The 5th Sagajo Shoten Presents at the 5th Bishushu Raku Kushan Shokai 😃. We were honored to have the opportunity to visit the Umaue Sake Brewery in Hiroshima ❗It's a rare sake to drink, and we had to have another one 😉. So this one is made with Ginpu! I took a break from work and took a ferry to Beppu: 🛳️ My wife, who is in charge of trip planning, was so excited. She must have looked really tired😅. I washed my mind at a luxurious inn. The only thing I knew about Oita Prefecture was Chiebijin, but there was also this Waka Botan, Nishi no Seki, Kaorucho, etc. The waitress told us that this Waka Botan was very strong. She said that people who don't drink much sake are surprised by it. Really? Well, I am a beginner, so I was surprised. It is true that it has a strong acidity like white wine, but it is sweet and very tasty. There was also a green label of Chuebijin's rarely seen edible rice "Shunyo", which was also delicious. We opened a bottle of Daikoku that we bought today at Kado-ya Sake Shop. It is said that this sake is brewed with 100% Yamada Nishiki harvested in a special area of Hyogo Prefecture. It's rich and dry. The rich taste in the mouth and the long lingering spiciness are exquisite. I think it's a very cost effective sake.

This was the first time I drank Daikoku Masamune at home. I bought it at the direct sales counter of the brewery. The aroma is mild, but the taste is fresh and fruity. It was really good even when it was heated. The reinforced concrete brewery was demolished due to old age, and a prefabricated direct sales store was built on the site, with the rest of the land used for a convenience store and Marugame Seimen noodles. The rest of the land is used for convenience stores, Marugame Seimen noodles, etc. Now they are brewing in a rented part of Hakutsuru Brewery. Sake received at the Sake World Summit. This sake is brewed with Ginbukiyo sake produced in Shiga Prefecture. The acidity and umami of the sake are well intertwined with each other. It was a delicious sake. It is perfect as an in-between-dinner drink. My wine-loving friend who accompanied me also accepted the taste of this sake made from the sake's "nama-hashiroshi" (sake brewed from the same yeast as the original yeast).

Purchased 👀 at Sazanami Sake Shop in front of the station during a day trip to Hikone. Beautiful, corner space and friendly staff. It was a nice store 😙. Since I was there, I chose Kazuhiro, a sake I had never had before from Shiga. It was full, slightly sweet, had a delicious rice flavor, and was very drinkable 😋. Paired with sweet ayu fish from Lake Biwa, it was delicious. ❤️ It is indeed a sake from Shiga, a rice-producing region 😇
