We went all out and had sashimi of medium fatty tuna, cheese and meat patties, and my wife's homemade fried chicken.
The woody flavor and the sharpness of the acidity make the fatty dishes intoxicating, but it also goes well with spicy dishes with herbs and spices.

I thought I wouldn't like Yamaokaya's soy sauce ramen, but this is delicious 😋.
