Polished rice 55 Slightly sweet aroma. Fruit-like, but what is this... It has a strong sweet taste. The balance of acidity and sweetness is excellent, and it can be drunk easily. So this is Fukuoka's sake! This is a different sweet sake from Tanaka Rokuugo. This one is more acidic, so it has a stronger character.

みほぱんだ

It is a junmai ginjo-shu brewed with black malted rice😲. Fresh and sweet like apple or strawberry. It tastes like white wine with strong acidity 🥂. It seems to go well with dried fruits.

I have been drinking Ikegame, but this is my first time to try Kurokabuto. I was going to buy Ichidrop Nidrop but there was Kurokabuto so I went here. I visited again later and bought Ichidrop Nidrop. I bought it at Hanaki Sake Brewery in Rokko Road. I'll write down the brands they carry since they don't have social networking services. Ganki, Yamamotozakura, Gonohyu, Tsuneyama, Ikegame, Kurokabuto, Itaru, Koigawa, Naekaya, Ichidrop Nidrop (only fresh stored sake in the snow), Kawazuru, Garyubai, Amanoto, Oze no Yukimeltoke, Hazen Hakubai, Juichisu (Chitotsuru's brand for their distributors?) Iwanoi, Okuharima, Senzuke, Kukura, Yukihikosan, Chiyodagura, etc. Some of them may be purchased from wholesalers, etc., but this is what we have on hand. I got the impression that they have a large selection of Ganki, and they are pushing Ganki. This sake is made from black malted rice used for shochu and awamori. Juicy sweetness like apple or strawberry. I wonder if the strong acidity comes from the koji. I have the impression that the slight bitterness is accentuated. I think it tastes better after about a week 🤔.
