Intense aromas of spiced pear, pineapple, orange peel and dried apricot. Rich, full-bodied, cooked rice flavor with a long finish. Pair with Ishigaki Wagyu beef, fried dumplings, and garlic.
Score: 93/100
I bought it because it is a brand that is rarely seen.
I found out that it was bottled the same day it was pressed, so the fermentation in the bottle had progressed and it had more gas than a directly pumped bottle.
It was juicy yet refreshing, with a hint of apple flavor.
For the last drink of the day, we had this one, the most fruity one we have today: ☺️
The mouthfeel was of course fruity, with a strong impact of sweetness, fruity aroma of tropical fruits like pineapple, yogurt-like richness, and a strong gassy and modern taste 😊.
I like the taste, but the crocodile on the label is adorable!
The fourth glass was Honshu Ichi.
It was a high level sake with fresh, chili gas and a good umami taste. 🙆♂️
It's nice that they use Senbon Nishiki, just like Hiroshima sake 😊.
This is also a little spice cummingreen.
The kind of hint of aroma I don't like.
The mouthfeel is neutral.
It has a crisp and clean taste with a touch of umami.
