A limited-edition Tsu
They use Gunma's "Wakamizu" rice.
It has a soft rice flavor due to the ogara-mi (a bit of a dry sake), but also has a moderate acidity. However, it is not too sweet, and perhaps due to the second fermentation in the bottle, it has a slight sourness to it, making it rather refreshing.
It is not often seen in the market, but if you see it, please try it!
