I have been drinking Ikegame, but this is my first time to try Kurokabuto.
I was going to buy Ichidrop Nidrop but there was Kurokabuto so I went here. I visited again later and bought Ichidrop Nidrop.
I bought it at Hanaki Sake Brewery in Rokko Road.
I'll write down the brands they carry since they don't have social networking services.
Ganki, Yamamotozakura, Gonohyu, Tsuneyama, Ikegame, Kurokabuto, Itaru, Koigawa, Naekaya, Ichidrop Nidrop (only fresh stored sake in the snow), Kawazuru, Garyubai, Amanoto, Oze no Yukimeltoke, Hazen Hakubai, Juichisu (Chitotsuru's brand for their distributors?) Iwanoi, Okuharima, Senzuke, Kukura, Yukihikoyama, Chiyodagura, etc.
Some of them may be purchased from wholesalers, etc., but this is what we have on hand.
I got the impression that they have a large selection of Ganki, and they are pushing Ganki.
This sake is made from black malted rice used for shochu and awamori. Juicy sweetness like apple or strawberry.
I wonder if the strong acidity comes from the koji.
I have the impression that the slight bitterness is accentuated.
I was curious about Black Koji
Buy it
On the back label
Fruity sweet flavor and acidity
Very good🙆.
Perfect balance.
I like it.
Please try it!

Souvenirs from Fukuoka 🤗No.1
We received Kurokabuto, which is brewed with black malted rice.
Contrary to the tough label, I was surprised by the sweet and sour 💕fruity and cute flavor with strawberry and pear-like aroma.
It is similar to Hyakushun's fraise, but the sweet and sour flavors are more pronounced. The acidity is very sharp and it is very easy to enjoy 😋.
Thank you very much!
Kurokabuto Unfiltered Bottle Enclosure Junmai Ginjo Black Koji Brewing Yamadanishiki 15% 720ml 1760yen
Purchased this sake from the Ikegame Sake Brewery in Kurume on a trip to Fukuoka.
It is made with black malted rice for shochu. It is very robust despite its 15% alcohol content. The label on the back says "Strawberry," which is very obvious! It also has a custard-like sweetness and a dry aftertaste.
It has something in common with Kikusui's canned shochu liquor with sake lees.
Well, I repeat, it is very strawberry. A bargain!
