This is my last post for this year. I had a great time this year thanks to all of you. Thank you very much😄 I bought this sake at Hasegawa Sake Shop when I went to see my daughter dance at Tokyo Dome. I tasted it in Suwa but bought other specs. My husband was so mad at me why I buy Nagano sake in Tokyo 🤣. I wanted to taste the light sharpness of Miyamanishiki in this gold. My son's wife's family sent us oysters and we had them grilled, but the gas alarm went off and I was surprised. I was surprised when the gas alarm went off. Oysters and honkin are the best.

This is my first time drinking at home. It will be a quiet start of the year as my daughter is away for the New Year's holiday working as a football 🏈 cheerleader at LA🇺🇸. It will be nice to relax and have a good drink. When the bottle is opened, it has a gorgeous fruity aroma and tastes like LaFrance. The sweetness and acidity are well balanced, and the aftertaste is enjoyable. On the second day, the aroma became more mellow, but the flavor deepened and the acidity softened, allowing us to enjoy the long aftertaste. I made oden and opened the bottle thinking I would pair it with the rice cranes, but the taste was different from usual, like a dessert wine🍷. Fine bubbles in the glass. A souvenir from a friend in Hiroshima. It comes with a "Saijo Sake Brand Certificate". Only those brands of sake that have passed the set criteria are certified. I wanted to see the sake I wanted to drink slowly. I bought it at the Tokyo Station Hasegawa Sake Shop. You are recreating the taste of Ibaraki in Hokkaido. ☺️ I first had it cold sake with oden🍢. The first oden type was Negi bag. (Thinly fried tofu stuffed with leeks and fried in oil.) It is sweet and tasty, thick and has a refreshingly sour taste. The sourness was refreshing and went well with the leeks. Next, we warmed it to lukewarm, and it became more umami and sweet, and the taste mellowed. It was delicious either way. On the second day, the balance between sweet and savory was even better.

I found this sake I wanted at a local liquor store 💡. It is an easy to drink sake that is packed with the flavor of rice. The alcohol content is high at 17.5 degrees, but the acidity is so sharp that you don't feel like you're drinking a cup of sake. Of course, it made me want to drink more 🤣. The autumn leaves in my parents' garden are at their best.

On the shinkansen on the way home, I drank a one-pack of Ame-go-no-tsuki. At 16% alcohol by volume, it was more acidic than the last time I drank it, but the clear, crisp aftertaste made it perfect as a food sake. The quantity was just right. The weather was fine, so my daughter and I were able to do a lot of sightseeing and have good memories. Fuji🗻 from the bullet train on the way there was beautiful.

It took a while to open the bottle but it has a silky mouthfeel and a refreshing pear-like flavor. I felt melon when I mixed the ori. This sake would be good if you enjoy changing the taste slowly. It has been a long time since I climbed Tokyo Tower at night. I wonder how many years it has been.

I couldn't help but reach for the owl🦉 as my eyes met his. In fact, I am an owl lover who secretly goes to 🦉cafes. When I opened the bottle, a white smoke was rising in the bottle. This is also my son's souvenir from Niigata. It is his first sake. Alcohol content: 15%. Rice polishing ratio 65 It has a fresh aroma and is pleasant on the palate. This is a souvenir from Niigata for my son. He thought it was perfect for my weakness for the word "limited edition" 🤣. I thought it would have a classic taste, but it was clean, fresh, and calm. The aleso is not too much of a problem. When heated to lukewarm, the flavor broadened and it was perfect as a food sake. It was perfect as an in-between-dinner drink. I bought a Mister Donut 🍩 for the first time in a long time and when I got home, Pikachu's ears were cracked 😂 I hid the cracked part and took a photo 📷.

This is a driver's sake that cannot be tasted on the Suwa Gokura tour. Only this brewery offered small bottles of sake instead of cups. I must drink it this year😅. The aroma is calm with a little bit of alcohol smell. The sweetness of the rice flavor and the well-balanced acidity were delicious. This was my first time drinking Maihime sake in Suwa, and I loved it 😁.

I was curious about this drink after seeing your post, I was looking for 3 deci and my son brought me a quart bottle 😅. I was slammed in the morning and didn't have lunch and had cheese bread for dinner. I drank it with it and it was delicious. It sure is like a sports drink. The second day reminded me of the taste of water medicine I used to drink when I had a cold.

I went to Kyoto for the 27th anniversary of my father-in-law's death. I wanted to try mizutaki in Kyoto, so I chose Tori Yazan for dinner. The pine midori cold sake we had with our meal was dry with a refreshing sweetness that complemented the food. It did not interfere with the sumptuous matsutake mushroom tempura and grilled matsutake mushrooms. During lunch, I drank Jyushiyo shochu for the first time at Nakamura-Ro. It had a beautiful, delicate flavor, and was a delicious companion to the sake Jyushidai.

Good evening, Wakata-san😄. It was like a trip abroad with so many foreigners in Kyoto now 😅It was a luxurious time with delicious food, sake and my first Jyushidai rice shochu. It was a delicate shochu that I didn't mind the 25% alcohol content 😋.

Good evening, Pon-chan😄. I was thrilled to be allowed to use the room used by Ryoma Sakamoto at the Mizutaki restaurant. The rice shochu of Jyushiyo is fruity and you can enjoy the flavor of the rice. It was like a stronger version of sake.
