Kuroobi Yu Yu Tokubetsu Junmai
A 400-year-old brewery. For beginners like me, especially those who are not familiar with sake flavors, it is hard to beat Junmai Daiginjo, but those who like sake a little more may like this Tokubetsu Junmai. It is a matter of taste. The aftertaste was sharp and balanced, but I wonder what it would be like to drink it with atsukan.
Kanazawa Sake Activity in Takasago
[After leaving Daigo, I walked towards Korinbo.
It's been a while since I've been to Takasago, a famous Kanazawa oden restaurant, so I had a glass of Kanazawa oden with my drink.
Kurobelt Yuyu
Slightly full-bodied aroma, clean flavor and sharp taste, and a refreshing aftertaste.
Great with summer Kanazawa oden 🍢.
Pon-chan, here too 🌛.
The characteristic ingredients are the "fu" surrounding the egg in the photo and the "crab mask" with the leg meat on the body part of the "seiko crab" during the crab season. ✨️
Oden eaten in summer is also intoxicating 🥰.
Yuyuu Special Junmai⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Polishing ratio 68%, ALC 15 degrees
This is the restaurant we used at last week's [Gurutonami Chigasaki]. The June sake, which was supposed to be our first encounter, was sold out the other day, so we revisited the restaurant for a lunchtime drink.
It is dry and refreshing to drink.
It went perfectly with the sashimi platter (tuna, yellowtail, bonito, and sea bream) and bonito stew that I ordered for lunch.
