I bought this sake for New Year's Day. It was the first Houou Mita, which was a bundle with Jikin due to the store's policy.
I wasn't sure if I wanted to drink it on New Year's Day because of its very festive name and label, but I gave it up to Jikin on New Year's Day.
Today, I had the great pleasure of having Hiroto Komoto read my e-mail on the radio, so I gave up my day off from drinking to open the bottle!
My first sip was "Surprisingly sour? But from the second sip, the sweetness came to the forefront.
The second sip brought the sweetness to the forefront, giving the impression of a strong sweetness. It is not fruity, but rather sweet. Delicious! I love it!
