YOKOBIBUE - Warbler - Sasanaki - Junmai Ginjyo Nakakumi Besshoku Limited Edition - Shirakaba-Nishiki
Rated 4.3-4.4
Shirakaba-Nishiki 59%, 16% alcohol
Junmai Ginjo-Nama sake made from Shirakaba-Nishiki grown in Nagano Prefecture.
This sake has a mild ginjo aroma and a moderate acidity and umami that complements seasonal flavors. It has a slightly citrusy taste.
This sake was purchased at the Ito Sake Brewery. It is brewed with Shirakaba-Nishiki, a sake rice produced in Nagano Prefecture, and I generally like Shirakaba-Nishiki sake from other breweries. It has a well-balanced taste with moderate acidity and a clean aftertaste.

'Expresses the beautiful summer nights of Suwa.'
With its gorgeous aroma and soothing acidity, enjoy this sake slowly."
🍶 Fireworks display at Lake Suwa. The sake that I brought back from my trip to Suwa to visit this brewery and cherished so much that I kept it chilled for a year while appreciating it, is finally the star of the show today. Blissfully enjoying the images and sounds of the fireworks at Suwa Lake and Suwa sake. It's delicious.
[Sake Fireworks Festival 🎆 1st-5th]
Sake from Suwa City, Nagano Prefecture
🍶At the time I enjoyed Suwa souvenirs with my sake friends.
[Memories of the night of the "Yokobue" (a Japanese flute).
This is my first brand.
I bought it on a trip to Nagano.
The aroma is not so much, sweetness and bitterness come at the same time. It leaves a tangy feeling on the tongue at the end. It is a refreshing sake.
We enjoyed it very much.
Not much aroma, faintly banana-like.
The taste of rice is refreshingly sweet.
There is a slight bitterness, but it does not linger and is pleasantly sharp.

This is an apple liqueur from Yokobue-san of Suwa Gokura.
When I visited Yokobue-san's brewery before, I enjoyed their junmai sake plum liqueur but regretted recklessly not taking it home 🥲.
This time, I found Yokobue's apple liqueur at a liquor store in Shimosuwa, so of course I immediately decided to try it✨.
It's a lightly sweet apple liqueur ‼️, but if you get carried away and guzzle it, the aftertaste leans toward junmai sake 🤭.
I make shochu plum wine every year at home, but apparently junmai sake plum wine tends to go bad at home. It must be more difficult to make apple wine with such a low sweetness.
I'll second the modest taste: ❣️
Thanks for the treat 😋.

Fresh, crisp, cool and refreshing.
It was my first time to try it, but it was delicious.
I enjoyed the activated nigori sake from Suwa Gokura and Yokobue very much last year 🍶.
I'm glad I was able to buy a four-pack because I was only able to buy a 300ml bottle when I came here in August before 😄.
The aroma is definitely yogurt!
Slightly carbonated and pleasant on the tongue, with a gurgling sensation of ori.
The fresh taste on the tongue with a rich umami and a crisp dry aftertaste makes it worth repeating. ✨️
