at the 5th Bishushu Raku Kushan Shokai 😃.
We were honored to have the opportunity to visit the Umaue Sake Brewery in Hiroshima ❗It's a rare sake to drink, and we had to have another one 😉.
So this one is made with Ginpu! The other "Hodashi" is made with Kitashizuku and they are offering a sake that will make the people of Hokkaido happy 🎵Sounds great ✨.
It's still dry and refreshing ❗It's the kind of sake that will flow well with very fatty meats 😋.
