Hanshin Department Store While I was drinking Kikumori sake, another person came up to me and asked, "Did you like Iwate sake? I was asked if I liked Iwate sake. I replied, "I'm drinking Shichu at home right now. I replied, "I'm drinking Shiwa at home right now. The person wearing a Shiwa Sake Brewery's apron was happy to see me. He then gave me a cotton candy label saying, "As a service 😍". He offered me a cotton candy label. I was so happy because I had wanted to try it. The aroma was soft and syrupy, and the sweetness swelled up instantly, followed by the sweet and sour acidity. The sweetness also quickly fades away, and before you know it, it seems to melt away in a flash. The purple space cotton candy label had a nostalgic taste just like eating cotton candy. The second cup was a treat.

At the Hanshin Department Store Umeda. This sake was also brought to me by the store owner on his own while I was drinking Taxi Driver😅. It is lucky ✌️ because I can't easily buy it by myself. Yeast: "Association No. 6 Alcohol 15 degrees Celsius Unlike the image on the label, it has a fruity aroma, melon-like sweetness, and crisp acidity. I also enjoyed the depth of flavor of nigori (unrefined) sake. The store owner said he knew the president of Kikumori and the president of Shinmasa, Mr. Sato. By the way, do you know what Shinmasa is?

When I was drinking with a cab driver, he offered me this sake without saying a word. I had to drink it. It is made with No. 6 yeast and has a mild fruity aroma. The taste has a tangy aftertaste on the tongue, wrapped with the umami and sweetness of rice. The acidity is fresh and easy to drink. The taste was different from what I had imagined. I found a cab driver who had missed a drink at the Hanshin Department Store event hall, so I decided to taste it immediately. The wine had a slight astringency and roughness in the mouth, but it was juicy with a refreshing acidity that spread across the tongue. Cab Driver told me that although the label on the front is the same, there are 9 different varieties, each with different yeast, rice polishing ratio, and brewing tanks, and that I could enjoy different flavors if I followed up every time I drank it. I was told by the brewery staff (?) that I can enjoy different flavors if I try to follow each bottle.

Sake no Wa enters its 4th year 😁. Thanks to all of you, I, who am easily bored, have been able to continue for 3 years. Thank you very much. Anyway, I would like to continue to encounter delicious sake in the future. Please let me know about various information 😊. The Purple Space is open today. It's hard to open the bottle 💦. It's hard 😅. This spring label is a sake brewed with 5 Mangoku and "Giovanni no Chikumi". The cherry blossoms are over, but the azaleas have started to bloom beautifully 😁. I can't taste the yeast clearly in the "Giovanni no Chikara" 😂. The aroma is like the bran still left in the rice bran at the moment the rice has been polished. The taste has a beautiful aftertaste of umami and sweetness with a nice harmony with the acidity. I am looking forward to the changes in taste from tomorrow. The cherry blossom label reminded me of "Myakmyak" from the Osaka Expo 🤣.

Purchased at Hankyu Umeda Main Store 9th Traveling SAKE Kikusui Shuzo is the brewery that revived Takane Nishiki, and the cup of sake I purchased after being allowed to taste various kinds of sake was Miyamanishiki🤣Well, it is a sake rice created by mutating Takane Nishiki through radiation treatment, so I chose it because it was light and easy to drink. I chose it because it was light. It is good that it can be drunk in one go. 200ml is a bit much. It has a gorgeous aroma but a clean taste. The slight sweetness does not interfere with the meal 😁.

Purchased at Hankyu Umeda Main Store 9th Traveling SAKE I like this sake. I tasted Mikotsuru's Gohyakumangoku and enjoyed it. I had never tried Miyamanishiki sake, so I bought this one. It has a refreshing ginjo aroma and a sweet but clean taste. After the second day, the sweetness increased, but it was cut off easily. It is a delicious sake. The Miyamanishiki flavor does not get in the way, so it could be paired with a variety of foods. It also went well with sashimi konnyaku 😉.

Leap Day is sake squeezed on February 29 of every four leap years. The sake is made from Chiba Prefecture's Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 29% and brewed on this day. It is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake brewed with polished Chiba-grown Gohyakumangoku rice up to 29%. We managed to get our hands on a bottle. I had it cold. It has a fruity aroma and a gaseous feeling. Fresh sweetness. Pineapple candy. Like honey diluted... The bitterness that comes after is a nice taste that brings it all together. My mother liked it so much that she had another one. The small red flowers of the maple tree are lovely. The season has come to a point where the vigor of the fresh green is clearly and vividly visible.

This sake is brewed using the highest grade Yamada-Nishiki. I was a little worried because of the one year old production date, but when the bottle was opened, it still had a gaseous feel 🙆🙆. The aroma was mild. It tasted a little softer in the mouth than the last time I drank it, but it tasted like melon sherbet with umami and sweetness. It is a well-balanced sake with a taste like melon sherbet and sweetness. On the second day, the sweetness was even more pronounced, and a delicious acidity appeared, which tightened the taste even more than on the first day. It went well with fuguchiri (puffer fish stew) and grilled sea bream. The puffer fish was sent to us frozen when my son went to Saga in March. I left it in the freezer and before I knew it, it was spring 😅.

This is the first sake I have purchased from Sakaizendo Horiichi Honten. All of the sake is brewed with "Wakamizu" sake rice from Gunma Prefecture, according to the brewery. Of course, Wakamizu is also my first sake rice. When it was first taken out of the refrigerator, it was like freshly pressed sake with a delicate gaseous taste, but when it was close to room temperature, the taste opened up in the mouth, When it was at room temperature, the flavor seemed to open up in the mouth, with a good melon and orange aroma, and the harmony of sweetness and bitterness made for an interesting sake.

I went to a classical concert 🎵 at the Symphony Hall because my friend's family was performing. I was so nervous when the tuning started. I was affected and listened to records for the first time in a long time. I couldn't find the Mozart I wanted to listen to and now I have a task to find it 😂. On the way home from the concert, I bought some pork buns. I opened a bottle of this one because Hana-kyun would not go well with it. It is a one year aged sake by Yonezuru. It is lukewarm. The color is light yellow. The robust flavor of caramel nuts from the sake's original yeast yeast structure is not lost on the pork buns 😆.

One of the cherry blossom viewing spots I looked for to take my mother to see cherry blossoms, The cherry blossoms in the garden were in full bloom. It was lunch time, so the garden was empty, and we had the luxury of private time to view the cherry blossoms, much to my mother's delight 😌. I had wanted to drink this sake when the cherry blossoms bloomed. I was finally able to get it this year 😆. 100% Omachi 13% alcohol by volume Fresh and shwashy. Light on the palate with a rummy aroma. But it has a firm sweetness and umami flavor. It has a good balance with acidity. I was so excited!

When I went to Nagoya on an important errand, I bought this at the Shusendo Horiichi main store. I bought it at Sake Sento Hakuichi's main store. It is the original sake of Sake Sento Hakuichi. It is made in the same brewery as "Oku" using the same sake rice "Yumesansui" but has a different taste. It is made from the same sake rice as "Oku" but has a different taste. It is interesting to compare the two 😄. The aroma is like Onshu mandarin or lychee. The slight effervescence softly stimulates the tongue and the handmade candy-like sweetness is so delicious that you can't help but drink too much 😆.

Yumesansui 10% Arabashiri Orihara draft The cup is filled with blisters and a large amount of ori. It has a firm flavor with sweetness, bitterness, and acidity that each assert themselves. (Sorry for the confusion.) As the day progresses, the sweetness and balance improve, and the taste becomes deeper and more complex. Hard to describe😓.

A "sacred" store found near Nishiki Market in Kyoto. Great cold drink when you are finally able to sit down after a long day of walking 😀. It was slightly carbonated and went down my throat so well I didn't mind the 19% alcohol content 😅. You can't tell the alcohol content in modern sakes. Beautiful construction.

The last sake I remember from Sake World😅. Kamizo "Kaze" series spring limited edition, Tofu Kochi 50% polished rice with "Kyo-no-kiraki" produced in Kyoto Alcohol content: 15%. Fresh and easy to drink.

This is the sake I got at Sake World. Here is a memorandum 😂. It features the Bodai Hashimoto brewing, which was the first in Japan to be reintroduced, with a focus on Omachi from Okayama Prefecture. I drank it without being aware of the Bodhi yeast, and it was delicious with a firm flavor of rice and a slight acidity. I have a cup of sake at home and would like to taste it. Sake received at the Sake World Summit. This sake is brewed with Ginbukiyo sake produced in Shiga Prefecture. The acidity and umami of the sake are well intertwined with each other. It was a delicious sake. It is perfect as an in-between-dinner drink. My wine-loving friend who accompanied me also accepted the taste of this sake made from the sake's "nama-hashiroshi" (sake brewed from the same yeast as the original yeast).
