This is a limited edition sake for the sake festival.
It has a dry taste with a fresh crispness like new sake, but
but it also has sweetness and umami.
Limited edition of sake festival.
It seems to be made from Asahi rice grown in soil full of minerals from the sea.
If you ask me, I think it has a faint taste of the sea (lol).
Sake made from Asahi rice is delicious.
This is also a liquor store event limited edition.
Even the label seems to be original.
I always thought Asahi is edible rice.
but it's also an excellent sake rice 😋.
It has a nice sourness, umami, spiciness and sweetness.
Limited edition sake for sake shop events. (Left)
This is an origarashi of Daisen Shirakiku Junmai Daiginjo Omachi, which is usually only available with fire.
It doesn't have the roughness of Omachi, but has a surprisingly fresh taste that is easy to drink.
Sake Sankan from Kojima, Kurashiki City, which also appeared on Abusan.
We drank the same Omachi sake to compare.
Junmai Ginjo's new sake is still delicious✨.
Cold sake is recommended.
Good morning, Matsuken 😃 Nice to meet you ❗️.
I️ was surprised that there was a sake derived from Hawks legend Kageura Yasutake.
I knew about the Seven Crown Horses derived from Simborildorf but... 😅.
I want to drink it too😊.
Thank you for the rep, Hichisan and Haruei Chichi.
It is a delicious sake that lives up to the name "Sankan".
In addition, it seems that you need to answer your favorite baseball team in the inquiry form on the homepage of Sankan Shuzo (lol).
This is a limited edition sake made with Miyake Shuzo's original sake rice, Miyako.
It was once extinct, but they revived it.
It's mellow, tasty, easy to drink and delicious😆.
A valuable sake that can only be bought for two days a year 牡牡
Dry, crisp, and delicious❗
You can gulp it down, but it's a dangerous drink with an alcohol content of 20 degrees (lol)
It just occurred to me that this drink is the strongest anti-Corona I've ever had, so I'll be buying it on my way home 🤣.

Another souvenir from Shimane is a bottle of Gassan Jo-Sen.
If the brewery has been loved for 300 years, the sake that the locals drink on a daily basis must be good too 😋.
The harmony of flavor and sweetness in the mouth 🎵!
It tastes great cold, but it tastes even better warmed up😆.
It's also a great value for money.
I bought this sake back when I went for a drive in Shimane before, and I drank it in full 😋.
It's sweet, but not tart and crisp.
It's so fruity and gorgeous that you'd believe it if you were served it with your eyes closed and told it was a daiginjo✨.
I think I've found my favourite brand in a long time!
Matsuken-san, excuse my first comment.
I drank Gassan for the first time today, and I couldn't help but comment because I saw a post with the same impression. Tsukiyama is really delicious!
I'm curious to know what the other brands taste like~(^_^)
enoshima-san Nice to meet you.
Thank you for your comment❗
I'm really impressed with the taste.
I also bought some of the top-selling wines from my wife, so I'll be uploading them soon.
From the label, I thought it would be light and fresh, but it's more of a solid sake lol.
But it has a nice crisp aftertaste that both sake lovers and light drinkers can enjoy😋.
One more Kamo Goyo.
It's no surprise that Daiginjo is delicious. I bought the Kami-Sen because I believe that a brewery that brews a good Kami-Sen is a brewery with real talent.
When heated, the rich flavor spreads in the mouth and is delicious.
I can drink this as much as I want😄.
Kamo Goyo is the oldest sake brewery in Okayama with over 300 years of history.
After deciding to close the business last year, I heard the news that the local people stood up to support the revival, and I went to the brewery to buy a drink if it is so loved sake❗.
The taste is smooth and well-balanced with sweet and savory flavors, yet satisfying to drink and really delicious😋.
