MAJThen I went to bed feeling kind of sick after I finished the review, but the next morning I had a fever. The next morning I had a fever. 😱. It's hard to have a high fever after a long time. Finally, my fever has been normal since yesterday, so I have to get back to my normal life. So, I'm going to continue with the review. The drinkers came to our house! Rigel-san, Nochi-san, Ane-san, welcome! Everyone brought their own sake and we had a drinking party 😆👍. The third bottle was Yonotori brought by Nochi-san. I know it is sweet because it is a kijo sake, but the kijo sake brewed by Shinmasa is different. It is true that it has a strong sweetness, but the acidity wraps it up beautifully and makes it very easy to drink and delicious! It's a very good sake! It's a kijoshu, but the taste is really delicious and you will never get tired of drinking it 😆👍. Thank you very much, Nochi-san 😚😚.

MAJIt was quite warm today, and if I selected the wrong coat, it was too hot. It's a strange temperature even though it's the beginning of the year. 💦. There were only 2 bottles left in the fridge, so I went stocking up! I stocked up on 5 bottles of nigori, mainly nigori, and felt relieved. I'm going to stock up again next week. If I stock up again next week, will it last until the end of the year? Well, we opened a bottle of Koei Kiku in Tokyo last night to coincide with the Mahjong Club activity. The lid didn't blow off this time. The aroma is clean and fresh. I thought it would be full of greefiness as usual, but it was full of juiciness with a sweetness like that of Hassaku. Â A perfect collaboration of sweet, bitter and acidic, intertwined with lees. It was so smooth to drink, I was manacled as planned 🙄🙄🙄🙄. It's still an honorable chrysanthemum delicacy! 😆👍

MAJI can't even buy Kouei Kiku in a timely manner these days. I missed the timing and have not been able to get Kouei Chrysanthemum yet. Will I be able to buy it this season? 🤔 I skipped one and got Snoqualmie, so I guess it's OK. Well, I'm going to drink Tsukikage which I could buy because I don't care about such things. I like the feeling of sweet and bitter juwah with citrusy sourness that expands 😆👍. But the sweetness is not so strong, and it is easy to drink. I opened the bottle yesterday at the Mahjong club activity, but since I'm going to Tokyo today, I'm going to leave half of it and let it grow until the end of the year. I hope it will be delicious 😋😋.

MAJI'm glad that Nabeshima, which is hard to buy in Tokyo, is pretty easy to buy in Fukuoka♪ Especially since I thought I had completely missed the timing 😆👍 Now, Nabeshima is "harvest moon", and we have already released "NEW MOON" at this time of the year. The collaboration of sweet, bitter and acidic with a tingling sensation is superb! I like it because it is dry and not too sweet, but has a strong umami flavor 😋. It is not too strong, so you can drink it smoothly and not stop. I was going to sip it while playing mahjong, but I found myself almost empty. 😱. I had no choice but to drink the manachi 🤣.

MAJIt was completely cold, so I opened a bottle of wintery Snowman... ♪ It was surprisingly mature and didn't even auto-stir. It's full of pizzazz and the acidity shines through. â The sweet bitterness is just right, a nice saltiness that doesn't get in the way of all the flavors 😋😋. The lees involvement makes it a little milder, but I don't think it changes the flavor that much? 🤔 I enjoyed it again this year... I thought it was a weekday so I thought I'd have a little tipple, but I ended up manaizing it 🤣.

MAJImadeya hanpukai November is here! Mutsu Hachisen! I forgot about the hanpukai when I bought Nouveau last time. 🤣. This time it seems to be "brewed with shochu yeast". I don't know about last time. 🤣 I've been having a lot of trouble lately, so I can't do without sake! So I opened the bottle. The aroma is unknown, as usual, due to a stuffy nose. I wondered what the yeast for shochu was like, but no, it was rich, sweet, and bitter. The moment you put it in your mouth, you will feel a tingling sensation, then a bitter taste, and then a rich sweet taste that swells up in your mouth! 😋 Normally I don't like overly rich sweetness, but I don't mind it at all! It's nice to see how many different breweries are trying their best to make different kinds of sake through trial and error 😆👍 Thank you again for the food!

Opened a bottle at the Sake-no-wa Mahjong club activity. It's light and easy to drink, so I sipped it without getting manachii. But it's too good to be true! 😱 What is it? This collaboration of sweetness and bitterness. It is a lactobacillus type, but it has a rich melon and banana taste 😋😋. It's the type of drink that you drink by itself and take your time 😆👍 Well, it's really delicious! I want to praise myself for trying so hard to make it last for 2 days. ☺️

MAJI went to Solamachi when my wife came to Tokyo. It was completely sparkling and full of Christmas mood 🎄✨. It was a normal date, but my main purpose was to go to the liquor store 🤫. In addition to the light nigori and the "new arrival," I was attracted by the cute labels, so I bought some... 狼. Chitose Tsuru is your first brand. I was too stuffed up in the nose to smell it. I was too busy with my nose to notice the aroma 🙄. It tastes bitter and sour first, but the sweetness fades in at the perfect time, completing the sweet-bitter-sour collaboration 😋😋. I wasn't expecting so much but this is delicious 😊😊. It's good enough to drink by itself, but I think it would go well with fried chicken. I'm glad I found a good Hokkaido sake 😆👍

MAJNew sake released one after another The mere mention of "ogara-mi" is enough to make one's hands stretch... Mutsu Hachisen Nouveau. Sounds great, doesn't it? I bought it! I bought it! I opened the bottle but I can't find lees anywhere! 😂 Maboroshi? 🤔 Anyway, I took a sip to get myself together. It has a very refreshing sweet and savory taste. It has a slight tangy alu feeling and a nice accent that finishes it off with bitterness 😆👍. It's a hybrid flavor that can be enjoyed on its own or with food 😋😋. I couldn't find any lees until the end.... Oh well. 🤣

MAJThis season is the nigori festival. Many breweries are releasing nigori, so when I see nigori, I always buy it. So I got "Shippo" from Banshu Issen, which was delicious when I drank it outside. When I turned the cap, it was stirred automatically all at once! It was automatically stirred at once, but it was safe until it spilled. I got a little scared, didn't I? 💦. Well, how does it taste? Oh, it's delicious 😋😋. The creamy sweet and sour taste of lactobacillus beverage type is the best! It's full of sizzling sensation, so it's an adult Calpis soda. I drank it while playing mahjong, but managed to leave about a cup and a half and went into the second day. I didn't change the flavor but it's delicious 😆👍

MAJI bought Wind Forest for the first time in a long time because the clerk was recommending it. The acidity attacked from the light alu feeling. I knew Kaze no Mori would have this sourness. The sweetness that comes from the sourness is also delicious. I know it's dangerous to drink it so smoothly, but it's the weekend, so I don't mind. I don't care because it's the weekend. MAJI've been kind of busy and haven't had a chance to drink it, but I had a good thing going, so I opened a bottle! But it's a red-built one. 🤣 It's a jungin following the junmai the other day. The aroma is.... I can't tell because my nose is stuffed up. 🤣 But one sip and you can't help grinning... ☺️ It's not a "strike your heart" sweet and tasty juicy, but the sweetness and sourness are intertwined in perfect balance and it's very tasty 😋😋. I guess if you taste it seriously, it tastes acidity first. 🤔 Is there some bitterness on the sharp side? I am satisfied with the stable taste of this year's NEWBORN! Thanks for the treat 😆👍

MAJFinally got to real time posting. 😂 I might skip it again. 🤣 I signed up for something called Imameya Hanpukai. First time in my sake life. I'm not sure if I'll be able to get a definite January Jikin, though. 🤣🤣 Well, I'm very interested in the rest of them because they seem to be "special order from Imameya". The first one is "Abe". Recently, I've been feeling mentally and physically fatigued from work, so I wanted to drink something low-alcohol and refreshing, so I opened the bottle. I was a bit stuffed up, so the aroma was a bit strange... 🤔. I was so tired... 🤔... The first sip has a nice attack of sourness. The rice flavor that swells up at once from there is delicious! The bitter and sweet tastes are coming through, and the finish is so good! I'll be careful not to be too lazy since it's a weekday... 😆👍

MAJThe Tenmei Nakadori series has finally come out this year! I got it immediately when I was on my way back to Japan. I got it right away and immediately opened the bottle at the Mahjong Club. The sweet and tasty juwah of the teppan and the bitterness are so delicious 😋😋. There is a little lees, but it doesn't change even if you mazemaze it. 🤣 I love the taste of this lactobacillus drink.

MAJIt's finally this season! I've been waiting for it! I found it in Tokyo and bought it immediately! Tanaka Rokuugo, a famous sake representing Fukuoka It was late, but we opened the bottle at the Mahjong club activity. It is an excellent food sake, but this time we drank it almost by itself. But it was still delicious! The slight sweetness and the flavor of the rice are packed with flavor, and it puts me in a good mood and keeps me going. The bitterness that comes through is also doing a great job. I thought I would not drink too much since I was going back home the next morning, but I ended up drinking a lot of manachi. 🤣 Dangerous liquor! 😱.
