Praying for the safety of those who are in the warning areas and in all concerned areas who are busy responding to the tsunami warning issued this morning. ✨️ The busy summer season has been jam-packed with on-site work every weekend since the election of the House of Councillors 🌞. The second site was successfully completed on the 26th, but we worked much longer hours than planned and were exhausted when it was over 😵. In order to heal my tired body and get energized for the next site, I'll open a bottle of seasonal summer sake and have a drink 🍶. Ding Junmai Ginjo Natsusei Oorigarami First time drinking at home I finally discovered it in June at Shusenan Mizukami in Kanazawa (✴️). It's been over a year since I gave up buying it on my trip to Shinshu last year. [Glass.] The aroma of sweet rice, similar to that of ramune, the taste is refreshingly sweet and umami, as if you can feel a cool breeze blowing across your mouth, and then it finishes with a refreshingly sweet aftertaste and a bitter taste at the back of the throat. [Mokkiri.] The aroma of rice is refreshing and sweet, similar to that of ramune, and the mouthfeel is clean and refreshing, with a full-bodied sweet umami flavor, followed by the same refreshing finish and a refreshing aftertaste. The refreshing sweetness is perfect for this season, and can be drunk at night after sweating it out during the day, or while BBQing in the afternoon. The entrée is the customary [yakitori from Yuben Akiyoshi].

The fourth one is a slightly full moon from the new moon that I found when I was looking at the evening view on July 28th. This one makes me want to drink "Koei Kiku" 🤣.

Hi Jive, good evening. Beautiful sunset - I was so taken by the sight of it, but the main course was Yubari Getsu✨. I was impressed by the aroma of rice in the Ding-san, but since it is a summer sake, it seems to be very refreshing and very easy to drink 😋.

Good evening, HinaHanaMama🌛. The typeface of "鼎" also looks somewhat like a person, which gives me a strong [Kanae-chan] feeling 🤣. Maybe it's so imprinted that crescent moon = "Koei Chrysanthemum Snow Crescent" ✨️

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌛. That was a surprise 😲. And it switched from a warning to an alert, which made it all the more critical 😓. The refreshing sweetness is addicting this season 🥰.

Good evening, Ao-chan 🌛. I was so excited that I will be drunk with "Ding" as a must from now on 🥰. I heard that there are only 13 special stores in Japan, so it might be hard to find one 😓.

Good evening, Pon-chan 🌛. I work outside a lot in the field in the summer, and I sweat a lot every day, so a cup of sake after work is especially good for me. I think it will suit your palate as it has a strong sweet taste. ✨️
