I bought this when I visited Kanazawa in the aftermath of the earthquake. The first sip gives the impression that it is not so assertive, but has a sharp taste and disappears quickly. However, after repeated sips, the taste is quite rich. It does not interfere with food and is an easy-to-drink food sake 😄🍶. When served at a higher temperature, the flavor changed drastically 🍶. It became sharper and the umami was amplified ✨. I paired it with grilled white eel, but the flavor of the eel was not overpowered by the flavor of the eel, and the fat from the eel was washed away smoothly. It was a great drink 🍶😚.

At a restaurant in Kanazawa Station Oden. Kurobiki was recommended to me by my boss at work, and I was curious about it! The sake has a hearty flavor of rice with a rich and hearty taste. It was delicious!

Beautiful golden color. Full-bodied and crisp. It is full-bodied and has a nice crispness. It is not so heavy and comfortable to drink. Toward the end, you can taste a faint sweetness of rice.

I ordered this because they said the money for this will be donated to the Noto earthquake. It will be hot 🍶. Oh no, there was only one left when I thought this was the Mexicali Tempura. It doesn't feel special, but it's a nice sake that goes perfectly with a meal. It wasn't stingy at all. I can't read the label. It's black, which is what a beginner in calligraphy did.

My personal preference: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️4/5 (when heated) It used to have a classic Ishikawa-like image, so I tried it for the first time in a long time 😊. I'll have it cold first 😄. Slightly yellow ✨✨ when you look through it Smoky aroma 👌. Smoked with a fresh attack Full-bodied rice with a crisp acidity 🌾🌾. Comfortable lingering bitterness 😆. Not too spicy, just the right amount of dryness Low smoked depth from start to finish 👍 It has a sense of maturity and this is delicious 😊. But it doubles in deliciousness when heated, definitely delicious ‼️ I like this heated ✨✨ Softly and gradually sweet and spicy smoked 🍶. It's great at any stage of heating up and then cooling down 😋. It's soft and fluffy, and when heated up, it matures perfectly 🥹It's deeply delicious 🙏. Might rival my favorite heated Takashimizu 😂. It's just heated up ✨✨ Hooray for heated sake! Summer Rain. Nice to meet you! I thought Ishikawa people are lucky to be able to drink this sake easily anywhere and anytime. I also liked the episode that Fukumitsuya-san can use Kimon outside of Nagano. People's love, sake's love, expand and return to the original daily life. I wish you all the best this year.
