It has a fruity aroma that makes you wonder if it is a raw sake, even though it is said to be heat-treated. In the mouth, there is a great sense of white peach, followed by a soft sweetness and umami like that of apricot pudding. The stylish bottle design caught my attention. ‼️ I had never had it before and wanted something dry, so I brought it to you with my best sensibility💡🤗. And the snack of the day was matsutake mushrooms 🤩 which I bought on a dare! I probably hadn't eaten them at home for more than 20 years 🥲 and they weren't sold at the local supermarket 😢I finally found some at the Utsunomiya Tobu Department Store🏬‼️ which were domestic...hmmm 😳 so expensive 😵. I give up early and move my attention to Canadian 🇨🇦. It looks like they are not the same matsutake mushrooms 😅I split them open and roast them and they are the same 👍! Look at the third picture🤗How about this ❗️ plate full of stunning matsutake mushrooms🤩! Hmm 🤔 something is wrong with it ⁉️ You are the sharp one who noticed 👏. The right half of the plate is eringi mushrooms, just to make up for the number of eringi mushrooms 🤭They were grilled on a table-top stove and the texture and aroma of the matsutake mushrooms 👍but the eringi mushrooms were just as tasty as the matsutake mushrooms! I'll make love to you! The aroma is a bit sweet, maybe? I think it might be a little sweet. I love the aroma 😌 and the taste is easy to drink 😙It's got a great kick to it 😋This is a great bottle of "light and dry" wine 😄. Sorry 😅I know this review is mainly about matsutake mushrooms, but Honshu Ichiban is really good 😋. It goes well with eringi mushrooms too 🤗. No, it's the matsutake mushrooms 🤣.
