake! So I bought it at a local liquor store! As the description says, it is slightly sweet, but soon after that, it turns dry! I don't like spicy sake, but it's not bad! I can gobble it up! Delicious! But it's not fruity, and although it says "delicious in a wine glass", it's not that aromatic...? Maybe I should buy a wine glass? Today, I went to an autograph signing by Reichi Nakaiido, formerly of RC Succession! I went to Chavo's book signing and had a good time, so I opened a bottle of sake to congratulate him! Good day!

A sake-loving friend of mine informed me that he had a bottle of Jikin! I got a tip from a friend who loves Japanese sake and dashed to the usual store! I was able to buy it just in time, just 3 minutes before closing! The blue label is beautiful! It was my first time to buy Hakutsuru-Nishiki rice! It has a bit of "sourness" that I have not felt in other Jikin I've had so far. Fruity aftertaste! It's a masterpiece! It has just the right amount of sharpness. Delicious! That's all I can say! I couldn't wait until Father's Day, so I opened the bottle a little early! By the way, today is not only Friday the 13th, but also Jason's birthday. He is 79 years old today! I've never seen the movie, but I've seen the movie. Also, it's Buddha's birthday (lol).

I bought it because the liquor store I frequent was raving about it on Instagram! This is indeed delicious! A great answer! The aroma when you open the bottle is great, the fruity and gentle sweetness in the mouth, and then the tangy feeling! It's 16 degrees, but it gently rises in the back of your throat! I don't like dry wine, but I like this change! I don't like dry wine, but I like the way it changes! To be honest, I had never heard of this brand before, but it made me happy to know that there are still so many delicious sake out there. And the sake that is promoted with confidence by a trustworthy liquor store is sure to be good. Thank you! I finished it within 6 days of opening the bottle, and I personally think the last one was the tastiest. The curdling feeling was gone and the sweetness came forward! It was really good all the way to the end!

I love Kaze no Mori and have had 8 different kinds, but I have never actually had the basic Akitsuho 657! The reason is that I thought I could buy it anytime I wanted. The reason was that I thought it would always be available and that it would be the same as the first Akitsuho 807 I drank. I thought it was the same as the Akitsuho 807 I drank for the first time. When I went to buy the new "Nanarou", it was sold out and not available at the store! I went to buy the new "Nanarou" and found it was sold out and not in the store. I asked the old man at the liquor store, "Will the new blue one (Nanarot) be available again? I asked him if the new blue one (Nanarou) would be available again, and he told me that Nanarou is a sake that may or may not become the new standard of Kaze no Mori! The standard Akitsuho 657 is 16 degrees Celsius and Nanaroh is 15 degrees Celsius. They are trying to see if they can make Nanarou the new standard that is easier to drink. Eeeeeeeeeeeeee! Akitsuho 657, which I thought was always available, is actually in jeopardy! I was made to think.... Well, the taste.., After all, it's the most delicious! Elegant sweetness, balanced acidity and bitterness. The very basic taste! Personally, I liked the 807 better, but I knew I mustn't lose this flavor that has been loved for a long time. My son made boiled rice, which he recently learned in home economics class, and we enjoyed it with that today!

Opened for my mother's birthday and the first anniversary of her passing last year! It is sweet and fruity. I've tried three different kinds and this might be the sweetest one I've ever had! It tasted sweet to match the color of the label! I thought it would be more sour since it said it tasted like strawberries. I was expecting it to taste more like strawberries, but I didn't notice much sourness. I thought it would taste more like strawberry, but I didn't feel much sourness. Regardless of what you think, it is very tasty! I can't wait to see how the taste changes from here!

At last, at last, I met Jyushiyo! I wandered by my favorite liquor store and couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this on display! I couldn't believe my eyes! I was so excited I thought my nose was going to start bleeding. I had never had a bottle of Jyushidai outside, so this was a complete first for me! I opened the bottle with a sense of excitement.... Sweet and delicious aroma (^^) When I put it in my mouth, it was so sweet! The fruity flavor is the same, but the sweetness is amazing! And it's thick! There is almost no bitterness in the aftertaste, but a bit of sourness. To be honest, there are many other rice varieties I like better than Yamada-Nishiki, but the Yamada-Nishiki in my mind has changed! It is so sweet! It's like, "Oh my God, it's so sweet! This certainly makes it legendary! It's too good to resell such a delicious sake! Resellers, you might want to reconsider, okay? April 30, opened 18 days No deterioration at all. It was fruity and tasty to the end! If I had to say something, I would say that the bitterness in the aftertaste has increased just a little bit. My first "Saku"! My favorite liquor store has many different types of Saku, and since the name of the rice is not written on the bottle, I was not sure which one would be best for me and had not tried it! Fruity and sweet but not clingy, with a hint of sourness! The taste is as good as the rumors say! After a while, a bitter taste comes in your mouth. It is also good. The price is reasonable and it's great! I'm over a mountain of inheritance-related business today. It's also the birthday of my favorite Imawano Kiyoshiro. And the sake is delicious! It's great!

The red label one I had the other day was tangy and dry, but this white label one is fruity! Personally, I prefer this one by far! There is a rather strong bitterness in the aftertaste, and I wonder if that is the reason why it is called Aroma "MELON". Also, there is a sourness to it! I went from sweetness to sourness to bitterness! The red label one is less than 1000 yen at the Coop, and this one is about 1300 yen. If the difference is 300 or 400 yen, I prefer this one! I mean, 1300 yen for this is cheap! The label alone would cost several hundred yen! It's delicious!

I first had it at a tavern owned by a friend of mine, and it was delicious! As someone who collects labels, I had to buy it! I looked all over the place for this sake, but could not find it. The other day, I stopped by the Co-op and found it! I never thought I would find it here! I bought a bottle of the red and white label Junmai that was on the shelf! The one I drank at the store before was purple, right? The one I drank at the store before was fruity and delicious, but this red one was very different. It says "Aroma NASHI PEAR" but I don't think it is pear-like. It was a very refreshing sip, but it was very tangy right away! It's good, but it's not what I thought it would taste like. But the label is great! I'm so happy! Next day I heated it up and it became very easy to drink! Delicious (^^)

I stopped by my favorite liquor store on my way home from work. I found a bottle of Jikin! But it's only in one bottle, and it won't fit in our refrigeration system... But, it's winter, and I can keep it in the cold room! I bought it! It was a good decision to buy it! It's still delicious! It was a little gentler than the unfiltered one I drank before! Fruity and not too sweet! Aroma! I'm glad I can enjoy it longer than my usual four-pack! Eleven years ago today, I was having my first and last sakishin with my mother who passed away last year. How I remember it! Jikin I'm just living the moment to the fullest! Because, a good sake is the happiest thing in the world! I finished it in 19 days after opening the bottle. As with all the Jikin I've had so far, I always think that it doesn't deteriorate much. I was a little worried because it was a one-sho bottle, but the sweetness was a little less, but it was delicious all the way through! I experimented with heating it up because I had so many bottles, but that gave it a gentle sweetness followed by a bit of a tangy taste. It was delicious! But I still liked it best well chilled!

I wanted to get my father something to drink on his 11th death anniversary, so I went to my usual liquor store! I had a lot of trouble deciding, but I decided on Sogen, which a friend recommended to me! It tastes rich! The sweetness came first, followed by the crispness! It is indeed 19 degrees! It has the power of rice, just like when you drink doburoku! It is indeed delicious! And the price of 1,300 yen is great! But it's only 19 degrees! If you go in too fast because it tastes so good, you might get hurt later, so it's a battle of self-control!

This is a little extra craft beer! I bought this beer at my favorite liquor store because they had just released my favorite Kojikoji beer! It's so cute! The beer was brewed with the image of "beer in fairyland" where Kozhikoji lives, and it tasted sweet and sour and magical! Aside from strawberry and banana, white bean paste? Vanilla? I thought so, but it was splendidly delicious! The only thing is, it is totally different from the bitterness of beer and the aroma of hops, so beer lovers may find it subtle (lol). I made a bit of a mistake in that I found out later that it came with a limited edition coaster when I bought it at the St. Gallen store in Atsugi.... I'll keep the bottle for safekeeping!

Date of purchase: January 25th I got a call from my favorite liquor store that they had some Imi, and the next morning, I stood in line before the store opened to buy it! Lots of people were lined up! The blue label Junmai Ginjo I drank before was delicious, but this special Junmai is also great! The aroma is so fragrant that you can smell the sweet goodness from the moment you open the bottle, and it is sweet and juicy from the moment you put it in your mouth! It was sweet and juicy from the moment you put it in your mouth, and slowly became tangy and tightened up later! Delicious! I was looking forward to reading the comments on the back of the bottle, but I heard that the father passed away. I am grateful that he made such a delicious sake. There are also delicious liquors sold in supermarkets! It was such a new experience! By the way, the one my friend was drinking was labeled as "Nama Gen Sake". I think that's probably why she said it was sweet and tasty! I would like to try the Nama sake someday!

For this year's New Year's sake, I couldn't even think of a zodiac snake sake, so I went with my favorite Kaze no Mori! I thought my wife would be mad at me for buying such an expensive sake because it came with a box, but it was safe because it was New Year's. In fact, it was only 3,000 yen! I've had the bear one at the store, but this is the first time I've bought Eiko Fuji! I was attracted by the name "Senryu" and wondered if I should buy it for this year's New Year's sake, and ended up choosing Kuroryu at that time, but I was still curious about it, so I bought it for the end of the Year of the Dragon! It has a nice sweetness that is not clingy! The sake itself is smooth and soft! It also has a nice aroma! It's so good! I saw beautiful Mt. Fuji from Mt.
