This sake is classified as a so-called "normal sake".
It is spicy. It could have been heated up hot.
It could have been served hot with a stove or a kotatsu in the cold of winter.
I think this is the best solution.
Today's sake is a Junmai Ginjo Nama Genshu Uguisu~Tsinguri from Yokobue in Suwa City, Nagano Prefecture❗️
The aroma is a refreshing junmai sweet aroma❗️After a sip, you get a dense texture on the tongue, followed by a subtle fruity ginjo aroma and astringency❗️❗️A good sake for a mealtime drink⭕️

It is served cold.
The color is a solid yellowish gold.
It has a mild aroma with little alcohol flavor.
The mouthfeel is smooth and smooth. The taste is not extremely sweet, but has an unctuous sweetness with a hint of sourness, and a clear astringent taste that gradually becomes more pronounced. It tastes sweet and astringent.
Although it is a honjozo sake, it does not have a strong alcohol taste, and the clear astringent aftertaste is not my favorite.

This is the first junmai sake from Yokobue. Until now, it has been junmai ginjo or junmai daiginjo.
This is the best food sake. It is refreshing and easy to drink. I was the happiest of the day when I paired it with stewed daikon radish.
