BATON TOUCH No.3 Sweet Summer and Japanese Hakka The refreshing aroma of citrus fruits, the gas from the second fermentation in the bottle is pleasant, and the bitterness and spiciness of the Japanese Hakka on the back end make it easy to drink 🍶😋😋😋. It's like a juice, but it's delicious in its own way.

LIBROM x UNITEDARROWS x Hamadaya Sake Shop Smoothie Sour Sake Banana🍌🍌🍌 It's a craft saké called Smoothie Sour Sake, which is made by LIBROM's doburoku process with a large amount of domestic bananas. ☺️ The aroma and quality of the sake is similar to that of a plum liqueur, but the banana flavor comes through in the aftertaste. When mixed with the sedimentary layer, it turns into a thicker, thicker Doburoku. The creaminess and volume come through, but it is not at all weirdly strong, and the banana flavor is very mild and easy to drink 😋😋😋😋.

I bought it after tasting it at Hankyu Department Store. I've said it many times, but it's called "Takarayama" 😅. I'll say it again and again😅. We opened a bottle of Daikoku that we bought today at Kado-ya Sake Shop. It is said that this sake is brewed with 100% Yamada Nishiki harvested in a special area of Hyogo Prefecture. It's rich and dry. The rich taste in the mouth and the long lingering spiciness are exquisite. I think it's a very cost effective sake.

This was the first time I drank Daikoku Masamune at home. I bought it at the direct sales counter of the brewery. The aroma is mild, but the taste is fresh and fruity. It was really good even when it was heated. The reinforced concrete brewery was demolished due to old age, and a prefabricated direct sales store was built on the site, with the rest of the land used for a convenience store and Marugame Seimen noodles.
