The 5th Sagajo Shoten Presents at the 5th Bishushu Raku Kushan Shokai 😃. We were honored to have the opportunity to visit the Umaue Sake Brewery in Hiroshima ❗It's a rare sake to drink, and we had to have another one 😉. So this one is made with Ginpu! The other "Hodashi" is made with Kitashizuku and they are offering a sake that will make the people of Hokkaido happy 🎵Sounds great ✨. At the tasting. Junmai Daiginjo fire-aged Gohyakumangoku. It is mellow, sweet, and beautiful. It has the same label as the affordable unfiltered raw sake sold at Yamaya, but this one was more expensive at 3,300 yen.

I also bought this at Yamaya. The aroma is like a pineapple. It has a mild sweetness and a juicy flavor. This is one of my personal favorites from DHC Sake Brewery. It's been a while since I drank their sake, but it's still delicious. There is a big change in the taste after opening. The pungent taste became more prominent. The pineapple aroma also disappeared. The gradation of the bottle is beautiful.

It's an Ibaraki sake bar, but they also sell a lot of small bottles 😆. So I bought a small bottle as a souvenir 🤣. I wanted to drink hot sake, so I chose this one that looks good for hot sake. This is Tsuki no I of Oarai ❗️ Yumbe Yokocho is the best place to drink, just stick the bottle in ❤️. I'll have it at 50°C 😋😋. Nice caramel color. And the aged aroma that smells powwow. It has a gentle, light, sweet mouthfeel and a moderate acidity. It has a gentle, light, sweet mouthfeel with just the right amount of acidity and a nice, sweet taste. I paired it with shime saba (mackerel) and it's great ☺️. The vinegariness that is unique to shime saba is refreshingly clean, yet the sweetness and umami of the sake is still there 😋. I thought it would be a bit more dry, but it wasn't as dry as I thought it would be 😉. Ibaraki sake review rate is going up because of the Ibaraki sake bar 😂.

A drinking friend of mine wanted to drink a bottle of Takezuru by Toshi Ishikawa, who has moved to Tsuki no I. So I agreed to accompany him. We had it heated. The first aroma is like a matured Shaoxing sake. The first sip had a matured Shaoxing sake-like aroma, and the second had a mildly sweet taste with a Shaoxing sake-like acidity and umami. The sweetness is still there, but it's the kind of fully fermented sake that you can drink while eating snacks. It was delicious 🍶✨.

I've been saving it for over 2 years because it's my favorite brand, but I've decided to open it up. I'm going to enjoy changing the flavor slowly from here ✨. When you open the bottle and pour it in, the aroma is like sweet baked sweets like sponge cake or kawara senbei. The mouthfeel is round and robust. At home. This is the second one in the Hokkaido series. Kokushi Muso is a metaphor for being so good that no two people under the sun are alike. I was expecting it to have a strong alcoholic taste, but I was betrayed in a good way. It has a fruity aroma and a refreshing, clean taste that goes well with any meal. I think I'll end up drinking too much of it. But the words "Hokkaido Limited" are magic. I feel like I got a great deal just from this word.

The aroma and sweetness are mild, and the umami of the rice can be felt well, giving it a mildly juicy impression. It goes well with meals and is of course delicious on its own. It went well with crispy grilled chicken (salted and teriyaki flavors), turnip and chicken in cream sauce.
