The rice used is Senbonishiki from Kumano in Hiroshima Prefecture. This brand is probably the first. To be honest, I didn't know about it. The person of the shop said "It comes in after two years". Store Drinking. 100% Senbon-Nishiki produced in Hiroshima Prefecture The color is clear. The aroma has a Calpis-like flavor. The taste is sweet and umami of rice. It also seems to have a bit of sourness to it. When swallowed, it has a watery freshness and a clear throat. Aromatic ginjo aroma can also be enjoyed 😊. As expected from Hiroshima Prefecture 🍶. High level in every way. It exceeded my expectations and I wanted more 😆.

A sake brewery located in Hiroshima City. I was not familiar with Aki Ward because it is far from my hometown, even though it is in the same municipality, but there was a tasting event held in the basement of a department store. 100% Senbon-Nishiki (produced in Hiroshima Prefecture) Polishing ratio 60 Senbon-Nishiki is Hiroshima's preferred rice for sake brewing. It was easy to drink with a refreshing taste and not too heavy. I would like to drink it slowly at home next time 😃.

I went to a liquor store that I often visit and they were having a tasting event, so I tried a sip and enjoyed it so much I bought it immediately. (My wife did the tasting. I'm a driver, so I'll hold off). We went home and enjoyed it with yellowtail and radish. It will be gone soon.

It has a fruity aroma that makes you wonder if it is a raw sake, even though it is said to be heat-treated.
