Miyagi Prefecture is home to many delicious sake. This time it is Sawanoizumi, one of them! I bought it when I went to Sendai on business!
So I opened the bottle. The fruity aroma spreads softly on the nose. This is definitely a delicious sake! In the mouth, it tastes like young melon. I wonder what it is? Unlike Omachi, it is like a small melon with a soft aroma. It is not flashy, but it has a cool, refreshing sweetness, and is easy to drink! The lingering acidity finishes off with a refreshing finish. Sake from Miyagi is easy to drink and delicious!
I am grateful to have encountered such delicious sake today!
Sake given by a colleague.
So called summer sake.
And it is a 1.5 liter bottle. I am used to Yongo bottles,
it is quite powerful.
The aroma is slightly banana.
Sourness and bitterness quickly disappear in the mouth.
A refreshing and crisp sake.
Cool it down and enjoy another saké.
You can feel the goodness of the brewing water.
It is not tasteless, but delicious water.
Not unreliable, but sharp.
Classical yet delicate. Delicious.
You're going to drink this....
Dangerous, dangerous.
