Suwa Nine Breweries Tour: 4th Brewery I wanted to visit the latter four breweries before Kamisuwa's five breweries tour, but I couldn't find Toyoshima-ya in Kamisuwa, so I went to Masumi for the five breweries tour. For 3,000 yen per person, you can visit the five breweries and enjoy a tasting. A purse, a glass, and a stamp card are included. If you are not able to drink alcohol, such as when driving, they will give you a cup of sake. Masumi is the originator of Association No. 7 yeast. The place where you will be tasted is Sera Masumi. It is a new place. At first I was puzzled because there were no customers there. I was puzzled at first. You can have one tasting with one coin. I forgot to take a picture, but it was delicious. I regretted that I was not enthusiastic about drinking Masumi because I have many opportunities to drink it. The summer sake had less aroma than I expected, but it was refreshing and easy to drink. The ume (plum) wine was not too sweet and was pleasant to the palate. In addition to the prepared tasting, the amazake that was offered to us was It was very tasty. Masumi was the only one of the five breweries that allowed us to drink as much warm water as we wanted.

This is the first sake. This is the third brewery on the Suwa Sake brewery tour. It is located far away from the city and is in Chino City. I had given up because it was so far away, but we were able to go because it was near the Apple Pie Lab that my husband wanted to go to 😊. There were no customers, so we were able to sample the sake slowly. The aroma was gorgeous with a hint of lychee❓The mouthfeel was soft and smooth, but the flavor was firm and pleasant. It is soft and smooth on the palate, yet has a firm flavor that is pleasant. I was going to buy this one, but I liked another local unlabeled dry wine that I was allowed to try, so I bought that one as well. I will enjoy drinking it at home slowly and hot.

Purchased at the same time as a 720 ml bottle of Yamae Nishiki at the Takaten no Kura. cup sake. We had it at the hotel along with a blue🍏 Granny Smith pie purchased at an apple pie store, which was a place my husband wanted to go. It was delicious with the pie, which was not too sweet, and the high-tempered cup sake, which had a crisp taste that did not wear off after a while. I took the train to Tatsuno Town where the Firefly Festival was being held. As one would expect from a place listed on a national list of places famous for fireflies, there were a great number of fireflies. The synchronized flashing lights were amazing💫💡💫.

I went to Suwa Shrine ⛩️ to visit four shrines. It was my first time, but my husband had been there before on his motorcycle and recommended it to me. In addition, we visited nine breweries of Suwa's local sake, which is dedicated to the shrine. We went to the first four breweries before visiting the shrine. The first tasting was Mikotsuru. This is a paid tasting only. I decided on Kinmon-nishiki, which was offered at KEG DRAFT. I have had it several times and was impressed by its freshness and deep flavor with a crisp outline. I was grateful that they offered to pour the brewing water for me. The sake cake we purchased was delicious and allowed us to enjoy the gentle taste of sake.

A friend of mine in Hokkaido wanted to see fireflies. So I went to the "Amano Sake Firefly Party" at the Amano Sake Brewery in Kawachinagano. I was surprised to see Ofuji-san by chance at a liquor store I stopped by before going to the venue😳It was nice to talk with him. ☺️ Before viewing the fireflies, we enjoy an assortment of appetizers and drinks with a 500 yen ticket redemption coupon. Of course, 500 yen is not enough. The sake we paid extra for and were served was unlabeled as it was squeezed directly from the brewery. The picture is from the brewery, using AK35 yeast (I remember Amano sake being brewed with YK35, so I asked about it and was told that it was too costly. I asked him about it and he said it would cost too much.) Lightly cloudy. (I remember that Amano sake was brewed with YK35, so I asked him about it. The Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama-Genshu I drank was delicious with a fruity melon-like flavor, unlike the classic taste of Amano-shu. We turned off the lights and watched fireflies. It was nice to be able to see them in such close proximity. It was nice to be able to see fireflies in such close proximity 💡My friend was happy too😄.

Local mini-office meeting with Mr. Umaumai and Maru. It was short but fun 😆. It's been a long time since I drank a glass of "Jyushiyo" (14yo). Fruity with a melon-like aroma. It has a fruity aroma with a melon-like flavor. It is a well balanced sake with no clinging points. It's just delicious. I can't describe it well 😂. I was satisfied to be able to savor it slowly. This can cup was made at the first brewery in Japan to restore Bodai Hashimoto. I found this sake in Nagoya and bought it even though it is from Okayama. The unique aroma of Bodai yeast is just right. It tastes like yogurt and is easy to drink. It is easy to drink. It is made from 100% Omachi rice produced in Okayama Prefecture. It is labeled as using out of quality rice, but I can't tell the difference in taste😔.

My son said he was going to Saga Prefecture for work, so I had faint hopes that he would bring some souvenirs from Nabeshima. What he sent me were four pictures 🤣. He bought this cup of sake as a souvenir. It is a joint production of a sake brewery and a kiln that sells sake in Arita-yaki porcelain. NOMANNE" is an Imari dialect word meaning "Why don't you have a cup of sake" or "Try a cup of sake". The white porcelain cup with classic Imariyaki and Arita-yaki patterns can be used as a cup or vase after drinking. The sake is a junmai sake made from 100% Saga-no-hana (Saga Prefecture's sake rice), and is characterized by a mild melon-like aroma and a mouthfeel enhanced by its acidity.

Purchased at Sake Sento Horiichi, Nagoya, Japan. This is Shiseido's original sake, commissioned by the brewer of Ni-Rabbit. I have never had the standard Ni-Utsuri, so I would like to compare the two. It is lightly cloudy but has a large cork. The melon-like aroma reminds me of lychee. The taste of rice is also very good, but it is so smooth that you can't help but drink too much of it. Rice: Izu Sanbai Alcohol content: 16%. Rice polishing ratio: 55

Kutsunokake Shuzo Date of production 21.04 Shipment date 24.03 Rice polishing ratio 35 Alcohol content 17 We liked its firm umami without any impurities. The apple-like sweetness is smooth and smooth on the tongue, and it is a beautifully sharp sake that does not feel like it has been soaked in alcohol. It went well with bonito tataki. I was glad to be able to compare the "Mutual" sakes that I had been curious about. All of them tasted like green apples and were delicious. The light nigorigo was delicious, but I preferred the hidden ball of Nagano R yeast 😋.

I got this as a Mother's Day gift🎁 from my daughter who was back home. She remembered that I wanted to drink it. I'm thrilled😭 It seems that the fresh and clean acidity of the white malted rice and the syrupy sweetness were fighting each other on the first sip, but they made up for it on the second day and the balance was great and it was delicious 😋. At my daughter's request, we went to Yoshida in Tsuruhashi for yakiniku before going to Korean Town on Miyuki-dori. It seemed to be a restaurant often frequented by celebrities, and there were many autographs on the wall. The meat was delicious and I did not get heartburn even though I ate a lot. I recommend this restaurant. After returning home at night, my son brought me olive oil and a 300ml bottle of this Ayagiku as a souvenir from his trip to Shodoshima. Rice: Kagawa-grown rice (Oceto) Brewing water: Water from the Asan Mountains Yeast: Sanuki olive yeast The aroma is soft fruit, with a hint of bread for some reason. It tastes like lychee or some kind of tropical fruit.

Purchased at Hankyu Umeda Main Store, 9th Traveling SAKE I had a chance to drink it outside several times, but this is the first time to drink it at home. I was curious about the level of super dryness, but the aroma was refreshing, like 🍏. It also has a light sweetness. The sharp spiciness that soon follows and the umami of the rice is delicious 😄. The fur and the apple-like flavor that spreads when the wine is sharply cut are pleasant. My daughter, who came home for the first time in 10 months, drinks with me, so the sake goes down fast 😂.

I couldn't wait until the real flavor comes out 😅 I couldn't wait to buy it because I felt it was spicier than it was delicious. Jyugodai Kuroemon Junmai Hitogokochi I tasted this one and liked it, so I bought it. The aroma is soft and sweet. It has a soft sweet aroma, and when you put it in your mouth, it tastes sweet and bitter like a syrup. The aftertaste is clean and well balanced with the acidity. On the second day, the sweetness and umami are felt more than the bitterness, and it is a delicious sake that can be drunk smoothly.

Revisited Kitahama PARKING. I was the only one drinking at lunch time😅. Mitsutake Junmai Daiginjo It has a fresh and fruity aroma like Muscat and LaFrance, and a pleasant mouthfeel. The slight bitterness in the aftertaste whets the appetite. We enjoyed it with a side dish of pickled firefly squid.

This is a record of past drinking. A store with a server where you can experience the taste and flavor of "freshly pressed" sake, which can only be experienced at a sake shop by packing freshly pressed sake in a special container. Raifuku was interested in trying it out because I had already had it at home. Alcohol content: 16%. The yeast was not listed, but I guess it was cherry blossom yeast. The faintly fruity aroma reminded me of elegance. When you put it in your mouth, a good acidity spreads and a fresh flavor spreads. It is a clean sake with good sharpness and good mouthfeel. Chilled tomatoes with sakekasu. It was delicious and went well with it.
