I also bought this at Yamaya. The aroma is like a pineapple. It has a mild sweetness and a juicy flavor. This is one of my personal favorites from DHC Sake Brewery. It's been a while since I drank their sake, but it's still delicious. There is a big change in the taste after opening. The pungent taste became more prominent. The pineapple aroma also disappeared. The gradation of the bottle is beautiful.

Purchased at Ponshukan. It has a cute design that does not look like a cup of sake. The sake is brewed with four varieties of rice produced by four farmers in the Nishigama district, located in the far west of Niigata Prefecture. So that's what the grains of rice on the label mean. A drinking friend of mine wanted to drink a bottle of Takezuru by Toshi Ishikawa, who has moved to Tsuki no I. So I agreed to accompany him. We had it heated. The first aroma is like a matured Shaoxing sake. The first sip had a matured Shaoxing sake-like aroma, and the second had a mildly sweet taste with a Shaoxing sake-like acidity and umami.
