Shiny, sweet and gorgeous, the ginjo aroma reminds me of ripe melon and pear.
Kurokabuto's black malted rice brewing was also cute, but it is more rounded and a little more voluminous than that. The aftertaste is slightly sweet and bitter, with a lingering aftertaste that gently fades away.
It is a taste that can be enjoyed on its own.

Sake with a gentle snowman label that reminds us of winter.
As the pop-up label says, it is a medium-bodied sake.
It tastes like a traditional Japanese sake with a little bit of a quirkiness in the mouth.
When warmed to lukewarm, it mellows out and becomes easy to drink.
It became mellower and easier to drink, and the flavor expanded and became more delicious.
I prefer it this way 🍶.
I drank it with oden and it went great with it.
