This is the sake I got for New Year's. Last year, I received one with gold dust, but perhaps because I said that the gold dust didn't come out when I poured it into the glass, they gave me a separate one with gold dust (lol). The sake is fruity and refreshing like wine, as it has been awarded the highest gold medal in the "Delicious sake in a wine glass" award. I enjoyed it with cheese👍.

Pear liqueur-like aroma. Apricot, banana milk, and rummy on the palate. It has a candy store flavor. It has a fruity flavor with a sense of transparency that is typical of daiginjos. It has a strong sweetness, but it is well balanced with the acidity and smoothly cohesive. It has a clean and crisp taste that goes down your throat nicely. A modern sake. It can be drunk like a light wine. 4/5 stars for my taste.

Purchased at Yodobashi Umeda Sake Festival. Slightly fruity and quite tasty for a major sake. Overall, it is a little dry, but quite a good sake for a major manufacturer. I know I've said this many times, but I think Konishi Shuzo's sake deserves more recognition 🤔. Once again, it's like a beautiful, clear, sweet, fruity drink.

If in doubt, this is the stable Junmai sake. It is reasonably priced, but has a strong flavor that will never bore you. It is also available at chain supermarkets.

Delicious Sake in a Wineglass Award They said it was a 4-year gold medal in 2022, 23, 24, and 25. But subjectively, it feels heavier than the itky from the other day. Also, as it approached room temperature, I felt the sweetness became stronger. (In other words, it felt more like "sake.")

7.5 Second purchase. I enjoyed it when I first started drinking sake, and now that I have tasted a few other sake, I am buying it again for the second time to see how I feel about it. It has a nice aroma, a clean taste, and a sweet to sour aftertaste. It is still delicious. I can see why it won the gold medal at the Taste in a Wineglass Awards. It is easy to find, cost-effective, and should become a regular sake in our home.

Whenever I talk to people, I always say, "I love sake..."... A senior colleague of mine said, "It's very easy to drink and tastes great, but it's reasonably priced! I recommend it! I was given a bottle of sake while I was at work. It's gorgeous, easy to drink, and reasonably priced. It's a good buy!

The north wind is blowing and it is getting colder. On such a frosty evening, we will enjoy a chicken hot pot full of spices and the Onihei Hankacho 😄 that we have recorded. We paired it with Hiyashibori from Konishi Shuzo, a local sake brewery. It is a junmai ginjo, but it has no peculiarities and goes well with all kinds of snacks. It is also great with ethnic nabe (hot pot) 🍲. It will be a wonderful long night 👌.

It was chilled in the fridge and served in a wine glass. I could not tell how fruity it was. The aroma was not that clear either, but it was refreshing and clean. I wonder if it tastes a little sweet for those who like dry wines. But I thought it tasted mature to me.

Today, I'm going to drink Hyogo sake. Purchased at Aeon Liquor Shop in Kakamigahara. The aroma is muscat-like. The mouthfeel is low in sweetness with low acidity. However, the umami comes first, and the sweetness is asserted later. It leaves a lingering aftertaste, but it is easy to drink.
