It doesn't feel special, but it's a nice sake that goes perfectly with a meal. It wasn't stingy at all. I can't read the label. It's black, which is what a beginner in calligraphy did.

I bought this sake to try a sake from Shinshu, a region I was not familiar with. After purchasing it, I checked the label on the back to see what the specs were. ⁉️...no label. It looks like it was removed 😅. Takizawa is a mysterious sake. It had a clear sweetness with a strong rice flavor and a nice aroma 😆.

At home. I bought this as a souvenir when I enjoyed lunchtime drinking at Changlong Brewpark and had it at home. I guess it is a slightly different version of the one I had at lunch. The aroma may be influenced by the name of bamboo ⁉️.... Unlike the lunchtime drink, it was fresh, sweet, sour, and refreshing. The fact that I was able to bring back a good one as a souvenir made my day more enjoyable and memorable... ‼️ The fourth picture is of Kaguya-chan, the mascot of Hiroryo Town.

A sake store in Joetsu, Niigata that I have wanted to visit for a long time. Kiraku. First of all, I would like to pay my respects to my hometown, Joetsu. Tsukifumi-no-ike pond is a famous place in Itoigawa, and is said to be located in a dense forest, making it difficult for the moon to be reflected in the pond. Local Takananishiki grown by the brewer. It is said to be full-bodied and sharp, but it is very sharp. This is the mainstream of Niigata-Joetsu sake.

I was informed in advance by bouken-san that there was a sake that Saku-san usually does not have, so I made a toast with his wife with that sake 😇. The sake was even clearer and fruity than Saku's usual sake, and we were very satisfied from the start 😀. During the live taiko performance by three women, my wife and I, who are both learning taiko, were overwhelmed by their amazing performance 😇. We were able to compare over 130 different types of sake, but my favorite was from Yamazaru, a brewery located in Asa, Yamaguchi Prefecture 😇. From the aroma to the mouthfeel, it was right up my alley👍! I had a chance to talk to the brewer and asked him about the stores in the Kansai area that carry it.
