A cup of sake that my husband, a driver, received instead of tasting during a tour of the five Suwa breweries. This cup of sake is readily available in the neighborhood, so I didn't bother to buy it. I didn't bother to buy it, but this cup of sake is filled with memories, so I treated it as a special treat. It has a soft taste, but it is easy to drink without any habits. It is easy to match with food. It was delicious! This sake brewery is the originator of "Association No. 7," a superior sake yeast. We did not go to the brewery, but had a tasting at Sera Masumi. It is the only place in the tour of five breweries where you can drink unlimited amount of Wakarimizu. I enjoyed the cold Masumi Koji Amasake that I tasted. I would like to buy this when I find it.

I bought this on a trip to Suwa. I appreciate the 300ml. I may have bought too many things😅. The aroma is clean and moderate. The sweetness on the palate is probably the flavor of the rice. It has a firm taste. The bitterness is strong and refreshing, and it is easy to match with food.

I bought it at a brewery in Shimosuwa. I had purchased Miyamanishiki at an event at Hankyu Department Store, but I had also tasted Gohyakumangoku and enjoyed it, so I was not sure which to choose. I was happy to find a 300ml bottle. I was happy to find a 300ml bottle and was able to drink it right away. It has a fruity aroma like green apples. It was delicious and soft in the mouth. Next time I would like to try the draft. The stone Buddha of Manji healed me just by looking at it.

I bought "Ise Jingu Goryoshu" at a local supermarket because it was on sale at a discount. Goryoshu" is the sake offered daily at Ise Jingu Shrine, Shirataka is the only brewery in Japan that donates sake to the Ise Jingu Goryoshu. The label is said to be a commemorative label for this honor. I didn't know that Nada's sake was selected. It has a pleasant taste with a firm and sharp flavor. The aroma is mild and does not interfere with food. I thought it was running low quickly, but it was only 500ml. Alcohol content: 16 to 17 degrees Celsius Rice polishing ratio: 70

Purchased at a supermarket in Kamisuwa. Because the store was closed the next day, we were able to purchase alcohol at a 3% discount. It is a cup sake, but it has a good mouthfeel and a full-bodied taste. It was delicious with a gentle sweet aftertaste.

I tasted it at the brewery and liked it so much I found a 300 ml bottle at the supermarket and bought it. This quantity is just right. The aroma was more fruity, but a little strange. But the taste is refreshing, yet has a delicious flavor and sweetness derived from the rice.

This sake was purchased in Kamisuwa. It is a summer sake of honkin made with white malted rice. It is a refreshing sake with soft acidity and umami flavor. The bottle was opened on ........ When I went shopping at Izumisano Fish Market in the evening because I wanted to eat hamo (pike conger), I bought a hamo (Japanese conger) and they gave me 12 freshly caught hamo (Japanese conger) for free. I had never bought hamo before, so I tried boiling them, but there were so many small bones that it was difficult to eat them. I marinated the rest in vinegar and after two days the taste had settled down and the bones had softened, I chose the honkin, which would go well with sushi or fillets. It was delicious with a clean aftertaste. Alcohol content: 15%. Rice polishing ratio: 59 Rice: Miyamanishiki produced in Suwa, Nagano Prefecture

It wasn't until I was an adult that I learned that it tastes better when it's vinegared without worrying about the small bones 😌. Looks like it would go well with honkin gold 🤤.

I wanted to try drinking Ryujinmaru🐉. I happened to stop by the Nanki-Shirahama Toretore Market I happened to stop by the Nanki-Shirahama Toretore Market and found various specs on the shelf at a fixed price, so I bought it. The first aroma was of grain-like alcohol and chocolate. On the palate, it has a subtle sweetness like brown sugar and a savory bitterness. The alcohol content of 18 degrees is powerful. I do not dislike it. On the second day, the alcohol smell settles down, The mild sweetness and umami are balanced by the bitterness. I was able to enjoy it as a food sake. It went well with simmered kampachi (yellowtail).

Tasting at the Nakano BC brewery. We were given a tour of the brewery. The staff guided us around the brewery so that we could see the process of pickling plums at the brewery. It was informative to see how the plums are pickled at the brewery. At the end of the tour, we had a free tasting including plum wine and a paid tasting of Kinokuniya Bunzaemon. The aroma is a modest ginjo aroma. The lingering taste was pleasant, elegantly put together with a soft sweetness.

Tasting at the Kurogyu teahouse in front of the Kurogyu warehouse. It had a gorgeous aroma and was easy to drink with a pleasant mouthfeel. It had a firm flavor and a pleasantly balanced acidity. If the order in which we drank it with Hifan was reversed, the taste of Hifan would have prevailed and it would have been difficult to understand.

I went to Wakayama. The purpose was to taste Arakawa peaches. But I don't like peaches 🍑. So I watched while my husband had an expensive parfait at Fujimomoan while sipping tea😅. Next was my time. We had a tasting at the store in front of the Kurogyu warehouse. I had been passing it by because I had an image of the classic taste of Kurogyu that I used to drink and there is a distributor nearby where I can buy it anytime I want. I drank the recommended Hifan. I was told that this sake had won a gold medal🥇 in the Junmai Daiginjo category at 🇫🇷 in France. Polishing ratio 28%. The brewer told us that only one bottle of this sake was released at the contest while it was aged with 100% Yamadanishiki. I did not detect much aroma. The brewer said that with black beef, the aroma would get in the way of the food. He said it was not very harsh. The clear taste seems to go well with any dishes, and the slight acidity was delicious. But the brewer said that this sake is more expensive than the one you can buy yourself, so you have to get it from someone else. The brewer said it is more expensive than buying it yourself 🤣.

Purchased at the brewery. Yokobue - nigori sake, fermented in a bottle. It is a cloudy white sake made by mixing roughly strained sake with ori (ori). Before mixing the ori, the sweetness of the sake was a little too much, but once the ori was mixed in, the sake had a soft taste. But after mixing in the ori, it has a soft texture, and I felt like a melon before it ripens. Alcohol content: 15%. Rice polishing ratio 55 100% Miyamanishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture

Purchased at the brewery in front of Gifu Station. The brewery tour was cancelled, but we were able to taste the wine. Alcohol content: 17 to 18 degrees Celsius Water used for brewing: Water from a private well and Nagara River subsoil Rice polishing ratio: 60 The aroma has a fruity ginjo flavor. The crisp and spicy flavor complements food, making it a sake that can be served with anything.

This is a cup of sake from Honkin. I tried it lukewarm. Slightly yellowish color. It has a rich, thick texture, and the sweetness of the arugula is elegant and delicious. If it were not a cup sake, I would drink more. We paired it with Shinshu soba noodles and simmered carp.

I bought it at a supermarket in Kamisuwa. The 180ml is good for tasting and the quantity is good, but It is a pity that I cannot enjoy the change of taste. Fresh fruit aroma, like green apple or LaFrance. The taste is mild and sweet. The crisp aftertaste is delicious on its own and can be served with a wide range of foods.

This is a souvenir from Shizuoka by my son. He bought two bottles of the same one. It was delicious, with a soft mouthfeel and a nice alky sharpness that came later. It is a regular sake, but carefully brewed and perfect for everyday drinking. I drank one gou and had another bottle 😆.

I bought this after tasting it at the brewery that brews Diachiku in Chino City. It has no label on the front 😳it is a raw sake with alkaloids. Every December, locals come to buy this sake. It's been six months so it doesn't have a lot of pizzazz, but they say it's very stable. I first tried it cold. Alcohol content: 20%. The taste is pleasant, with a nettled rice flavor and a hint of sweetness. The spiciness that comes afterward is also nice. On the second day, we served it lukewarm. It was very tasty with a deep sweet flavor spreading through it. It makes you feel refreshed. It went well with the tsukudani (food boiled in soy sauce) of wakasagi (smelt) and sea bream that we bought in Suwa. This sake is good with hot pot and 🍢, and I would like to drink it in winter.

Suwa Nine Storehouses Tour, the ninth storehouse The last one we went to was Toshimaya, but we couldn't taste or buy any sake there. I wonder if they had it somewhere 🤔The sake was purchased at a supermarket in Kamisuwa station. I was so impressed by the taste of the Suwa-no-miyazaki and the Suwa-no-miyazaki. It was a gentle tasting amazake. Rice polishing ratio: 65 Alcohol content: 15%. It was soft on the palate, but it felt like it cut through quickly and cleanly. It is difficult to describe 😂. We paired it with simmered kakufu, isobe-fried chikuwa, and konnyaku sashimi that we bought in Gifu.
