At home. I bought this as a souvenir when I enjoyed lunchtime drinking at Changlong Brewpark and had it at home. I guess it is a slightly different version of the one I had at lunch. The aroma may be influenced by the name of bamboo ⁉️.... Unlike the lunchtime drink, it was fresh, sweet, sour, and refreshing. The fact that I was able to bring back a good one as a souvenir made my day more enjoyable and memorable... ‼️ The fourth picture is of Kaguya-chan, the mascot of Hiroryo Town.

This is a gift from a sake professional, a local sake from Nanada's place. It is quite precious as it is the first pressing... 🙏. The aroma is juicy fruity and red apple-like. The mouthfeel is supposed to be fresh, but it also has a mellow, umami-like sweetness that spreads out and is very drinkable 👌👌. As a lover of the four seasons, I quite like this type. ☺️ I've heard it tastes great warmed up, so I'm going to enjoy it 😋.

The eighth one is a storehouse of rocks. This is the first time for Iwanokura itself. I guess I don't even remember seeing it in a liquor store. This is a unit work of three breweries in Joetsu: Katafune (Takeda Sake Brewery), Koshiji-no-Kenbai (Kubiki Shuzo), and Chiyonomitsu (Chiyonomitsu Sake Brewery). Kura-kept yeast, fresh yeast, and shibari. The proprietor introduced that there is a new trial in Niigata as well. Delicious! It starts with a light sweetness, followed by acidity and a sharp bitterness. This complexity is good. I couldn't take my eyes off of the sake from Joetsu. There is a recommendation from Takeda Shuzo on the back label, which is also interesting.
