I was able to enjoy the wine at the Suwa brewery in Suwa.
I was so excited to see this product.
I was so happy to see this place.
I was so happy to see the beautiful scenery.
I am very happy to have been able to visit this place!
Ito Shuzo (Suwa City, Nagano Prefecture)
Yokobue Honjozo
15% alcohol by volume
Rice polishing ratio 65
This sake is classified as a so-called "normal sake".
It is spicy. It could have been heated up hot.
It could have been served hot with a stove or a kotatsu in the cold of winter.
I think this is the best solution.
Today's sake is a Junmai Ginjo Nama Genshu Uguisu~Tsinguri from Yokobue in Suwa City, Nagano Prefecture❗️
The aroma is a refreshing junmai sweet aroma❗️After a sip, you get a dense texture on the tongue, followed by a subtle fruity ginjo aroma and astringency❗️❗️A good sake for a mealtime drink⭕️
Nagano Prefecture. Suwa City. Ito Sake Brewing Co.
Yokobue, closure, Honjozo Harajuku, super sweet -11
Purchased at the brewery during a tour of five Suwa breweries.
One of the 3 bottles I brought back from my trip (8/9).
There is still some sake left from the Bon...
It is served cold.
The color is a solid yellowish gold.
It has a mild aroma with little alcohol flavor.
The mouthfeel is smooth and smooth. The taste is not extremely sweet, but has an unctuous sweetness with a hint of sourness, and a clear astringent taste that gradually becomes more pronounced. It tastes sweet and astringent.
Although it is a honjozo sake, it does not have a strong alcohol taste, and the clear astringent aftertaste is not my favorite.
Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic), brewing alcohol

Ito Shuzo (Suwa City, Nagano Prefecture)
Yokobue Junmai-shu
Alcohol content 15
Rice polishing ratio 65
This is the first junmai sake from Yokobue. Until now, it has been junmai ginjo or junmai daiginjo.
This is the best food sake. It is refreshing and easy to drink. I was the happiest of the day when I paired it with stewed daikon radish.
Purchased at the brewery during a trip to Suwa.
It has a mild taste, a heavy aroma, and an old type of sake! This is the kind of sake I used to drink in the old days.

Ginjo-nama sake Hatsutsukuri
Great flavor, maybe close to shochu.
Low alcohol ginjo-shu.
It is said to be a delicious low-alcohol sake for summer, but it was not available last summer, so this is the first time I'm drinking it here. It is light, very soft, sweet and easy to drink. Indeed, I would like to drink it casually in summer!
Bottle-fermented nigori sake
This nigori sake has a strong honey-like sweetness. The bubbles and acidity make it easy to drink.
Junmai Ginjo Yokobue Yamae Nishiki
The taste is gentle and soft with umami. The aroma is very nice through the nose and you can enjoy the lingering taste.
Sweet Junmai Sake Yokobue
It has a thick, syrupy mouthfeel, but it is not as sweet as expected. The acidity makes it easy to drink and the mellow flavor is strong and lingers in the aftertaste.
I like it a lot.
