Finally, we're into the February review. Well, I'm still accumulating. 💦. This is everyone's favorite Sentori is "hope"♪ A harmony of sweet, sour, and bitter flavors that spreads through the piquant stimulation. The balance of sweetness and bitterness in Sentori makes it a dangerous wine to drink smoothly 😋. It was delicious this season too 😆👍

The day before yesterday, we had an off-line meeting to welcome Nocchi-san! We had a drinking party in Fukuoka after a long time. I was so full after eating Motsu-nabe from the 0th party. 🤣 I had too much fun drinking sake at the first party and sunk. 🤣 I couldn't go to the 2nd party. 😂 But I knew it was easy to drink with everyone 😆👍 The review is a totally unrelated past review. 🙄. My first Yuki no Bijin. I just think of Shinsei and buy it because of the No.6 yeast. I think it was a bit on the dry side, unlike Shinsei, but it was moderately tasty 😋😋.

I can't even complete Koei Kiku this season! And I couldn't drink the new Miun. 😂 But I actively get them when I see them! Speaking of New Year, this is Hello! But only Omachi with a new label because of the fridge. 😂 Like I opened the bottle at the Mahjong club activity after coming back from Fukuoka? 🤔 It's still delicious sweet and juicy 😋😋. I really drink it mindlessly... I don't have much of an impression of the taste because I don't write it down even if it's my favorite Kouei Kiku! 🤣

I received this bottle from Gura-chan when I went back home at the end of the year! I think it's your favorite kind, and it's not sold in Tokyo yet! I'm sure it's your favorite type! 😂. It took me a while to open the bottle because it was so active. The bottle was automatically stirred, so it started with a bit of a cloudiness. Lactic acidic, sweet and bitter 😋. I never get tired of drinking it, but it is the type that I want to take my time with rather than just slurp it up. Well, it was delicious 😆👍 Thank you very much, Gula... 🙇‍♂️

The first Wakamusume in a while is Ruri Karakusa. Or rather, I've only had Ruri Karakusa. 🙄. I saw your past review, you drank it before summer and hebereke. 🤣 I opened the bottle again this time at the Mahjong club activity and I could taste it properly... The fruity aroma lured me in and I took a sip. It's delicious! Sweet and tasty with a touch of citrus! It has a nice sharpness and is really easy to drink. It's not the kind of sake you want to get tongue-tied over 🤣.

We finally opened a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei that Tsubu-chan gave us in April. It's been a while since I've had it, but it's really good. The sweet and juicy taste is my favorite. That flavor that makes you want to bite into it is superb! Thank you, Tsubu-chan! 🙇‍♂️

We were able to get the new Kudo sake again this year. I drank it even though it was Sunday. As you can imagine from the gently fruity aroma, it is sweet and juicy and delicious. Kudoki is a sure thing! 😆👍

Tazake was available in Fukuoka for a little while, but never seen in Tokyo. It was a rare chance to come across it, so I got it right away. I think it's still better because it was displayed normally, not by lottery or anything like that. 🤔 It's been a long time since I've tasted Tasake, but it was delicious! I remember it was a little bit expensive, but I'm not sure about the details. I remember that it was a little bit late, but I don't know the details. 🤣 It had a very refreshing sweetness and just the right amount of bitterness. My boss takes me to this bar. He seems to recognize me as a sake lover and tells me when a good one is available. On this day, he said, "Shinmasa's new sake has just arrived. The seal is open. Imadeya Hanpukai December is Tokachi for Hokkaido's best sake. Tokachi is your first brand! I opened a bottle at a mahjong club activity, but it tasted a bit like a bad taste! 💦. It's not that it wasn't tasty or anything. It just wasn't my favorite. 😅 Well, I've had plenty of those in the past, so I don't mind. Not all the brands in the hanpukai are to my liking, but that's interesting! 😆👍

No. 2 was hiding quietly behind the leap No. 1. I held out for the leap No. 1 in Las Vegas and took this one home. I haven't chased it this year, but I would still buy it if I saw it. It is quite dry, sweet and sour, and refreshing! It's not my favorite sweet and sour sizzling wine, but it's so refreshing that I never get tired of drinking it. I think it's perfect for fried food 😋. Thank you very much for the drink!

I arrived at Fukuoka Airport on the evening of the 3rd. When I checked my baggage, I was told that the departure time was 7:30 p.m. And there is a high possibility that the flight will be delayed. 😱😱. It's only 16:00. 💦. The flight schedule seems to have been messed up by the accident. The ground staff was very considerate and offered to transfer me to the previous flight, which was a premium class flight, but I had to give priority to Kamikyo. It was my first time to fly on this flight, and I was surprised to see that they serve sake. I snapped this picture to commemorate the experience. I really wanted to drink a glass of Norikuchi, but it was just a matter of timing. It wasn't quite to my taste, but it was just for the sake of commemoration. I realized that I had passed 1 million check-ins. 🤣 Is there any special offer for those who are the last one to get it? 🤔 Well, the taste is stable, sweet and juicy with a low sweetness... ♪ The gasiness and the shwashy mouthfeel is also pleasant 🤔. I could have drunk it easily, but it was a weekday, so I had to settle for 3 gos of wine! I'm going to enjoy nigori at the end of the year.

I came across this in the nigori (nigori) sake theme stocking. I don't remember such a nigori from Eiko-Fuji. 🤔 Well, if it's Eiko-Fuji & nigori, there's no reason not to buy it! So I got it! I opened the bottle as the first bottle after getting sick. It has a slightly milky aroma, but it's not too strong. The mouthfeel is quite tangy. The taste is more dry and bitter than the usual Eiko-Fuji. The sake level is -2.0, but it tastes like this. It's really hard to guess. 🤣 But I like the bitterness of the taste 😋😋. I'm really guilty of drinking sake that's not a perfect match, but still tastes good and I drink it in gulps. I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not 🥺.
