Fushimi is a nice place with a great atmosphere and classy atmosphere of the city.
Torisei is quite crowded except when it opens, so it is definitely better to make a reservation.
Genta Soba is also quite good.

The other day, my son who lives in Fushimi came home with a friend. I received it as a souvenir from that friend.
