It's an Ibaraki sake bar, but they also sell a lot of small bottles 😆. So I bought a small bottle as a souvenir 🤣. I wanted to drink hot sake, so I chose this one that looks good for hot sake. This is Tsuki no I of Oarai ❗️ Yumbe Yokocho is the best place to drink, just stick the bottle in ❤️. I'll have it at 50°C 😋😋. Nice caramel color. And the aged aroma that smells powwow. It has a gentle, light, sweet mouthfeel and a moderate acidity. It has a gentle, light, sweet mouthfeel with just the right amount of acidity and a nice, sweet taste. I paired it with shime saba (mackerel) and it's great ☺️. The vinegariness that is unique to shime saba is refreshingly clean, yet the sweetness and umami of the sake is still there 😋. I thought it would be a bit more dry, but it wasn't as dry as I thought it would be 😉. Ibaraki sake review rate is going up because of the Ibaraki sake bar 😂.

A drinking friend of mine wanted to drink a bottle of Takezuru by Toshi Ishikawa, who has moved to Tsuki no I. So I agreed to accompany him. We had it heated. The first aroma is like a matured Shaoxing sake. The first sip had a matured Shaoxing sake-like aroma, and the second had a mildly sweet taste with a Shaoxing sake-like acidity and umami. The sweetness is still there, but it's the kind of fully fermented sake that you can drink while eating snacks. It was delicious 🍶✨.

I've been saving it for over 2 years because it's my favorite brand, but I've decided to open it up. I'm going to enjoy changing the flavor slowly from here ✨. When you open the bottle and pour it in, the aroma is like sweet baked sweets like sponge cake or kawara senbei. The mouthfeel is round and robust. It is round and robust on the palate, with a punch of spiciness and a tangy sourness. It also has a rich, thick flavor and a sweetness that spreads gradually. The balance of sweet, sour, spicy, and bitter is exquisite, not just strong and heavy, and the taste has a wide range of deep flavors, including a confectionery, grain, and rice feel! This is the second brand that has really caught my attention after "Akagisan," and I am very happy with it. It is a bit pricey, but I would like to try the sake made from the original sake yeast if I see it 😌.

At home. This is the second one in the Hokkaido series. Kokushi Muso is a metaphor for being so good that no two people under the sun are alike. I was expecting it to have a strong alcoholic taste, but I was betrayed in a good way. It has a fruity aroma and a refreshing, clean taste that goes well with any meal. I think I'll end up drinking too much of it. But the words "Hokkaido Limited" are magic. I feel like I got a great deal just from this word.

It went well with crispy grilled chicken (salted and teriyaki flavors), turnip and chicken in cream sauce.

The 5th Sagajo Shoten Presents at the 5th Bishushu Raku Kushan Shokai 😃. We were honored to have the opportunity to visit the Umaue Sake Brewery in Hiroshima ❗It's a rare sake to drink, and we had to have another one 😉. So this one is made with Ginpu! The other "Hodashi" is made with Kitashizuku and they are offering a sake that will make the people of Hokkaido happy 🎵Sounds great ✨. The rice used is Senbonishiki from Kumano in Hiroshima Prefecture. This brand is probably the first. To be honest, I didn't know about it. The person of the shop said "It comes in after two years". It is said to be an irregular sake. The toji-san overfilled it with 4-stage rice or something😅. The "Raku" on the label represents the over-filled rice, and the blue color represents the pale face of the toji-san. Gutsy, but quite sweet and sour. It is much sweeter than other Raku no sei I've had, but I also feel its character. The rice is from the terraced rice fields of Hida. I can't seem to name the rice, but I wonder if it is Hidahomare or some other rice that is only available in Gifu. I heard that if you mention the name of the rice, you will get complaints like Kamerei did in Hiroshima, but if you don't mention the name, it's OK.

At home. I bought this as a souvenir when I enjoyed lunchtime drinking at Changlong Brewpark and had it at home. I guess it is a slightly different version of the one I had at lunch. The aroma may be influenced by the name of bamboo ⁉️.... Unlike the lunchtime drink, it was fresh, sweet, sour, and refreshing. The fact that I was able to bring back a good one as a souvenir made my day more enjoyable and memorable... ‼️ The fourth picture is of Kaguya-chan, the mascot of Hiroryo Town.

At Changlong Brewpark. The second drink was Shikisaki. We were told that it is recommended as a food sake, so we had it with our bento.
