It's an Ibaraki sake bar, but they also sell a lot of small bottles 😆.
So I bought a small bottle as a souvenir 🤣.
I wanted to drink hot sake, so I chose this one that looks good for hot sake.
This is Tsuki no I of Oarai ❗️
Yumbe Yokocho is the best place to drink, just stick the bottle in ❤️.
I'll have it at 50°C 😋😋.

And the aged aroma that smells powwow.
It has a gentle, light, sweet mouthfeel and a moderate acidity.

I paired it with shime saba (mackerel) and it's great ☺️.
The vinegariness that is unique to shime saba is refreshingly clean, yet the sweetness and umami of the sake is still there 😋.
I thought it would be a bit more dry, but it wasn't as dry as I thought it would be 😉.
