8.5 points (8.5 points for my wife)
Rice used : Hokkaido rice Kitshizuku
Rice polishing ratio : 55
Sake meter : +3
Acidity: 1.7
Alcohol content: 17-18%.
Sold at: Takasago Shuzo (Asahikawa City)
When opened, it has a gaseous feeling.
Almost no gas
Slightly alcoholic grape-like top note
The aroma is like light grapes and peaches, the umami of rice and gentle sweetness spreads with soft acidity, and it finishes with a hint of bitterness and a little bit of alcohol spiciness.
The aroma and sweetness are mild, and the umami of the rice can be felt well, giving it a mildly juicy impression. It goes well with meals and is of course delicious on its own.
It went well with crispy grilled chicken (salted and teriyaki flavors), turnip and chicken in cream sauce.
