We liked its firm umami without any impurities.
The apple-like sweetness is smooth and smooth on the tongue, and it is a beautifully sharp sake that does not feel like it has been soaked in alcohol.
It went well with bonito tataki.
I was glad to be able to compare the "Mutual" sakes that I had been curious about. All of them tasted like green apples and were delicious. The light nigorigo was delicious, but I preferred the hidden ball of Nagano R yeast 😋.

I was so drunk that I forgot to tell the brewer that I was going to buy 300ml of this sake later because I couldn't fit 4 gos of it in the fridge 🤣 I didn't realize that it was a very matured sake 😳.

I was at the Hankyu too, but unfortunately I couldn't taste or buy any sake as I attended a tasting and talk session by a Kyoto proprietress at the event 😅.
