My daughter treated me during the day, so I opened a bottle of Amami nigori sake that I found at a nearby liquor store at night and we both emptied it 😂. It took a while to open the bottle but it has a silky mouthfeel and a refreshing pear-like flavor. I felt melon when I mixed the ori. This sake would be good if you enjoy changing the taste slowly. It has been a long time since I climbed Tokyo Tower at night. I wonder how many years it has been.

The next sake was drunken whale. When the bottle was opened, it seemed to be a little sharper, but the umami flavor was enhanced and the spiciness was very sharp, making it a good match for sushi. I went to the Imperial Palace's Inui-dori Avenue, which was open to the public from 11/30 when I arrived in Tokyo. The autumn leaves were beautiful. I was also impressed by the seasonal cherry blossoms 🌸🦋.

Lunch with my daughter at Sushi in Ginza. It was a rare treat 😁. The sake we drank together was selected from today's recommendations. It was my first time to drink. They used to serve "kudokidote" but they changed it to "onna nai kase" 🤣. It has a gentle aroma like a luxurious fruity melon, and a gentle and clean aftertaste, so it went well with tuna and bonito.

I found a rare heavenly gift. I purchased it and had it right away. It had a more gorgeous mouthfeel and flavor than the previous one. I went to Tokyo Dome to watch my daughter's dance for the first time in a while because I don't get a chance to do so very often. I was quite tired as I sat in the stadium and watched. I was quite tired because I was sitting in the stadium watching. I drank this drink with my daughter late at night and it was delicious 😆.

I couldn't help but reach for the owl🦉 as my eyes met his. In fact, I am an owl lover who secretly goes to 🦉cafes. When I opened the bottle, a white smoke was rising in the bottle. It is a well-balanced sake with a pear-like flavor and a chili texture on the tongue, followed by a refreshing acidity. It went well with sashimi of tuna and bluefin squid, and chawanmushi (steamed egg custard). From the second day, the gentle sweet flavor was similar to that of "Saku".

This is also my son's souvenir from Niigata. It is his first sake. Alcohol content: 15%. Rice polishing ratio 65 It has a fresh aroma and is pleasant on the palate. The taste of the rice has a good balance of sweetness and acidity. It went well with meals either cold or lukewarm. Went well with grilled squid and Sesko crab. It was a good match with grilled squid and seko-gani.

This is a souvenir from Niigata for my son. He thought it was perfect for my weakness for the word "limited edition" 🤣. I thought it would have a classic taste, but it was clean, fresh, and calm. The aleso is not too much of a problem. When heated to lukewarm, the flavor broadened and it was perfect as a food sake. It was perfect as an in-between-dinner drink. I bought a Mister Donut 🍩 for the first time in a long time and when I got home, Pikachu's ears were cracked 😂 I hid the cracked part and took a photo 📷.

This is a driver's sake that cannot be tasted on the Suwa Gokura tour. Only this brewery offered small bottles of sake instead of cups. I must drink it this year😅. The aroma is calm with a little bit of alcohol smell. The sweetness of the rice flavor and the well-balanced acidity were delicious. This was my first time drinking Maihime sake in Suwa, and I loved it 😁.

I was able to get it with Maru's information. Thank you 😊 This sake is interesting to taste carefully. The chirichiri gas feeling. The umami of the rice and the drinkability of the Yamahai. I don't mind the bitterness that follows soon after. It was raining on the second day, so it was the perfect sake to drink. I enjoyed the lychee-like flavor.

I was curious about this drink after seeing your post, I was looking for 3 deci and my son brought me a quart bottle 😅. I was slammed in the morning and didn't have lunch and had cheese bread for dinner. I drank it with it and it was delicious. It sure is like a sports drink. The second day reminded me of the taste of water medicine I used to drink when I had a cold.

I went to Kyoto for the 27th anniversary of my father-in-law's death. I wanted to try mizutaki in Kyoto, so I chose Tori Yazan for dinner. The pine midori cold sake we had with our meal was dry with a refreshing sweetness that complemented the food. It did not interfere with the sumptuous matsutake mushroom tempura and grilled matsutake mushrooms. During lunch, I drank Jyushiyo shochu for the first time at Nakamura-Ro. It had a beautiful, delicate flavor, and was a delicious companion to the sake Jyushidai.

This is my first time drinking Nanbu Bijin. I tend to put off drinking sake that I have a chance to drink. Unlike its image, it has a gentle fruity aroma and a delicious rice flavor. I drank it all at once. It is the kind of sake that makes you want to drink a four-pack slowly.

After receiving information about the Sake Brewery Marché, I managed to get to Harushika after finishing my mother's errands in the morning. I was disappointed that I could not meet with Kyuzo-san and Umai-san. We were thankful to meet Mr. 🐰, who was very busy and showed us around. The sake brewery marche where we purchased some of the sake we tasted. I put cream cheese on the smoked Nara pickles that I bought with a hint of the cheese entrée that 🐰-san told me about. It was exquisite and delicious.

Purchased at the Hankyu Brewer's Festival. It is a liqueur 🍈. They make this sake in Tokushima prefecture for souvenirs from Hokkaido. When I tasted it, I found it was Yubari melon itself. It's expensive for 500ml 😅. I could have bought a fresh melon. But I enjoyed it as a dessert.

At the Takashimaya Sake Festival. Luckily, it was empty, so I was able to sample and buy a variety of sake. The ginjo aroma was like melon. The gentle sweetness is so delicious that it makes you fall in love with it. It is my favorite bottle. I can easily drink it by itself. I paired it with Sekogani crab, yakitori (grilled chicken), and on the second day, with tonkatsu (pork cutlet), and it had a clear aftertaste, so it was a good choice as a food sake.

I bought this sake when I went to Suwa, I was so happy to have 1 gou ☺️ that I bought so many different kinds that I ended up with more than a bottle 😅. The alcohol content of Mikotsuru is 16% and it tasted a little bitter, but it was easy to drink and complemented the food. It was served cold, but I wondered if I should have served it lukewarm. I regretted it a little.

I finally got to drink Hakurakusei at home. I am in the process of decluttering, and when I went to the recycle store to throw away my 📺 and 💻, there was a liquor store I wanted to go to nearby, so I was able to purchase it. This is the first hiyaoroshi of the year. It was delicious with a refreshing acidity that reminded me of citrus fruits. It still had a freshness to it and was perfect as a mealtime sake.

This is my last drink of September. It's hard to post in real time 😹. When I was in Wakayama, I tasted the nigori at the brewery and found the nigori I drank in the summer to be delicious, so I bought it. The name "Chokyu" was given to this sake in order to make it better than "Chokyu". The brewery explained to me that the name "Chokyu" was the result of their pursuit of a quality and taste that would surpass "Chokyu"'s desire to be "a sake that will be loved for a long, long time. When we opened the bottle and drank it without mixing in the oli, it tasted sweet and delicious with a hint of pineapple🍍. When we mixed in the ori, it was a heavy cloudy sake with a slightly rough taste. I wonder if it tasted like this when I drank it at the brewery 😮 but I don't dislike it. On the second day, the sweetness increased and the creamy mouthfeel was delicious.
