On the eve of the House of Councillors election, I left Katamachi, Fukui City and went to another restaurant I used to frequent. [After leaving Sushi Ichimonme, I had to make a time adjustment, so I went to another restaurant I used to frequent. [Marukoma used to have a store in front of Fukui Station, and it is one of the oldest shops in downtown Katamachi where customers from back then still go. After saying hello to the owner and the second generation for the first time in a while, we ordered Akahoshi (red star) and broiled eel since it was the day of the ox for the summer solstice. Hanagaki BLEND IN Junmai Koshu. The aroma has a soft and sour tang, the mouthfeel is full and mellow with a mature aroma, and the finish is clear and clean with a sweet aftertaste that is typical of Hanagaki! The taste is as good as the dark sauce of broiled eel 😋. This is a bottle based on the concept of pursuing harmony of flavors by blending several junmai sake that have been aged for over 3 years. ✨️
