Memorandum On the way back from Fukiwari Falls, I found a sake brewery and purchased Delicious, with just the right amount of sweetness and acidity. Good aftertaste, no gassy feeling I like the taste. I would like to visit this brewery again

Opened June 14, 2024 a gift from a friend Sourness, sweetness and bitterness are balanced! As is typical of Junmai, the aroma is not strong, but it is citrusy and fresh! Hachisaku🍊But is this gentleness the nature of the water? I also like the freshness of the sake. ☺️

Numata City, Gunma Prefecture 4.0 I bought this bottle at a small sake brewery near Fukiwari no Taki Waterfall that I visited the other day. It has a mellow mouthfeel that belies its 18% alcohol content.
