My favorite Kouei Chrysanthemum! I've been having some bad timing lately, but I always try to get it when I see it. I opened a bottle of my favorite Snoqualmie.... Well, it's June. 🤣 I'm completely addicted to the greef-like sweet bitterness that stimulates both sides of my tongue 😋😋. I want to drink it whenever I remember 😋. 🤤

Recommended #2 by Imadeya♪ Okuroku?" I'm sorry. I didn't know it at all. 😅 But I bought it because Imadeya recommended it. And I immediately opened the bottle. Oh, it's so good! It's so delicious! It has a good balance of sweet and sour, with a nice bitterness at the end 😋😋. It tastes somewhat like Shinsei 😆👍 This is one I will get if I see it again 🤩🤩.

June is here! Kido's seasonal sake is a great relief because it's never out of season... ♪ It was already hot in early June, and I think I was drinking it gulping it down. Refreshing acidity with a hint of sweetness. A refreshing sourness, a hint of sweetness, and a clean aftertaste. I think it was. 🙄 Another bottle to drink next year 😋😋.

Mahjong club activity now. Still low as usual, but just drinking Koei Chrysanthemum and feeling agaeagae 😆👍. My wife, who happened to be at the liquor store on an errand, asked me, "Do you want this? I was at work. I was at work, but I quickly replied, "Yes, thank you. Thank you very much 🙏🙏. The taste is sour first. The sweetness is refreshing and stimulates the tongue, but then the bitter taste finishes it off. The freshness that is perfect for the still hot autumn nights is unbearable 😋😋. Koei chrysanthemum is delicious!

Every year, when I see this cool label, I buy it. I have already reviewed the hiyaoroshi, but this is summer pure. The standard low-alcohol. It's a refreshing, light, sweet and delicious 😋. It's perfect for sipping on a hot night! But it's too good to waste, so I drink it little by little. Thanks for the treat... ☺️

I drank it before summer started, but reviewed it after summer ended. I put it to sleep.â I remember drinking it again this year with a refreshing muscat sweet and tasty acidity that was pleasant and smooth 😋. It's low in alcohol and perfect for weekday drinking.

Real time posting stopped so quickly. 😅 The first Turtle Sea in a long time was opened at the Mahjong club activity.... The sweet and tasty sizzle is still alive and well and we can't stop drinking 😋😋. Every time I drink it, I can't stop talking to myself "It's so good" 😆👍. Mikotsuru, which has not been sold for a long time, selected Miyamanishiki. I wanted to buy Sanke Nishiki but it was sold out... 😭 😭 It's so popular........ But Miyamanishiki was just as good as Miyamanishiki! The sweetness, flavor, and acidity unique to Mikotsuru are a perfect collaboration! I'm sure it was a great collaboration! The bitterness was also pleasantly crisp and clean! It should be 🙄 🙄 🙄 Well, it is far away in my distant memory, but there was no doubt that it was delicious! Nagano sake is delicious after all 🤤🤤🤤🤤.

It's another tropical night tonight. 😭 My air conditioner broke down at my house in Fukuoka, waiting for repair. Room temperature 38 degrees. 😱. No, the one that will flag you dead from heat stroke if you accidentally fall asleep. 💦. I'm living comfortably in my apartment in Tokyo, but my wife don't 😅. I believe I can fix it soon 🙏🙏. Well, the real review is the stable Mimurosugi. I can't help but buy this hiyaoroshi when I see it. And I can't pass by Omachi without buying it.... As expected, it has a rich and mellow taste with concentrated sweetness and flavor unique to Omachi. The alkalinity is moderate, so you can enjoy it while savoring it carefully and carefully. The bitterness that comes out when it finishes is also doing a good job 😆👍. 😆👍 Well, Nara sake is delicious! But I have to work tomorrow, so I'm going to leave one gou of sake so I don't get manached 🙄🙄🙄.

This one was given to me by my kind-hearted parents for their son. No, I'm in my mid-50s now, so you can leave it alone. 💦. but to my parents, I'm still a kid no matter how old I am. Well, I'm lucky that I'm showing off my love of sake 🤣. Midorikawa â™" along with the Ousai and Oumine that I drank at my parents' house. It was slightly out of my strike zone in terms of taste, but it was clear and dry, so it was a perfect accompaniment to rice. However, I enjoyed it after eating rice and drinking it by itself 😆👍. I will continue to request brands that I would not buy myself 😏😏.

So today is the Mid-Autumn Moon. As it happens, I opened a bottle of a brand that looks like it, so I haven't posted in real time in a while. I got it because it was a Tenmei with a label I had never seen at a liquor store! It was Aki-agari. It has a clean fruity aroma. Smooth on the palate, with a light alu-ness and citrusy sweetness and acidity that is really delicious 😋😋. The closing bitterness is also very well developed 😆👍 I knew I could do a decent review in real time. 🤣

This is the first green that Yucachin reviewed quite a while ago. I got it after the owner recommended it to me as "NEXT Shinshu Kamerei". Oh, it's true 😳. The sweet and fruity taste reminds me of Shinshu Kamerei. Seriously delicious 😆👍 There must be hidden sake brands all over the country, so we must drink a lot of brands we don't know about!

Finally, May is here 🙄🙄. For those of you who are worried that I'm slacking on my reviews, just go at your own pace. That's what sakewa is all about 😆👍 First up in May is our local Hatsuyukibai. Brewed with local sake rice "Shizuku Ehime". I've been skipping so much that my memory of the taste has faded, but I'm sure it was delicious 🤣. If you see it at a liquor store, please give it a try 😋😋.

Finally, the last review for April... ♪ The last one is from my hometown, Hatsuyukibai! I'm rooting for this small brewery brewed by a brother and sister 😆👍. Not too sweet, not too spicy, the umami is surrounded by bitterness and acidity... 😋😋. It's what we call well-balanced taste 😋😋. Please try it if you see it... 🙇‍♂️

At last 3 months pure white. 🤣 Not that I haven't been drinking, I've been skipping reviews 😆👍. Don't tell me to be bossy? 😜. And so the April review is blah blah blah... â I drank Daimine's Dewa Sanzan at my parents' house in GW. I was enjoying it with a grin on my face because of its stable taste. First half of GW, I went to my parents' house for the first time in a long time. On the way back from the airport, I took my parents to go stock up 🤣. I wanted to drink sweet and tasty, so I got two bottles 🤣. We started with a bottle of Macho. I had a memory of how good it tasted when I drank it outside before, so I felt very safe. One sip and it was delicious 😋. I got drunk while being satisfied with the sweet and tasty taste as expected 😆👍. I guess it's nice to be at home. ☺️
