This was my first time to drink Kagoshima sake. I thought it might be too strong, but it was easy to enjoy.

This is one of the bottles that was sold in a set with Tobiroki at Hasegawa sake shop, it was made in October 2020, so I guess they used Tobiroki to clear this stock 😅. I'm not a big fan of the Satsuma Masamune, but I'm not a big fan of the Tobiroki either. I was a bit worried because it's a raw stored sake, almost a year after production, but there were no quality issues 😄. Rather, I didn't feel the peculiarity that I felt when I drank Junmai Ginjo before, and it tastes better than that time 🌟. It has a slight sweetness, a strong alcohol feeling and a spiciness that comes down the throat, not very distinctive but enough for everyday drinking. Cold sake is the best 😚

Kashima Shrine, Ikisu Shrine, Katori Shrine I visited and bought from the three shrines of Eastern Japan! This time we got Katori! Junmai Natural Sake 80 I've never tasted sake like this before! Purchased at a supermarket in Karuizawa. I did not expect much...but I experienced the power of Nagano sake🍶...aroma: a faint sweet aroma of rice, a clear sweet bitterness...the bitterness is just right and does not bother me...it is delicious😋...but it is also delicious😋 when drunk as is... ...but it really comes into its own as a food sake! This one was given to me in return for sake I sent to my boss, and it's my first Fukuoka Prefecture sake! I didn't know what to choose when it came to Fukuoka sake, so I'm very grateful to be able to drink it in this form! It is a well-balanced and delicious sake. The most wonderful thing about this sake is that it is fire-aged, so it is hard to lose this flavor. It tastes great even after a few days. Although there is sweetness, it does not bother you too much because the main flavor is umami. What is this feeling of being able to drink without getting tired of it? It is not so much sourness, bitterness, or astringency, and it is strange that it is smooth but somehow deep and earthy. Actually, I forgot to post this post after drinking it, but I had this one for New Year's Day. This kind of aromatic and light sake was definitely a good match for Japanese dishes like Osechi. My first Fukuoka sake was a simple and good sake.

Sake received at the Sake World Summit. This sake is brewed with Ginbukiyo sake produced in Shiga Prefecture. The acidity and umami of the sake are well intertwined with each other. It was a delicious sake. It is perfect as an in-between-dinner drink. My wine-loving friend who accompanied me also accepted the taste of this sake made from the sake's "nama-hashiroshi" (sake brewed from the same yeast as the original yeast).

Purchased 👀 at Sazanami Sake Shop in front of the station during a day trip to Hikone. Beautiful, corner space and friendly staff. It was a nice store 😙. Since I was there, I chose Kazuhiro, a sake I had never had before from Shiga. It was full, slightly sweet, had a delicious rice flavor, and was very drinkable 😋. Paired with sweet ayu fish from Lake Biwa, it was delicious. ❤️ It is indeed a sake from Shiga, a rice-producing region 😇

It's a dry and robust sake ☺️. I like the taste. I thought I've never had a sake from Yamagata prefecture but I did. I had a hard time deciding between it and Nanbu Bijin but it didn't matter.
