The moment you put it in your mouth, a slight carbonation bursts out. The moment you take a sip, a slight carbonation pops in your mouth. It is a strong taste, but the slight carbonation makes it easy to drink.
I don't know if it's because the brewery is good, or because it's new sake, or because it's unpasteurized,
I would like to try other nigori sake.

I bought a bottle at Tsuruya Chino store, and received a bottle of Diachiku from a sake brewery in Chino City 😀.
The aroma is mellow 😊The mouthfeel is thick but refreshing 😋The flavor of the rice can be felt well 😚👍.
And then you can feel a slight spiciness that quickly disappears 😘.
It was a delicious sake 🥳🍶☝️

This sake has a strong sweetness and umami taste in the mouth.

Yesterday, I moved into my apartment in Suwa 😀 I got a cup of diamond chrysanthemum which I bought at a local supermarket 😋.
The aroma is mild, and in the mouth, it has a round mouthfeel, light flavor and beautiful sweetness😊It seems to be a beautiful sake that is light and easy to drink 😋.
The fourth one came to climb the mountain and not climb the mountain. I had dinner at Yamasaya near Suwa-taisha shrine to celebrate moving in with my companion Ishikawa, who did not even help me move in. We had a gorgeous meal that felt like Nagano 😚👍I was so hungry ✨I'm going to work hard in Suwa from today 🫡.

I bought this after tasting it at the brewery that brews Diachiku in Chino City. It has no label on the front 😳it is a raw sake with alkaloids. Every December, locals come to buy this sake.
It's been six months so it doesn't have a lot of pizzazz, but they say it's very stable.
I first tried it cold.
Alcohol content: 20%.
The taste is pleasant, with a nettled rice flavor and a hint of sweetness. The spiciness that comes afterward is also nice.
On the second day, we served it lukewarm.
It was very tasty with a deep sweet flavor spreading through it. It makes you feel refreshed.
It went well with the tsukudani (food boiled in soy sauce) of wakasagi (smelt) and sea bream that we bought in Suwa.
This sake is good with hot pot and 🍢, and I would like to drink it in winter.

This is the first sake. This is the third brewery on the Suwa Sake brewery tour.
It is located far away from the city and is in Chino City.
I had given up because it was so far away, but we were able to go because it was near the Apple Pie Lab that my husband wanted to go to 😊.
There were no customers, so we were able to sample the sake slowly.
The aroma was gorgeous with a hint of lychee❓The mouthfeel was soft and smooth, but the flavor was firm and pleasant.
It is soft and smooth on the palate, yet has a firm flavor that is pleasant.
I was going to buy this one, but I liked another local unlabeled dry wine that I was allowed to try, so I bought that one as well.
I will enjoy drinking it at home slowly and hot.
