Today, my parents-in-law invited me and my sister-in-law's family to a restaurant on the Echizen coast to eat crab 🦀.
Everyone else had the full course, but I was traumatized by crab, so I had the sashimi set meal with half a crab sashimi and half a grilled crab 😅.
One bite of the crab sashimi and it was delicious 😋!
I found myself finishing the whole meal as if all the trauma I had experienced over the years was dissolving away 😁.
Good sake with good food 🍶.
The restaurant had only one type of sake available, so we had to settle for this one 🍶.
Although it is a local Fukui sake, this was actually my first time to try "Koshinoiso", the grade is a mystery 🤔.
