I'm uploading the drinks I drank in Yatsugatake on New Year's Day, again, after all this time.
I'm still in the middle of 13 consecutive holidays, so I'm still sorting things out. Sorry to those who have already started work😅.
This is a gift from an acquaintance in Nagano.
Yonezawa Sake Brewery was established in 1907, near the famous "Zero Magnetic Field" of Bunkake Pass. It is fairly close to my hometown, but I think Imanishiki was famous for its tadpoles. It is a groovy company of Kantenpappa, isn't it ← sorry for the local story.
Hmmm, fire-roasted junmai daiginjo...not quite my cup of tea, I thought, and took a sip. It is mildly fruity, and even though it is a daiginjo, it has a sweet and umami taste.
I think it is more suited for a mealtime sake, but it has a good balance of character and clarity.
I'll look for tadpoles next time 😆.

Joe sis, 13 holidays in a row - that's nice 😆 I'd gain 3 pounds if I were you 🤣.

Good evening brother takeshon, I see you have gained 3 kilos, that's a fair amount of weight 😂.
I eat and drink a lot on my days off, but in between I run and hit the ball, so it's all good 🤣.
