It has a deep and enjoyable flavor,
Junmai-shu with a well-balanced full-bodied flavor and aroma.

The aroma was strong but the taste was not peculiar, and the alcohol was gradually absorbed.

For some reason, I haven't been able to join the party for the past few years, but it's been a while since I've attended 🤗.
I've never been to Sawanoizumi before.
The master kindly allowed us to compare the drinks 😁.

According to a colleague of mine who understands sake, or rather, loves sake, this "Gin no Iroha" is sweet!
It's true that the sweetness comes out in full when you drink it, and it's a little difficult to pair it with food 😌.
