The 3rd Bishu Competition 2025 Kansai (1) I went to the Bishu Competition in Osaka, where the management and judges are all women 😊. I was a little nervous because it was my first time to attend a tasting at a hotel. The venue was Hotel Elsereine Osaka! The awarding ceremony was held for an hour between the first and second parts, so it was a little bit difficult to drink during this time 😅. There was a booth with sake from breweries that were not participating in the event, so I had a drink from a brewery I didn't know. Diachiku from Nagano Prefecture. It seems they were bought by a company called Toda Shuhan in Yamanashi and changed their name to Toda Sake Brewery. Diaigiku was drunk by Lutemi before 😊. Fruity, sweet and tasty, but with a bit of bitterness. I wrote "fruity" at first, but it has a full-bodied Japanese sweetness that I like a lot! Where can I buy it?

Good evening! I am the presiding officer. This is a sake from my former residence, Chino! Surely the name of the company has changed some time ago...

Good evening, Aura of Hama. I see you live in Chino😊. I didn't know about this alcohol so I was looking it up and found out about the company name change😅.

Good evening, bouken! I visited Suwa when I toured the five Suwa warehouses, but it was far away so I had a hard time getting there. I remember I had a hard time to get there because it was far away. I bought it because I liked the flavor even though the alcohol content was high. I miss it so much 😊.

Good evening, Mr. Rutemi. Suwa and Chino are next to each other but a bit far 💦. I learned about a sake called Diachiku from Rutemi's post 😊.

Aroma with a hint of savory flavor. There is no unpleasant alkali taste. It is dry, but the corners are removed and the mouthfeel is mellow and full of the umami of rice. It is sharp with a hint of acidity and bitterness, but has a lingering aftertaste. It is recommended to drink on the rocks. Miyamanishiki. Young corn (olive oil, salt, mayo, soy sauce, seven spices)

It is very tasty without being nigori (sweet sake) like! The moment you put it in your mouth, a slight carbonation bursts out. The moment you take a sip, a slight carbonation pops in your mouth. It is a strong taste, but the slight carbonation makes it easy to drink. I don't know if it's because the brewery is good, or because it's new sake, or because it's unpasteurized, I would like to try other nigori sake.
