Umami 2/5 Slightly sweet, easy to drink
Aroma 2/5 Moderate aroma, but leaves a nice rice aroma after drinking.
Miscellaneous 3/5 It is a Daiginjo, but the spiciness is fair.
Easy to drink. It seems to go well with light food.
Full-bodied and flavorful attack.
Mellow taste. Refreshing acidic aftertaste.

Junmai sake Kokushi Musou
The first taste of rice is delicious, followed by a crisp, light finish.
Junmai Ginjyo Kokushimusou Limited Release Nama-Nazake
This sake is made with Kitashizuku sake rice. A limited edition sake for a special event. The taste is slightly acidic with a refreshing dryness.
Junmai sake Kokushimusou Nama
Sake rice used is Comet. Slightly nutty aroma. The mouthfeel is full with a slightly nutty mid-palate.
Junmai Ginjo-shu Kokushimusou Limited Nama-zake
The rice used for this sake is "Kitashizuku". The balance of umami and acidity is good, which is my favorite type of sake.
This one was missing and in the wrong order, but that's it.
If you drink only the top clear part, it tastes clear and mysterious. If you drink it after mixing and muddying it, it tastes like sake. Slightly sweet.
My daughter went to Hokkaido for her honeymoon and sent me a bottle of Kochira for my wife and a bottle of Umeshu from there.
It has a nice, unobtrusive smell.
I thought it would be dry, but when I sipped it, the fruity soft sweetness and bitterness came and went, leaving a lingering feeling of alcohol in my chest. It is a beautiful sake.
Thank you!
Good morning, jiiiii😃
Congratulations on your daughter's wedding💍🎉.
I'm glad you're sending each of them a bottle of alcohol 🤗 that's going to raise the bar by at least two flavors 😙.
